Note this takes place without izuna dying, so just pretend that never happened

Currently right now tobirama and izuna were glaring at each other, in the Hokage Office.

Hashirama just shook his head while Madara gave izuna a thumbs up.

" Guys focus, I need you two to go on a mission together "

" Look you two are the only people I trust to do this "

Tobirama grabs the scroll and looks at izuna.

Izuna and tobirama finished there mission, all they had to do is drop off an important scroll off to a village.

They were on their way back to Konoha, but had to stop at a inn to spend the night. Once they both got inside tobirama pushed izuna to the wall.

He pulled izuna in for a kiss, in which he kisses him back with much passion. Tobirama licks his bottom lips asking for entrance, izuna decided to toy with him and denie him.

This angered the pale senju and he rubbed his crotch against the pale uchiha, this caused him to gasp. He thrusted his tongue inside of his mouth, and explored his mouth.

They soon start to fight for domance, which tobirama wins. They pull apart and look each other in the eyes.  

Crimson eyes meet black onxy eyes, the pale uchiha starts to tug on the pale senju long sleeved shirt. The senju allows him to pull it off of him, the pale senju then undoes his belt thing around his abdomen and pulls off his shirt like thing.

" Your so beautiful "

" Shut up and fuck me already "

The pale uchiha pulls him in for another kiss, this kiss wasn't as passionate as the one before. The senju pulls away and starts to kiss down the uchiha's neck.

" Don't leave too many love bits like last time "

" Shut up, you like them "

" Your right about that "

The senju soon starts to suck on the uchiha's skin, leaving love marks. He soon sucks on a certain spot between his collar and shoulder, the uchiha let's out a shaky moan.

The senju smirks and bit that spot hard, hard enough to draw blood. He licks up the blood and starts to suck on that spot hard.

The uchiha grips his shoulders and let's out a couple moans. The senju pulls away and sees he left a dark purplish mark, he smirks.

" You ass that hurt "

" That's not what you were saying '

Tobirama leans close to him and kiss him, izuna kisses him with as much passion. And he bits Tobirama's bottom lips hard enough to draw blood, and pulls away smirking.

" Oops "

" Oh your going to regret that uchiha "

He pulls the uchiha close and pushes him down onto the bed, and he hooks his fingers inside of his boxers and pants and pulls them down. There he encounters a already hard member, and he bits his already bitten lips.

He pulls off his boxers and pants, he strokes himself to get to full length, he position himself at izuna's entrance and thrust in hard and deep. Izuna let's out a loud moan and throws his head back, tobirama stays still to let him adjust.

" You bastard you went straight in, you didn't even use some kind of lubercation "

" Oops my hand slipped "

" You lying bitch, just move already "

" Alright boss "

Tobirama pulls out halfway and thrust back in, he grips izuna's hips and starts to thrust into him, but at a very slow pase. This angered the uchiha and he tried to move his hips, but the senju grip was too tight.

" Senju move faster "

" Hmm why I really enjoy this pase "

" Senju i swear to God, if don't move faster I'll- ahh!~ fuck! "

He didn't to finish his sentence, when tobirama thrusted into him hard and it's as if he knew. And he thrusted into his g spot, making the uchiha through his head back and let out a loud moan. He gripped the bedsheets and arched his back in.

Tobirama smirked and started to thrust into that spot hard and deep, as izuna moaned. He started to claw his back which only turned the senju on more.

He grabbed izuna's legs and put them over his shoulders, and started to thrust deeper inside of him. Izuna moaned as he felt his climax coming closer, and his walls tighten around Tobirama's member. 

" F-fuck I'm gon- ahh~ gonna cum! "

Tobirama only thrusted faster inside of him, as izuna's back is arched In and he began to move his hips. To feel more function, more skin.

They start to pant coming down from there high, and tobirama pulls out of him and lays besides him. And he pulls izuna close to him and hugs him, izuna hugs him back and they tangle there legs together.

Izuna lays his head on Tobirama's chest, and hears his soothing heart beat.

" I love you too tobirama, I'm just sad we keep it a secret '

" So do I, besides do you really want your brother chasing me around the village. Trying to murder me "

" No "

Izuna looks up him and lean in for a kiss, a kiss full of love, sadness, and anger.

They hated how they had to keep their love a secret, but as long as they were together that didn't matter. Izuna had tobirama and tobirama had him.
