Ethan and the other Marines ran as fast as their legs would let them through the thick forest while being perused by the teens behind them. The Marines couldn't understand why those teens were chasing after them but none of them wanted to find out as they didn't want to be captured. One of the other marines stopped for a brief second and fired his Springfield at the teens to try and scare them off. 

Unfortunately, the shot didn't seem to scare any of the youngers away if only made them chase them even faster. 

'Just who are these kids?' Ethan wondered as he and the other Marines continued running through the forest. 

"STOP RUNNING AWAY!" A young girls voice yelled from behind. "YOU CANT RUN FOREVER!"

"YOULL NEVER CATCH US!!" Ethan yelled back. "YOU MIGHT AS WELL STOP!"

"NEVER!" The voice replied back.

That only made the Marines in the group run even faster then before. But as the Marines were nearing the end of the forest one of the younger Marines accidently tripped and fell down making him dropping his rifle and it slid a distance from him. None of the other Marines in the group noticed him fall down and didn't stop for him. However instead of trying to get back up he crawled over to his rifle and was about to stand up when footsteps were heard were approaching near him. On instinct the young Marine dove into a thick bush to hide from whoever was chasing him. 

As the young Marine hid the footsteps came closer and closer and soon a pair of black boots with red lining came into view. The pair of feet then stopped not to far from where the Marine was hiding and started looking around the area. 

"Dang it!" A girls voice said. "Where did they go?" 

The young Marine stayed quiet and still in order to not be noticed by whoever was talking as he didn't want to be a prisoner of war. Just the mere though of being caught made him keep his mouth shut and not to make too much noise so they wouldn't notice him. 

"RUBY WHERE DID YOU GO?" Another voice said. Soon a few more pairs of footwear soon approach to where the boots were. 

"Over here Yang!" The first girl said. Then the young Marine saw brown, white, and Black colored footwear gather around the first girl. 

"I lost them!" The girl Ruby said. "I don't know where they went!" 

"Well they couldn't have gotten far." a older girls voice said. "Just look for foot prints that will lead us to them."

As the girls continued to talk about where they should go next the Marine hiding in the bush then slowly started to crawl away from the girls. He figured that the sounds of their voices would cover his crawling sounds. However as he got out of the bush he looked up to get a better look of who the voices belonged to and saw 4 teenage girls. The thing that was odd about the 4 girls was the color they were all dressed in. 

'Who dress's like that these days?' The young Marine thought to himself. 'Better keep moving.' He then kept crawling away to hopefully to get far enough for him to get up and run back to base. However as he crawled on the ground he then leaned on a branch and it made a loud "SNAP". The young Marine then froze in place as he caused the SNAP as it was loud enough to get the girls attention. 

"Did you girls here that?" The red girl asked as she looked in the direction to where the snap came from. 

"WHOES THERE!?" The yellow haired girl yelled and made a shot gun cocking sound. "COME OUT NOW!" 

The young Marine did not move from his hiding position as he knew his cover was blown and he didn't want to be seen. He figured that the girls were not friendly at all and by showing himself to them they wouldn't hesitate to kill him. Then footsteps were heard coming closer to where he was hiding and he knew that if he stayed there  he would be killed so slowly he made his way to a tree to hide behind it to be out of sight. But then to the bushes next to the Marine made some crunching sounds and moved a little bit.

The Marine stopped and eyed the bush for a second as what made the thing move around for a little bit. Then through the bushes a pair of red eyes stared back at the young Marine who looked back at them with fear. Then out from the bush came a big dark wear-wolf looking creature with spiky hair and what looking like a bone mask on its face.

 It then set its sights on the lone Marine who now had a terrified expression his face as he never seen something like it before and the wolf jumped at the Marine who then leaped to avoid the attack. 

After seeing that the wolf had missed its prey it then looked to see the Young Marine getting up and start running away. The Wolf then growled and started after its prey at full speed and that caught the attention of the 4 girls when they saw the beowolf take off after somebody in a odd green uniform. 

"Hey look!" Ruby exclaimed. The other girls of Team RWBY then saw the man running from a beowolf  in what looked like a green uniform. "Lets follow him!"

The girls then took off after the unknown stranger in hopes of finding out who these men where and why they were here. 

Back with the Marine...

The young Marine ran as fast as his legs would carry him as he ran from the wolf that was still chasing him. Behind him the wolf drooled from his mouth as it was hungry for some food seeing as the Marine was food in its eyes. The wolf was slowly gaining ground behind the Marine and was about the pounce on him. Then The wolf jumped at the Marine hopping to tackle him but the Marine then jumped to the side and the wolf hit the ground missing the Marine. 

