Izuku looked at the group of people he saved. They all looked at him shocked. Izuku just stood in the center of the crater, looking at the aura around his hands.

"What is this?" Izuku asked himself as he looked at the blue/purple aura that surrounded his hands. "I feel different."

As Izuku looked at his hands he didn't notice that the young boy he saved was running down the crater toward him.

"Are you ok?!" Asked the boy as he ran toward Izuku

"I think so." Said Izuku

Izuku stopped starring at his hands and looked at the boy.

"The better question is, are you ok?" Izuku asked

"I'm fine because of you. I mean you were so cool. You survived that attack like it was nothing. Did your quirk allow you to survive it, are you a hero, what hero are you?" Asked the child

"He's just like me when I was little." Thought Izuku. The thought made Izuku smile.

"Sorry to burst your bubble kid, but I'm no hero and I don't have a quirk. If I'm being honest it was just per dumb luck I survived that attack." I say

"Well you're a hero in my eyes." Said the boy

Izuku's eyes widened. He was called a hero by someone who knew he was quirkless. However the surprises just kept coming.

"You're our hero to kid." Shouted the crowd of people he saved.

"If it wasn't for you we would have died." Shouted a mother holding her two kids

"If it weren't for you we'd all be dead. You risked your life to save us even though you don't have a quirk. So that makes you better than any hero." Shouted a man

Izuku was shocked. He's quirkless and not a pro hero but these people were calling him a hero and cheering for him.

After a few minutes of cheering a thought popped into Izuku's head. When the heroes did show up they were probably going to chew his ear off for doing something so dangerous. Izuku started walking away from the building. The crowd continued to cheer until Izuku was out of sight.

As Izuku faded from sight the small boy Izuku saved only had one thought on his mind.

"I'm gonna be just like you when I grow up." Thought the child with a smile

(Scene change. Back to the shopping area. Izuku point of view)

I walked down the shopping center, toward my house. As I walked down the street I noticed that people were looking at me funny. I shrugged it off as them just looking at the aura around me. I continued to walk until I saw myself in a store window.

I didn't just have a blue/purple aura around me. My hair was slightly going up and my green eyes had turned silver.

"What the hell." I say to myself. "What is this. It can't be a quirk. Quirks never appear after the age 4. So if it isn't a quirk what the hell happen to me?"

I continued to just stair at myself until it started to fade. The aura slowly faded, my hair returned to normal, and my eyes want back to being green. I was more than a little confused now. What the hell was that. I know it did something to me. I just don't know what it did.

"I'm to tried to worry about this shit." I said to myself. Rescuing people from a fire and almost dying will really take it out of you.

(Scene change. Outside Izuku's apartment)

I was about to open the door to my apartment but was stopped by a fimliar voice.

"Izuku how are you?"

"I'm doing just fine Aunt Mitsuki. How's Uncle Masaru?" I ask with a real smile on my face

"He's doing just fine. Ya know he'd love to see you again." Said Mitsuki

"Sorry that I almost never visit." I nervously say.

"Don't worry I understand. Living alone must be tough, but just know you can always come live with me and my family. Your mother was like a sister and I see you like a second son." Said Mitsuki sadly

"I'll think about it. Anyway it was great to see you Aunt Mitsuki. Tell Uncle Masaru I said hi." I say with a smile

"Will do. See you Izuku." Said Mitsuki as she began to walk away.

I wish I could live with her family. While Kacchan may be a grade A asshole, but his parents are the nicest people I've ever met. Aunt Mitsuki is like a mom to me and Uncle Masaru is like my dad. The only reasons I don't take her up on her offer is because for one Kacchan lives there and I don't want them to worry about my quirkless ass.

I walk into my house and just plopped myself down on my bed and fell asleep.

(Next morning. 3rd person)

Izuku woke up due to a knock on his door. He lazily got up and walked over to the door.

"Who the hell could be at the door. School is off today and it's 8 in the morning!" Izuku groaned

Izuku gripped the door knob and opened the door just enough to see who was knocking. Upon opening the door Izuku saw a tall man with black hair eyes with bags under them. The man also had a scarf made of bandages.

"Hello is Izuku Midoriya here?" Asked the man

"That depends. Who's asking?"

