(Two days later)

Y/N's P.O.V

So the past two days have been crazy. The UN was bombed and the King of Wakanda was killed in the bombing.

The whole world believes it was Bucky Barnes a.k.a the Winter Soldier.

He has been arrested along with Steve, Sam and the Prince of Wakanda T'challa.

I'm currently in Berlin with Yelena as we've been called here by Tony, he says he wants to talk about about something.

Yelena and I are walking through the halls and once we get to the main offices and see Steve and Sam in an office.

Tony: Ah, there they are.

We look over to see Tony and Nat coming over to us.

Y/N: Alright Tony, what's going on?

Tony: We just wanna talk?

Yelena: Why'd you arrest them?

Tony: We didn't, besides that office is better than a prison cell. Y/N, can we talk please?

I sigh.

Y/N: Sure.

Tony and I walk off to go and talk in private.

We go into an office and he closes the door behind, then he goes over to the desk.

Y/N: Okay Tony, what's this about?

He pulls a document out of the desk and brings it over to the table along with a pen.

I go over to the table and see that the document is the Sokovia Accords document.

Y/N: Goddammit.

Tony: Y/N, please sign this.

Y/N: Tony...

Tony: Look, I know you don't like. Okay, I get it. But I need you to sign it.

I sigh.

Y/N: Who else has signed it?

Tony: Myself, Rhodey, Natasha, Justin and Vision.

Y/N: What about Wanda and Ben?

Tony: Not yet, they're still undecided.

I grab the pen off the table.

Y/N: Tony, I wish we could be on the same side when it comes to the accords. I really do, but I can't sign. I can't sign when I know in my heart that it's wrong.

Tony: Y/N, I want you with me on this, I need you with me on this. What do you think your grandpa would want you to do? Don't you think he'd want to be on the right side of this?

Y/N: Maybe you're right. Maybe he'd want me to sign. But like I said I can't sign when I know in my heart that it's wrong. I can't let myself become the government's weapon.

I drop the pen back on the table.

Y/N: I can't. I'm sorry Tony. I hope you can understand.

After that I walk out of the room.

(Ten minutes later)

Yelena and I are both in the office with Steve, Sam and Sharon. Natasha asked Yelena to sign too, but she said no like me.

As we're sitting in there Steve looks at us.

Steve: Why would the task force put out this picture in the first place?

Sharon: To get the word out, involve as many people as we can?

Steve: Right. It's a good way to flush a guy out of hiding.

Y/N: Steve's right. Set off a bomb get your picture taken. Suddenly everyone is looking for the Winter Soldier.

Sharon looks at me.

Yelena: You're saying someone framed him to find him?

Sam: Steve, you and I looked for him for two years and came up with nothing.

Y/N: Yeah, but you two didn't bomb the UN. Something like that is bound to turn some heads.

Yelena: He's right.

Sharon: Yeah, but that doesn't guarantee that who ever framed him would get him. It guarantees that we would.

All of us look at each other realising that something is definitely wrong.

Steve: Yeah.

A few minutes later the lights went out and we heard that Barnes had escaped his cell.

Sharon: Sub-level five, East wing.

Steve: Thank you Sharon. Come on guys.

The four of us leave and go to see what happened down there.

(Two hours later)

After getting Barnes out of there Steve, Sam, Yelena and I take him and hide him somewhere.

I'm currently keeping an eye out when I hear Sam call out to me.

Sam: Hey Spidey!

I look over and see he waves me to come over.

I rush over, then Sam and I join Cap and Yelena as we see Barnes start to wake up.

He looks up and sees Steve.

Bucky: Steve?

Steve: Which Bucky am I talking to?

Barnes chuckles a bit.

Bucky: Your mum's name was Sarah. You used to wear newspapers in your shoes.

Steve smiles.

Steve: You can't read that in a museum.

Sam: Oh, and just like that we're supposed to be cool? 

After a moment of silence Barnes speaks again.

Bucky: God. What did I do?

Y/N: Enough.

Bucky: Ah, I knew this would happen. All he had to do was say the goddamn words.

Steve: Who was he?

Bucky: I don't know.

Steve: People are dead. The bombing, the setup, the doctor did all of that just to get ten minutes with you. So I need you to do better than I don't know.

Bucky: He wanted to know about Siberia, where I was kept. He wanted to know exactly where.

Yelena: And why would he want to know that?

Bucky looks up at us.

Bucky: Because I'm not the only Winter Soldier.

Barnes then goes on to explain how he was sent on a mission in 1991 to steal a version on the super soldier serum and how they used it on other soldiers like him, but they became unstable so they were put into cryo freeze.

Steve: The doctor, could he control them?

Bucky: I don't know.

Y/N: He said he wanted to see an empire fall.

Bucky: And with these guys he could do it. They speak thirty languages, can hide in plain sight, infiltrate, assassinate. They could take down a whole country in one night, and you'd never see them coming.

Y/N: Oh fuck me.

Yelena: Jesus Christ.

Sam comes over to Steve, Yelena and I.

Sam: Guys, this would have been alot easier a week ago.

I nod in agreement.

Steve: If we call Tony...

Yelena: He won't be believe us.

Steve: Even if he did...

Y/N: Cap, who knows of the Accords would let him help.

Cap sighs.

Steve: We're on our own then.

Sam: Maybe not. I know a guy.

Cap, Yelena and I are slightly confused by this.