The Marine then stood back up but as soon he turned to face the wolf that was chasing him the wolf pounced on him. The pounced and got on top of the lone Marine and tried to bite his face off but the Marine use the middle of his rifle and the wolf got his mouth caught on the rifle and couldn't bite the Marine. The wolf tried to move its mouth closer to the Marine and the Young Marine was using all his strength to push back the wolf to make sure the wolf didn't kill him. 

The Young Marine Struggled as the wolfs mouth was getting closer to his face the young Marine then pushed back the wolf mouth and then kicked it in the stomach and then wolf backed off a little bit. Soon the wolf backed off enough for the Marine to raise up his rifle and aimed at the wolfs head. The wolf saw him aiming the weapon at him and the wolf then roared very loud at the Marine just before he pulled the trigger and blew the wolfs head off. After the .30-06 bullet hit the wolfs head it exploded and bit of blood got splatted on the Marines face. 

"What in gods name was that?!" The young Marine asked himself. He then saw the wolfs body dissolved into the air until the body dissolved completely. "I never knew such creatures existed."

Just then snaps of Branches were heard coming behind the Marine in the trees and he turned around to face the threat that was coming his way and pulled back the bolt on his rifle and readied another shot. Then out of the woods came another black wolf creature and looked at the Marine with a hunger look. The 2 had a little stare down before the wolf prepared to jump at the Marine but then a sort of explosive hit the back of the wolf and it cried out in pain. The wolf then fell on the ground dead and dissolved into the air.

'Who did that?' The Marine thought. Just then the 4 young teenage girls he saw before stepped out into the open. The girl with yellow had smoke coming from one of her gauntlets telling the Marine that she was the one that killed the wolf. The 4 girls then noticed the Marine and raised there weapons at him and the Marine aimed his rifle at the blonde girl.

"Alright buddy lets do this nicely and maybe you'll get to live." the blonde girl said. "Who are you?"

"And why should I have to answer to you Blondie?" The Marine answered. "Your not the boss of me."

"You really want to go that way?" The blonde girl replied as her eyes flashed red. "I could take you on no Problem!"

"Yang wait!" The little red girl said. "Before we get all violent we should try to reason with him."

"Wait." The Marine said. "Your not with those white jackets from before are you?"

The girls then looked at each other in confusion as he was mentioning the dead white fang members  from before. However the girl with black hair then glared at the Marine for saying that the faunas they killed were referred as white jackets.  

"What? No!" The White haired girl exclaimed. "We aren't with them! We are against them!"

Hearing those words the Marine felt a little more safe now knowing these girls were with the white jackets from earlier. However the glare from the black haired girl told him he may have said something offensive.

"Alright, how about we lower our weapons at the same time and maybe we can talk it out." The Marine suggested and the girls nodded in agreement. So they all lowered their weapons at the same time and the situation was calmed down to a more talkative level.

"Well lets start with names, I am Ruby Rose." Ruby introduced herself. Then went the white haired girl.

"I am Weiss Schnee." Weiss said in a modest tone.

"Blake Belladonna." Blake said still slightly glaring at the Marine.

"I am Yang Xiao Long." Yang said. "Now what is your name?" 

"Well, I am Private first class C. Miller." Miller replied. "I am Part of the US Marine Corps."

"US Marine corps?" Ruby asked. "Never heard of it."

"How could you never heard of the US Marine corps?" Miller asked. "It is very well know in the world."

"Sorry buddy not sure if I have heard of anything called by that." Yang said. 

"Also what are you and the rest of your friends doing out here?" Weiss asked. "Don't you know it is dangerous in these woods with grimm almost everywhere?"

"Is that what those creatures are called?" Miller asked. "I have to say that is a fitting name for them."

Just then more running footsteps were heard running towards the group and Miller turned around to where the footsteps and snapping branches were coming from and out from the bushes came Andrew. Miller then lowered his rifle know that it was just his commanding officer.

"MILLER!" Andrew yelled and ran over to Miller. "I thought you were dead!"

"No sir, just slowed down." Miller answered. Then Andrew turned his attention to the 4 girls that were in front of him. 

"Who are these 4?" Andrew asked in a demanding tone.

"Just friends sir, just friends." Miller answered. "They aren't with those white jackets from earlier they are friendlies."

"Just where are you people from anyways?" Blake asked.

"We are from the United states of America, Miss Belladonna." Andrew answered. "Why don't you gather up the rest of your friends we going to have a long conversation."
