Y/N's P.O.V

I'm currently on a run and I'm making my way back home. I start running, I run down the pathway towards mine and Yelena's place.

I stop outside the front door and go through it. As I make my way in I see Shadow come over to me.

Y/N: Hey boy.

He jumps up on his back legs and puts his front paws on my chest. I start stroking his fur.

Y/N: You been a good boy, huh? Okay, down boy.

I then walk into the kitchen and see Yelena in there making breakfast.

Y/N: Hey babe.

Yelena: Hiiii.

She comes over and kisses me and we pull away after a few seconds.

Yelena: How was your run?

I smile.

Y/N: It was good. It's nice to be able to run when it's not on a rooftop that I'm gonna dive of off.

She giggles.

Yelena: It's nice for me to run when I'm not chasing after someone.

I chuckle.

She then comes and wraps her arms around my waist.

Y/N: Babe, I'm really sweaty.

She leans up.

Yelena: I don't care, so just shut up and kiss me baby.

We start kissing again and slowly making our way to the bedroom.

(Forty-five minutes later)

Yelena and I are now laying in bed after having sex.

Yelena is running her hand up and down my shoulder blade.

She starts lightly kissing me.

Y/N: What's got you in this mood?

She smiles.

Yelena: Just you being you.

I chuckle.

Yelena: What time you gotta be at the compound today?

I look at my phone to see the time.

Y/N: Ah, thirty minutes.

I peck her on the lips and all over the face.

Y/N: Okay, I gotta go babe.

I get out of the bed and start to ger changed.

Yelena: What time you coming back?

Y/N: Not sure. I'll text you when I'm on my way home.

Yelena: Okay, I'll see you later.

Y/N: Bye babe.

I leave the house and head into New York as I'm going to see my mum.

When I told her I wanted to propose to Yelena she wanted to give me the engagement ring my dad gave to her when he proposed.

(One hour later)

I'm now leaving mum's house.

Y/N: Thanks for the ring mum.

Vanessa: Of course. Just tell me how it goes.

I smile.

Y/N: I will, I promise. Okay, I've gotta go now. Bye mum.

Vanessa: Bye sweetie.

I walk away and get into the car and drive to the compound.

(Three hours later)

So I'm now at the Avengers Compound now, Nat needed me to come by to sort out some of the wiring.

I asked Natasha for permission to marry Yelena, I would have asked Alexei or Melina but they got dusted in the snap. Nat said yes so now all I have to do is ask her.

While I'm under the table I feel someone kick my foot.

I come out and see Nat standing there.

Y/N: Hey, what's up?

Natasha: I wanna see the ring.

I chuckle.

Y/N: Okay, okay.

After I'm finished with the wires I stand up and pull the ring.

Nat holds it.

Natasha: It's beautiful, she'll love it.

Y/N: Thanks. My dad gave it to my mum. It was originally brought by my great-grandfather and he gave it to my great-grandmother. Do you think she'll say yes?

Natasha: Of course she will. I've never seen her love someone the way she loves you.

I smile.

Y/N: Thanks.

After that Nat gave me a file for a mission she wants me to go on. I told her I'd look it over and think about it.

I then leave the Compound and go back home to Yelena.

(Two hours later)

I'm in my office that's in the attic and looking over the file that Natasha gave me.

I sigh and close the file.

Y/N: It's interesting Nat, sorry. But it's a no.

I put it the drawer with the other files Nat's given me over the years.

I stand up and look around the attic. I also have all my Spider-Man gear up here. I go over and pick up my web shooters and put them on.

Y/N: Oh shit. They're coming. Take cover.

I start shooting targets with my web shooters. After a minute or so I hear Yelena call me for dinner.

I take off the web shooters.

Y/N: Well, play time is over.

Once I get downstairs Yelena and I start having dinner while we sit on the couch.

As we're talking I see a picture of myself and the other Web Warriors and I start to think about my old missions and adventures.

I'd be lying if I said I didn't miss being Spider-Man. I do miss the adrenaline rush of being a hero, an Avenger.

I then get poked. I look to see Yelena poking me with her fork.

Yelena: Where are you?

I chuckle.

Y/N: Well, I'm here being stabbed with a fork.

She giggles.

Yelena: Where'd you go?

Y/N: Sorry, I was just thinking about something.

After we finish dinner I pull out the ring and hold it in my hand behind my back.

Yelena looks up at me.

Yelena: You okay? You seem a little nervous.

Y/N: Well, there's something I... I want to ask you.

I kneel down infront of her and hold her in my other hand.

Y/N: So, we've been together for a long time now. And now that we've been retired for a few years I want you to know that I want to be with you forever.

I pull the ring out from my behind back and as I do Yelena puts her hands over her mouth.

Y/N: Yelena Belova, will you marry me?

She has trouble to get the words out and I get nervous.

Y/N: Please say...

Yelena jumps into my arms and we kiss.

Yelena: Yes, of course I'll marry you!

We kiss again, then I put the ring on her finger. Yelena looks at it.

Yelena: It's beautiful.

Y/N: Then it's the perfect ring for you.

She smiles and kisses me deeply.

Yelena: (Whispers) Let's go to the bedroom.

We stand up and she drags me to the bedroom and immediately pushes me on the bed.

The two of us quickly take our clothes off and have amazing night together.
