story two, part one. ocs... Cassie again.. but not exactly ocs Lizzie and Stacy
Lizzie is kinda quiet. Smart when it comes to some things. Isn't related to any member of the group, she's just the best friend of one of the members of the group's younger siblings. To add, she's uh.... Not very social. Doesn't understand social interactions very much. Cassie is the same as last time. Slightly less strong though and maybe won't die. Maybe. Stacy is... I don't know. I haven't decided yet. We'll see how her personality turns out. She's the only reason Lizzie's on the trip though. Maybe major Lacy. Like omg its my otp how can i NOT include it lmao. Stacy is..... Emily's sister. She's much nicer though. Oh btw Stacy and Lizzie look like humanised versions of their minecraft skins. If you don't know the youtubers they're LDShadowLady and StacyPlays. Will switch between the ocs povs. So three different povs this time. Yay! We'll start with Stacy.
"Hey Stacy wake up! I think we're aaaallllmost there!" Lizzie shook me awake. My eyes shot open. I looked at the pink haired girl I'd been friends with for so long. I'd never seen her this happy. She was right. We were almost there.
"Hey Matt, how long till we get there?" I asked.
"Just a few minutes. You see that just up there?" Matt pointed at a large moutain with a building or two on it. "That's our place."
"Neat." I grinned. Not too far away at all.
"You're too nice to her you know." Emily remarked. Not again.
"Nicer than you are to her. I actually answer her questions, whether they're important or not." Matt rolled his eyes.
"I don't answer them because 9 times out of 10 it's a stupid question."
"Hey my questions aren't stupid!" I yelled. "Most are perfectly reasonable!" We argued for the rest of the trip. It may have been a few minutes but with Emily.... It feels like hours. Once we'd got out the car and our driver (my dad) had drove off Lizzie grabbed my hand and looked me in the eye.
"Don't let her get to you."
"I try. But sometimes i just want to strangle her. I know she's my sister and I'm supposed to love her but her?! Gods, i don't even know how I'm supposed to love her sometimes." I sighed. Lizzie refused to let go of my hand the entire way up to the cable car. Even then she didn't let go. I was okay with it. I needed a little reassurance. On the way up to the cable car we ran into Cassie, Jessica and Sam. "This is not going to end well." I shook my head. Jess and Em did not get along at all.
"I know right. I actually had an argument free weekend. I know you probably didn't. I feel quite sorry for you." Cassie looked at Jess and Em, who were arguing like there was no tomorrow. "Anyway, who's this?"
"This is Lizzie. Childhood bestfriend and stuff." I told her. "Lizzie, Cassie. Cassie, Lizzie."
"Hey." Cassie smiled at Lizzie.
"Hi." Lizzie smiled back. We spent a while chatting. Then the cable car showed up. We all got on that and it was hell. Cassie was driven to the point of loudly playing heavy metal through her headphones by the arguing. Lizzie was driven to reading a book she had brought along that she knew she'd never read. Me.... I was driven to both. I blared a vocaloid song while reading. Poor Sam had nothing to block the arguing out. We all felt the car come to a halt, and we all stopped whatever we were doing. Most of us. Cassie still listened to her music, but much quieter. Lizzie had let go of my hand to read but had quickly made sure she held it once again when she stopped reading.
"I actually meant to ask earlier, but i forgot you see, why are you two holding hands?" Cassie asked.
"I had a feeling Stacy needed some reassurance and things after that argument in the car." Lizzie explained.
"And you had no objection to it?" Cassie raised an eyebrow at me.
"No objection." I knew exactly what she was getting at.
"Okay then." I saw Cassie smirk as she turned away, and caught up with Sam and Jess. I had no doubt i was blushing slightly. Lizzie looked quite confused. It hadn't clicked yet.
"What was that about...?" She asked.
"Holding hands is usually a thing couples do." I explained.
"Oh..." Lizzie was blushing too.
"It's fine though. Sometimes people hold other's hands for protection or to give them comfort." I added to my explanation a little. Lizzie had no response to it. She still didn't let go of my hand. Kinda odd.... It's almost as if....
Lizzie's POV
OH GOD SHE'S FIGURING IT OUT! Do not freak out too much. We continued walking up the path. I decided to let go of Stacy's hand once we'd gotten to the door. The door was locked though. "Hey Stacy." A girl i quickly assumed Stacy knew waved.
"Hey Ash." Stacy waved back.
"Who's this?" It seemed literally no one knew who i was except Emily and Matt.
"This is Lizzie. Childhood friend and all. Isn't able to get out much. Lizzie, Ashley. Ashley, Lizzie." Stacy introduced me to this 'Ashley'. She seemed quite nice.
"Lizzie eh? Nice name." Ashley smiled at me.
"Thanks." Why was everyone smiling at me? Is it because they're trying to be friendly? I'm not used to this. So many people. I assumed i need to thank her. I had no idea if i was actually meant to. I never really spoke to people because i knew I'd spill the beans. A few minutes later a blonde guy with glasses opened the door.
"You're welcome ladies and gentlemen, I'll be here all night." He grinned goofily. Is that a word? Goofily?
"Hey Stacy. And... It's... Lizzie right?" He grinned at me. I nodded. "Sometimes Stacy just doesn't stop talking about you. It's usually to me." He whispered loudly, clearly intending for Stacy to hear.
"Chriiiiisss. I told you not to talk about that!" Stacy whined, but was laughing at the same time.
"Whoops. Beans have been spilled." Chris pulled a can of beans out of his pocket, opened it and knocked it over.
"How long have you had that just so you could make that joke you goofball?" Stacy asked.
"Honestly? A few years. If Ash asks anything say just today." Chris winked at Stacy. He lead us inside where arguing between Jess and Em was already happening.
