1. English class situation:
- Hello, everybody. I am Thảo, I am from a mountainous province, Mộc Châu. I am a new-comer and my English skill is not so good. I hope I can join in our class and I hope everybody can help me improve my English. I am always a bit shy but I will try to overcome my weakness. By the way, when you guys have free time, I recommend you to visit my hometown, a place with a lot of famous fruits, flowers and magnificent outdoor scenery in autumn. 2. Friend's wedding situation:
- Hi, guys. Okay. I don't know anyone at the table yet. Maybe some guys here are in the same situation as me. But all of us are the friend of groom/bride. And I know him/her, they are very friendly. So I think we are all friendly people. Why don't we do a bottom-up then each person could introduce something? Come on, it gonna be fun.

5. V.I.P pick-up situation:
- Good afternoon, sir! Are you Mr. Stevenson from New York beach? Welcome you to Việt Nam! I am Thảo, I am here to pick you up and escort you to our headquarters. Please, put your luggage in this cart. I gonna help you navigate out this airport and we will catch a taxi outside.

6. Air-port cafe situation:

I am so sorry to disturb you but I can not find any seat. * he give his permission* Thank you very much! It means a lot to me. I had to wake up very early this morning, pack my luggage and ride the bus to get here. I am so tired that my whole legs feel very numb...
