I was walking down the streets of queens at night, with a hoodie on to cover my cat ears and tail. I walked to the peer and saw no one there.

I leaned against the railing and looked at the reflection of the moon on the water. It was the only thing in this world that I thought was "pretty".

I heard footsteps from behind me. I turned around and saw three guys walking towards me with a knives. I made no effort of showing fear I just looked at them. "Huh..you ain't scared to die, girl?" One of the guys asked.

I stared at him for a moment, then faced the water again. I heard him growl. I closed my eyes preparing for the impact. His knife made contact with my side, then he threw me at a trash can hitting the same side the knife was on, pushing it farther into my side. I screamed in pain.

The other two guys started walking towards me. My neko senses kicked in telling me to run. The guys followed me as I ran as fast as I could through queens. After a while of running I realized I lost them. I sighed and decided to walk home since I was around my neighbor hood.

I was standing infront of a conner store. I started to here beeping. I sprinted as far away from the store as I could. But... I wasn't far enough. I got caught in the explosion. My left arm was burned and I couldn't feel my legs, the knife in my right side was shoved all the way in.

My vision started getting blurry, There were muffled voices, the last things I heard and saw were blurs of red/black, red/blue, red/yellow, black/red, black/white and "Take her to S.H.E.I.L.D"

...

I woke in a dark blue room with, dimmed lights. I tried sitting up but, I couldn't. "You might as well stay down, punk. You're not going anywhere to soon." I looked over to see a male in a red and black costume. I jumped, falling off the table I was laying on.

He caught me before I hit the ground, and put me back on the table. I started shaking violently.

He looked at me like he was sad to see me like this, then turned serious again. " I'm Scarlet Spider... Who you are?" He asked. "....r/n." (readers name) You reply, with your barely autoable voice.

He stares at you for a moment. "You've been through a lot haven't you?" He asked in a saddened tone. You nod, taking off your hood showing your cat ears. He stands up, making you scoot back a little bit.

...He hugs you. "I'll protect you and help you with whatever your going through. If you need anything just tell me." He says. He stops hugging you and pulls his mask off. He smiles then, tilts your head up, and gives you a little kiss on the lips.