"My name is Shouta Aizawa. I'm here on behalf of U.A. Now is Izuku Midoriya here?"

"Yes. You're talking to him." Izuku said

"Well U.A wanted me to personally deliver you this letter." Said Aizawa

"Oh thank you." Izuku answered as he took the letter out of Aizawa's hands

The toward said goodbye before Aizawa leaved.

(With Aizawa)

Aizawa walked down the street feeling kind bad for Izuku.

"The kid seems nice enough it's a shame that letter is gonna break his heart." Thought Aizawa

Ask Aizawa continued walking he walked past a TV store with a TV on display in the window playing the news.

"Breaking news."

Hearing that Aizawa stopped his walk and looked at the TV wondering if it was a villain attack. However what played surprised him.

"Breaking news indeed. Yesterday afternoon a battle rages on between All Might and the villain Living Energy. Their battle resulted in a massive explosion and while All Might did win he's not the hero everyone is talking." Said the news reporter

Aizawa was more than shocked. All Might was the only hero fighting Living Energy, the whole area had been evaluated, and even if their were other heroes there All Might still would have been the center of attention. Who was the other hero?

"That's right Frank. That explosion we menchin destroyed a good portion of the city and while most of the blast area was evaluated one building housing over 500 people was caught in the explosion. The top two floor suffered an extreme amount of damage. With no heroes in sight many thought their time had come. However one boy who just happened to be walking by took action. (Shows a picture of Izuku). This child ran into the burning building and began pulling people out of it. This boy saved everyone who was trapped inside, which is estimated to be 387 people or over. To make this even more impressive the young boy stated he was quirkless. We asked some of the people this young man saves for their opinion on the boy." Said a female news reporter

"That kid is the definition of a hero. He ran into danger to save others without worrying about his own safety." Said an old man

"This just goes to show that you don't need a quirk to be a hero and that kid is more than a hero in my book." Said a man in his late thirties

"If it wasn't for that boy me and my family wouldn't be here right now." Said a mom holding her two children

"He saved me, when no one else could. He's a hero and I'm gonna be just like him when I grow up." Said small child with black hair.

"Even All Might had a few things to say about the young man."

"The young boy did something incredible and the fact he's quirkless only impresses me more. However while I agree with what he did I still have to say it was extremely reckless." Said All Might

"Well you heard it here first folks. A quirkless boy saves the day and even gets praised by All Might himself."

To say Aizawa was shocked was an understatement. He couldn't believe it. This just broke his heart. If U.A had just waited one more day this boy's dreams may still be in the realm of reality.

(At Bakugou's house)

"WHAT THE FUCK! WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT SHIT HEAD THINKING, AND WHAT THE FUCK. THAT BASTARD IS QUIRKLESS AND YET THEY'RE CALLING HIM A HERO!" Screeched Bakugou

"CAN'T YOU JUST BE HAPPY FOR ONCE IN YOUR GODDAMN LIFE!" Shouted Mitsuki

"Please calm down you two." Begged Masaru

Bakugou got up from the couch and walked toward the door.

"I'M GOING OUT!" Shouts Bakugou

(With Izuku)

Izuku sat down on his couch. Izuku didn't know about him being on the news. Izuku hates the news. Izuku looked at the note that Aizawa left him.

"So U.A sent someone to give me this letter. I wounder what this letter is all about?" Izuku asked himself

Izuku opened the letter and began to read it.

Dear Izuku Midoriya

My name is Nezu. I'm the principle of U.A and I gave some unfortunate news. I've read your application letter and while your determination to become a hero is admiral I sadly must inform you that someone with out a quirk can't be excepted into the hero department of U.A no matter how well they do on the entrance exam. However you can still apply for the General Department. Those classes are more suited for students who don't have a good quirk or any quirk at all.

There was more on the letter but Izuku stopped reading and tore the paper to pieces. After the paper was ripped to shredds Izuku was still angry so he punch his wall, creating a hole in his wall.

"Quirks this, quirks that. That's all this whole goddamn world cares about!" Shouted Izuku as he took his fist out of the wall

"I need to get out of this room before I wreck the place." Said Izuku as he exited.

End of chapter 2

Next time: Test Run

Izuku meets and old friends and gets into some trouble with a street gang. His powers activate again and Izuku decides to use the street thugs to test out his new powers.
