Nezu: What makes a true hero different from a good hero?

All Might: Well, a true hero encompasses all the aspects that heroism covers. A true hero will do whatever it takes to save people no matter what happens to them.
All Might: A good hero always saves people but may or may not excel in all aspects of heroism. They can be good at a few fields and maybe not the other few. Like, they can be an ideal hero at saving alone/ capturing villains but may lack the balance or the other smaller aspects.

Nezu: That's indeed true.
Nezu: So that makes you a good hero.

All Might: What?

Nezu: Well, you are good at saving people or capturing villains but don't follow the necessary protocols like checking up on Victims and assisting the medical staff. You also don't help in clearing the property damage you cause. Clearly, you aren't a true hero now, are you?

All Might:.....

Nezu: Now, can a quirkless person become a hero?

All Might: Yes.

All Might: I'll be honest, had you asked me this question a few months ago, I would have said no. But something happened that changed my views.

Eraserhead: What exactly happened?

All Might: I met a quirkless kid who wanted to become a hero. When he asked me, I said it was too dangerous. I still think it's dangerous but I have realised that danger is common in our line of work.
All Might: That kid was more heroic than I was that day. You remember my original form? I ran out of time that day and the kid knows. I accidentally deflated in front of him while he was asking me his question and told him about my injury. He promised to keep it a secret and I believe that kid.

Eraserhead: He was more heroic than you? How so?

Midnight: He knows about your skinny form too?

Nezu: It is concerning that a total stranger knows about your form, All Might.

All Might: The kid wants to be a hero either way and I'm sure I can trust him.
All Might: A kid was attacked by the sludge villain that day. The same villain had attacked this quirkless kid earlier. I couldn't do anything but watch from behind a building as the other kid struggled. I was completely out of time and the other pros were just standing around, waiting for someone with a suitable quirk. But this quirkless kid, he did not hesitate as he ran towards the scene, analysed the villain's weak spot and threw his bag at its eye. He even freed the trapped kid in a split second. He inspired me and I was able to muster a bit of my strength to transform and defeat the villain.
All Might: You should have seen the kid yell at the other pros for being wimps, not that I wasn't. Later when I confronted him, he said that he will become a hero without a quirk and prove himself.
All Might: So yes, that one selfless act has proved to be that anyone can become a hero.

Eraserhead:...
