In The Morning...

Yoongi woke up to the alarm sound. He stopped it and rubbed his bleary eyes. He felt the weight on him and looked at the younger who was sleeping peacefully on his chest.

His hand unconsciously reached out to the younger's hair and brushed them. Hoseok snuggled closer in sleep.

Yoongi looked at him, mesmerized. He traced his finger on the younger's cheek and pinched it.

"Mm," Hoseok whined in sleep and moved, he felt the hard chest of the elder.

>>>Why is the pillow so hard today?

Hoseok tapped his palm on the elder's chest trying to feel it with his closed eyes.

>>>It isn't a pillow...???

Hoseok opened his eyes abruptly. Yoongi noticing that the younger was awake closed his eyes, pretending to be asleep.

Hoseok lifted his head and got shocked seeing Yoongi, "WHA-"

>>>Why am I sleeping in his arms?

He looked around the room with wide eyes.

>>>I am pretty sure that I slept in another room that is so far from his room. So why am I in his room like this?

He then slightly remembered the last night.

___"It's fine. It's just me, stop crying,"___

>>>He comforted me when I woke up from the nightmare?

>>>He hugged me and said,

___"Shush, everything is gonna be okay. Stop crying." ___

>>>I remember asking him,

___"Don't leave m-me!" ___

>>>He did say that,

___"I am not going anywhere, just sleep."___

>>>He brought me to his room and hugged me to sleep to comfort me...?

"It's been so long since I slept like this in peace, thank you," Hoseok whispered with glossy eyes.

After his family's bankruptcy and an incident, it was hard for Hoseok to sleep peacefully, and he was all alone at night as Jimin used to go out to work at that time.

All those nights he used to woke up in the middle of the night from the nightmares, trembling and crying and there was no one to comfort him.

He hugged himself and tried to sleep but was too scared thinking that if he closed his eyes he would end up in the room that he never wanted to go to again in his life. The room, where he had to go through horrendous things which he didn't even want to think of.

He was all alone with his nightmares and never dared to sleep after he woke up from them. But yesterday, he had someone who hugged him and patted his back, telling him that everything was gonna be okay and that he was with him so he could sleep without getting scared.

"Why are you so nice to me when I did such dreadful things to you in the past?" Hoseok asked in a light tone not wanting to wake up the elder.

>>>I have no idea too, why am I being nice to you?

He brushed the elder's fringes from his forehead and looked at him with gratefulness, "I thought after signing the contract yesterday, my life would go back to being the nightmare I fear but you..."

>>>Go back to the nightmare you fear? What?

"Thank you," Hoseok placed a light kiss on the elder's forehead and immediately got up from the bed and rushed to his room.

Yoongi opened his eyes in shock. He blinked his eyes several times and looked at the ceiling blankly.

He traced his forehead where he just received a kiss and looked at the door where the younger left.

"What just happened?" He mumbled to nothing.

He sat up straight on the bed.

>>>What does he mean by his life would go back to being the nightmare he fears of?

>>>What just happened to you for you to change like this?

>>>For you to thank me when you were so arrogant back then and looked at me as if I am less than an animal?

Yoongi was confused. He didn't know what to do with Hoseok and his revenge anymore.

>>>What if all this is just him acting to save his ass from me?

>>>Can I trust him?

Yoongi's head was filled with lots of questions which had no answers. His head started hurting so he just pushed away all those useless thoughts and decided to just watch the younger for some days and determine whether to trust him or not.

>>>Anyway, that idiot will be back soon, and after investigating his past, I will know if he is just acting or not.

He freshened up and came downstairs and walked to the kitchen but found the younger there cooking something.

"What are you doing?" He asked.

"Good morning, sir. I...am just trying to make some breakfast for us. Although I am not good at cooking, I can roast the bread and can cook a sunnyside egg," Hoseok replied, nervously.

Yoongi just nodded and went to the refrigerator. He poured some ice in the glass and then went to the coffee machine to make himself an iced Americano.

"Coffee?" He asked looking at the younger who was trying his best to place the Sunnyside omelet he made on the toast.

"Ok?" Hoseok answered rather confused as it seemed to him like they were getting along well just like married couples.

>>>What the heck am I thinking? Married couple?

Hoseok's face blushed red. He placed the breakfast he made with so much care on the table neatly.

Yoongi came to the table with two coffees and handed one of them to Hoseok. That was when he looked at the younger's reddened face.

He frowned and extended his arm to check his temperature, "Are you having a fever? Why is your face flushed?"

Hoseok stepped back, flustered, "I-It's nothing."

Yoongi looked at him for a second and drew his hand back.

>>>Why is he so wary of me? As if it will kill him if I touch him?

Yoongi sat down and sipped his coffee not saying a word.

Hoseok then sat beside him taking the coffee and sipping it, his eyes lit up as it is to his taste.

"Coffee is so good," He commented.

"Um," Yoongi just hummed and looked at his phone while sipping his coffee, totally ignoring the younger.

>>>What happened? Did I say something wrong? Why is he looking upset?

"Is the breakfast not good?" Hoseok asked, fidgeting his fingers.

Yoongi looked up from his phone, "Not bad."

>>>Then...why are you upset?

