(Two days later)

Y/N's P.O.V

I've been searching for Hammerhead for the past two days and I've come up with nothing. It's like he's gone completely off the grid.

Everything has gone quiet right now, there's been a few things going on such as robberies, muggings etc. but that's all.

I'm now in my room and I walk into my room from my walk-in bathroom.

As I walk in I see someone sitting in my desk chair and they spin in it to face me.

Hammerhead: Hey there Spider-Man, or can I call you Y/N?

I immediately getting into a fighting stance.

Y/N: What the hell are you doing in this house? And how'd you...?

Hammerhead: How'd I find out who you were? It's on a need to know basis kid, and you don't need to know.

Y/N: Coming after me as Spider-Man is one thing, but coming after me in my family home. That is officially the stupidest thing you could ever do Hammerhead.

He puts his hand up.

Hammerhead: I'm not here to fight kid. Honestly. I'm actually here to make a deal with you.

Y/N: The hell are you talking about?

Hammerhead: I'm here to make a deal. I want your help in fact. I want you to help me to take out Tombstone.

I nod my head as I realise what his future plan is.

Y/N: So, you want me to help you take out Tombstone so you can be the new Bigman of Crime.

Hammerhead: Now you're getting it. You're a smart kid L/N. I'm impressed. You help me do this, and I'll let your mother live. I'll also keep your identity a secret.

I feel the anger raise up in me.

Y/N: Okay, threatening my mother is officially the stupidest thing you've done.

Hammerhead: You help me and everything will be fine for you. I'll give some time to think about it.

He gets up and leaves.

(Two days later)

It's been two days since Hammerhead made me the offer that he made me. I obviously went to find him the next day and told him that we don't have a deal.

But today I've decided to take the day off and be Y/N L/N for the day. So I'm taking Mia out on a date.

So Mia and I have just come out of a restaurant with as she and I had just had a nice date.

As we come out I spin Mia around and she laughs, I then pull her close to me and put my arm around her waist.

Mia: Tonight was great Y/N. Thank you for doing this for me.

Y/N: Of course, anything for you.

I lean and kiss her cheek.

Y/N: Plus I needed this too, and I owed you another date. I'm sorry I haven't been the best boyfriend recently. It's just everything going on with Tombstone and Hammerhead has been difficult. I'm still sorry though.

Mia: You don't have to apologise, I get it Y/N. And for what it's worth even with everything going on you're a pretty great boyfriend.

We stop and I smile at her.

Y/N: You really know how to make a guy feel special, don't you?

She leans up to me.

Mia: I do my best.

We then start kissing.

As we pull away I feel my spider sense go off. I look behind Mia and see Hammerhead standing across the street with a rifle.

Y/N: Mia! Get down!

I move her out of the way and get hit with a shot from the rifle.

Mia: Y/N!

After hitting the ground I jump back up and see Hammerhead coming towards me.

Hammerhead: Hey there kid. You shoulda taken my offer, it would've made your life a lot easier.

He goes to shoot me, but I kick the gun out of his hands.

Y/N: You shoulda known I'd never take that sort of deal.

He knocks me away and I hit the wall.

I rip my clothes off and reveal my suit underneath. I put my mask on and go to attack Hammerhead.

I jump at him so I can punch him, but he grabs me in a bear hug and starts squeezing me.

Once I'm weakened he pulls out a syringe and stabs me in the neck. I feel my eyes shut and everything goes black.

Mia's P.O.V

I stand up and go down the alleyway to see Hammerhead taking Y/N's unconscious body and throwing him into a limo down the other end of the alleyway.

Mia: Y/N!!

When the limo drives away I pull out my phone and call Justin.

Mia: Justin! It's Mia!

Justin: Mia, you okay? What's going on?

Mia: It's Y/N, he's just been kidnapped by Hammerhead. We need to find him!

Justin: Okay, I'll call Yelena and you meet us at my place. Don't worry Mia, we'll find him.

I nod and wipe away my tears.

Mia: Okay, I'm on my way.

(Three hours later)

Y/N's P.O.V

I shake my head as I've been splashed with water. I look down and see that the top half my suit is ripped off.

I try to break out but I realise that I'm chained up to the ceiling, and I have these weird cuffs on me. They must be dampening my powers.

Y/N: Oh god.

Hammerhead: Come on kid. Wake up.

Y/N: Why am I here Hammerhead?

Hammerhead: I need to keep you here until my plan is complete.

Y/N: Your plan to take out Tombstone and become the new Bigman of Crime. Yeah, I've heard it before. There's just one thing I don't understand.

Hammerhead: And what's that?

Y/N: If your plan is to take out Tombstone and become the new Bigman, why do you need that NuForm you stole?

Hammerhead: Well, as your gonna be dead soon I may aswell tell you.

He starts circling me as he tells me.

Hammerhead: The NuForm is a contingency plan. If I can't rule the city as the new Bigman of Crime then I'll...

Y/N: You'll use the NuForm as a bomb to take out the whole city.

Hammerhead: Exactly. It's crazy how smart you are. It's ashame that I have to kill you.

He comes back to face me.

Y/N: You're messed up.

Hammerhead: You know you're not the first person to tell me that. Once my plan is complete I'll bring your mother here and kill her right in front of you.

I try to rip the restraints but it doesn't work.

He the goes to leave.

Hammerhead: Oh and kid, when I'm done you're really gonna regret not taking my offer.

Hammerhead and some of his men leave the room.

Now that he's gone I look up and see the chains that are attaching me to the ceiling.

Y/N: (Whispers) That's it.

I jump up into the air and I start pulling myself up the chains. Once I'm up high enough I pull on the chains multiple times.

This eventually works and the chains come out and I fall to the ground.

Y/N: Ahhhh!!

I stand up and see a thug come into the room.

He goes to shoot me but I throw the chains and wrap them around his legs. I drag him across the floor and once he's in range I knock him out.

I search him and find the key for the cuffs. I unclock the cuffs, now I'm able to break through the chains with my super strength.

Once that's done I go over to the table nearby, I put on the rest of my suit and my web shooters.

After that I leave the room and start to look for a way out.
