Both King Caesar and Raiden are ready to battle against Kalya Gremory, they heard footsteps and they both turn around and saw her walking towards them with her draconian form.

Kayla: *Glare* You two are going to pay for what you did to my parents in this Kaiju Universe and my twin brother in the Special Forces Universe. 

Raiden: *glare* You'll be the one who shall fall before us.

K. Caesar: *glare* He's right, your parents and your twin brother have already died. It's your turn to die. 

Kayla: *growled & anger* I SHALL NOT BE DEFEATED BY SOME MONSTER AND A GOD! YOU WILL PAAAAAYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She transformed into her balance breaker while she was glowing.

Kayla (B. Breaker): *demonic voice* Now, it's time for a Juggernaut Drive. 

She uses the powerful visible force to push them back and they stare back at her, and finally she starts chanting.

She transformed into Juggernaut Drive as she growled at them.

Kayla (J. Drive): *growl* GGRRRRRRR!!!!!!! RRRRRAAAAAAGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

She swung her arm at them, King Caesar and Raiden jumped & dodged her claws to avoid it. Raiden uses his lightning at her and King Caesar uses his Aurora Beam at her as well, but it reflects it. She laughed at them, and she smacked them to the walls. 

Kayla (J. Drive): *Draconian Voice* YOU WILL BE MY SLAVES SOON, MY FAMILY LEGACY SOON RISE AND YOU HEROES SHALL FALL BEFORE ME! I AM THE TRUE DRAGON EMPEROR!!!

???: Are you sure about that? VICTORY BEAM!

Kayla (J. Drive): Huh?

A powerful beam blasted her away outside of the town, King Caesar and Raiden watched her get blasted away and they saw another person. 

???: *smirking* No wonder why my traitorous brother: Issei Hyoudou joined this nonsense. 

K. Caesar: *confused* Who are you?

Raiden: And where did you come from? 

Sora: *smiles* Me, I didn't come from either of your universes. I came from........like my alternate brother: Issei Branwen. I am Sora Hyoudou, I came from the world of DxD-Verse. Humanity's Savior.

K. Caesar: Wait, you're alternate brother of Issei Branwen and step brother of Issei Hyoudou. 

Sora: *nodded* Yep, I also have the strongest hero in Kuoh Town.

Raiden: Are you a devil, angel, fallen angel or-

K. Caesar: A dragon? Because, we can't trust you if you're part of them. 

Sora: Don't worry guys, I am a human. I also got this, watch.

He brought his Victory Lancer out.

King Caesar and Raiden eyes widened and Sora transformed into Ultraman Victory.

Sora (U. Victory): Call me, Ultraman Victory and meet my friend: Shepardon. 

A wall burst through and it was Shepardon, Sora's childhood ally.

Shepardon roared and he walked towards Sora and he turned to Raiden and King Caesar, he nodded to them and they nodded back. 

Raiden: Four against one *smirk* Let's rumble.

Kayla (Juggernaut Drive) got back up and saw Ultraman Victory and Shepardon are with them, she growled at them and she used her powerful beam at them.

Kayla (J. Drive): *growl* YOU HEROES WILL NEVER DEFEAT ME *turns to Sora* And Who are you?

She beamed at Sora and Shepardon and they both dodged it, and he glared at her. 

Sora (U. Victory): *glare* I am your uncle and brother of Issei Hyoudou, your pathetic legacy ends here. Three Factions will die here right here, right now.

She snarled at him and she beamed at him, Shepardon used his beam and they beam locked together. King Caesar and Raiden uses both Aurora Beam and Lightning Strike to help Shepardon to push the beam back and she pushes it forward to them. Then Sora got in front of them and used his Victory Beam at her. It attacked her and they pushed the beam and blasted her away, finally, another portal just opened and it was another male person. His name is Peter Masterson.

Peter: Henshin!

He summoned his transformation belt, and he transformed as well.

Announcer: Taka. Tora. Batta. Tatoba. Tatoba. Tatoba.

He transformed into Kamen Rider OOOs.

Peter (OOOs): I am Peter Masterson, I'm also new as well to Ask's Universe. Me and Sora are the same as Ask & his friends' Universe. I'm also known as Kamen Rider OOOs. 

Kayla (J. Drive): *growl & yelled* WHO ELSE ARE WITH YOU?!

They heard a loud roar, and she looked around and she turned back at them. 

Kayla (J. Driver): What the hell was that?

Sora (U. Victory): *smirk* Oh that, I met the DaiKaiju Warriors' Space Dragon named..................GOLDRA!

The roof burst opened as well and she turned her head and saw a golden space dragon named Goldra.

He flew towards her and used Energy Beam at her, she been blasted towards the buildings. He flew back at the heroes. King Caesar turns back at the heroes.

K. Caesar: *smiles* All together, now.

King Caesar uses his Aurora Beam, Raiden uses his Lightning Strike, Sora (Ultraman Victory) uses his Victory Beam, Shepardon uses his Shepardon Beam, Goldra uses Energy Beam and Peter scanned the medals. 

Announcer: Scanning Charge.

He jumped in the air and they charged their beam at Kamen Rider OOOs and powered him up. 

King Caesar/ Raiden/ Sora/ Peter: LIGHTNING AURORA VICTORY CHARGE!

They blasted him towards Kayla in her Juggernaut Drive and he kicked her through, and she screamed in pain as her body started electrocuting. 

Kayla: *anger* YOU'LL REGRET THIS UNCLE AND HEROES, MY LEGACY WILL NEVER END!

She exploded and they did their victory stance, as Shepardon and Goldra roared together. Raiden turns back at Sora, Peter and Shepardon. 

Raiden: *smiles* Thank you, fellow heroes. We'll meet again these days.

Sora: *smiles* You too, Raiden and King Caesar. 

Sora, Peter and Shepardon went back to Ask's Universe as Reiwa Heroes, Goldra went back to space and went back to the moon to rest.  He turned back at King Caesar.

Raiden: Let's go, the others need help.

He nodded and they ran off to help the others, as the screen fades black.