Hoseok wanted to ask but he feared that he would cross the line if he did, so, he just stuffed his mouth with slices of bacon he fried and sulked.

Yoongi took a glance at him and saw the pout.

>>>Why is he sulking now? Is the food he made not to his liking?

>>>Whatever!

>>>Don't pay too much attention to him, Yoongi. He is just an employee that I want to take my revenge on, that's all.

Yoongi finished his breakfast and got up, "We are leaving."

"Yes, sir," Hoseok stood up and followed his boss.

At The Office...

Yoongi was looking through the files and frowned seeing upon a document, he rang the bell calling for Hoseok.

The younger immediately rushed inside and stood beside him politely, "Yes, sir?"

"These documents, who reviewed them?" He asked.

Hoseok couldn't see the documents clearly so he leaned his head forward, at the same time Yoongi turned his chair to look at his secretary but that made him push the younger.

Yoongi grabbed his hand instantly not letting him fall and pulled him, but...

Their eyes widened in shock as their lips met each other. The pull was rather hard and made Hoseok stumble and fall on his boss which made their heads bump against each other.

Hoseok immediately got up closing his mouth still in shock and looked at Yoongi who was also in the trance.

The younger's ear blushed red. He bowed and ran out of the room in embarrassment and sat in his seat tracing his lips.

Yoongi blinked his eyes and traced his lips and looked through the see-through glass and saw the younger outside the office who was also doing the same.

>>>What the hell!!!

They both screamed in their minds.

In Kim's Mansion...

After three days of working day and night Taehyung came back to his mansion to take a brief break and also to see what his left-alone bride doing in his absence.

>>>I wouldn't be surprised if he runs away with the money.

>>>But it would be a real surprise if he still stays, let's see which type of surprise you're gonna give me, Jin.

Taehyung walked inside the mansion and stopped in his tracks hearing the loud music booming in the hall.

He frowned and saw Jin cleaning the floor with the vacuum while humming to the songs.

>>>He's enjoying?

>>>You surprised me more than I thought I would.

Jin didn't notice his husband's presence as he was immersed in singing the high notes of the song when suddenly the music stopped and his voice creaked.

He turned around and got shocked to see his husband standing in front of him with the same suit he has worn on their wedding day but unlike that day when he looked so dashing, today he looked so haggard, tired with messy hair even though,

>>>He still looks out of this world.

Jin put aside the vaccine and smiled at his husband, "Are you just back?"

"What do you think? If not, is my ghost been accompanying you all this time?" Taehyung rolled his eyes and walks past him.

Jin stood still like a statue and pouted.

>>>He is so rude!

>>>But then he looks so tired, being a doctor must be so tough.

>>>Maybe that's why he is irritated?

Jin smiled and waited obediently on the couch for his husband as he needed to talk with him about his studies.

Taehyung came down after he freshened up and sat in front of the younger, holding his head.

He didn't sleep for three days due to continuous surgeries and his head was hurting like hell.

"Get me some coffee," Taehyung asked.

Seeing that his husband was in pain he immediately obeyed and went to the kitchen but it was new to him. These three days, he just ate what the worker Ajhumma cooked but today she was on leave.

He didn't know how to cook as his grandparents didn't let him do the work and made him only concentrate on his studies so as to get the scholarship as his father never paid for his studies and the old ones didn't have that much money to support their grandson. So, all they can do was let him study without feeling any burden of other work.

>>>It's just a coffee, it must be easy, right?

With a big question mark, and with his little knowledge of making a coffee he tried to do something.

After a few minutes, he offered the coffee cup to his husband, nervously.

"Why are you...?" Taehyung frowned and took the cup as he didn't ask him for it, he asked the Ajhumma but he didn't know she was on leave.

"Ajhumma is on leave," Jin answered.

"Oh," Taehyung took a sip of the coffee and the next second he spat it out making a disgusted face.

"What the hell is this? Are you trying to poison me or something?" Taehyung threw the cups beside the younger which broke into pieces.

Jin flinched and looked scared seeing how his husband was glaring at him.

"I am sorry, I don't know how to make a coffee," Jin apologized.

"Then why did you even try? Are you experimenting on me? Am I your test subject?" Taehyung asked, furious.

"No, it's not like that," Jin tried to explain.

"Then what is it? Are you playing pranks on me? Is that what you do to your husband?" Taehyung fumed in anger.

Jin stayed silent, "Answer me, dammit!" Taehyung shouted making him flinch again and tears welled up his eyes.

Taehyung was in an irritated mood as he didn't get to sleep and all the work pressure on him. His head was hurting and he just needed a coffee but that too, his frustration increased seeing Jin standing still not answering him.

Taehyung grabbed Jin's hand and dragged him somewhere, "Where are you taking me?"

"To punish you," Taehyung replied and dragged him to the basement of the mansion and pushed him inside the room.

Jin fell hard on the ground and looked at his husband with glossy eyes, "Stay there and think of what you did wrong."

Taehyung closed the door shocking Jin, "What? No! Open the door, please! I am sorry, I will learn from now on. So, please! Don't leave me alone here, Taehyung-shi!"

Jin screamed his lungs out but Taehyung had already left and didn't hear a thing.
