Flashback

Arnav was standing near poolside and a ring made him come out of his thought. It's a call from Khushi and as usual he picked it with a blissful smile.

Khushi(stressfully): Maamu...

Arnav sensed something wrong.

Arnav(panicking) : Khushi.... Khushi what happen? Are you alright?

Khushi: No. I want to see you.

Arnav(panicking): Tell me what the matter is.

Khushi: I'm feeling negative symptoms. Something tells me, something wrong is going to happen.

This is not a first time Khushi feels like this. Though Arnav never encouraged her but he can't ignore it as well. Because it has happened whenever she felt like this.

Arnav: Khushi relax.

Khushi(weeping): No I can't be relaxed until I meet you. Maamu please I want to sit in your lap. I just want to hug you. I'm scared.

Arnav( closed his eyes can't tolerate her plead): Khushi.... Listen...

Garima: Khushi..

Khushi: Maamu, Amma is calling me I will call you later.

She did cut the call. Her restlessness shifted into Arnav as she never pleaded him like today. It must be serious.

Hour later.

Khushi's mobile started ringing. It's none other than Arnav's call. She attended the call and that's when something clicked in her mind and she rushed to the window and opened it. What she guessed was right. Arnav was standing there. He jumped inside, in no time she hugged him as tight as ever. Arnav responded to her hug in the same zeal.

Arnav(calmly): What happen khushi? He asked caressing her hair.

She didn't say anything and Arnav let her stay like that how long she wanted to. Seems like, she is not ready to break the hug even after some more minutes.

Arnav: Khushi.... Don't you want to sit on my lap?

She lifted her head and nodded yes. He picked her in his arms. Went to the bed and made her sit in his lap. Took her phone from her hand and without disconnecting it he kept it aside. Now a days he is also addicted to this habit of hearing their talks again and again. She wrapped her hands around his neck and put her head on his shoulder.

Khushi: Maamu some unknown sensation is scaring me. I just want to be with you.

Arnav: I'm always with you, won't you believe me?

Khushi(helplessly lifting her head): it's not a matter of belief. We can't get everything in our control. There is always something beyond our limits. That's what scares me.

Arnav: whatever it is, nothing can separate us, at least not in this birth. "I WILL NEVER LET YOU GO AWAY FROM ME. NO MATTER WHAT". Ok?( He said sternly)

She cupped his face. It was visible in her face that how much she was worried. She was gazing at his face as if this is the last day of the earth and she should complete the task now itself. Arnav gulped his emotion and he knows that what comes next.

Khushi kissed his eyes slowly but deeply, without separating her lips from his face she travelled to his cheek, jaw line, finally... lips. Arnav closed his eyes to control his inner emotions which were bubbling beyond his control but seems like khushi was full set to smash it. Arnav couldn't pretend as if he was unaffected. He was given in to her feathery lips. They forget everything for some time. Arnav thought that she was doing that to get rid of her stress. But her action alarmed him to the core as she moved her lips to his neck and started planting kisses.

Arnav: kh..khushi.... (she didn't stop) what's this? relax.

Khushi: don't stop me. Let me get what I want.

Arnav: what you want?

Khushi(bowing her head): you.

Arnav: I'm all your's khushi. But I think whatever you are trying to do is wrong.

Khushi(calmly): Nothing is wrong between us.

Arnav(shockingly): Are you serious?

Khushi: Dead serious.

Arnav(composing himself): But your culture which you respect is against fornication right?( he asked while tucking her hair)

Khushi: That's why I'm doing this. If we became one then no one can separate us.

Arnav: khushi I promise. No one can take you away from me.

Khushi(pleading): Then what's wrong in coming close to me?

Arnav( hesitatingly): khushi try to understand.

Khushi(little frustrated): why don't you understand me?

Arnav: Ok fine. Give me some time.

Khushi: For?

Arnav: I want to prepare myself Khushi. What do you think?( He gulped hard) It's a fire which is burning inside me for ages. You can't handle me that easily if that happens suddenly. (khushi's cheeks turned into blood Red as if her entire body's blood only flows through her cheeks.)

Khushi(looking somewhere): ok. 24 hours. If you will not come tomorrow then I will be there in RM no matter what.

Arnav(chuckled): Tell me one thing what if I will betray, after getting you?

Khushi(mockingly): You and betray? If my calculation is correct then your possessiveness towards me should become double.

Arnav(caressing her cheek): you always amazed me by your understanding Khushi. I'm not sure if my Ma would have been alive, even she would have understood me like you do. I'm very lucky to have you in my life Khushi. ( He kissed on her fore head lovingly)

Khushi: stop buttering me. You have only 24 hours remember that or else....

Arnav( cutting her): you will come to RM and rape me right?( they chuckled)

Khushi: Exactly. After that, don't blame me.

Arnav: Ok BOSS. Shall I go now?

Khushi: Stay here tonight.

Arnav: you are inviting a danger. Everything will be alright by tomorrow. Ok?

Khushi: Ok.

He lifted her from his lap and kept on bed.

Arnav: bye.

Khushi got down from bed. She clutched his wrist and looked at him worriedly. He cupped her face.

Arnav: I'm with you khushi. Believe me, no one can separate us. " I WILL NEVER LET YOU GO AWAY FROM ME. NO MATTER WHAT." ok? Saying he captured her lips for a passionate kiss. That kiss says that whatever he told about his desire for her is not an excuse. He broke the kiss and rested his forehead with her. In a jiffy he went to the window and jumped out side as if he stay even one more minute then it leads them in a way which he don't want right now.

Sleep was far away from Arnav's eyes. He can't get rid from the thought of khushi. He always thinks that he is the one who is possessive towards her. Khushi proved him wrong by submitting herself to him only to safeguard their love. But he is not a kind of MAN who would accept her invitation just because she is insecure. He never let her purity can be a mockery in society. He will show how much he respects her and he can get her without ruining her reputation.

"Girl is ready to submit herself and Man should not go with that", This is what TRUST. She proved her love by trusting him. This was his turn. That's why he asked time. He can make it right and also escaped from being raped by khushi Gupta. A lovely smile crept on Arnav's face. He nodded his head like NO, thinking Khushi's threatening.

Arnav in mind: My TINTIN baby, get ready for a surprise.

Next Morning.

Raizadas have no idea why Arnav gathered everyone. They were waiting to know what the matter is.

Arnav: Di, Nani I want to marry Khushi.

Nk almost threw up his tea. Arnav is not man a of "beat around the bush" talks. He always comes straight to the point.

Anjali: Chotte, are you serious? Or are you affected by some ghost?

Arnav rolled his eyes.

Nk: yah Naanav. What made you take such a decision that too early morning? Did you see any romantic movie last night?

Shyam: Sale sahib we are curious to know the reason.

Nani: what else other than Khushi.

Mami: Hello hai Byebye. We know that since long but why now?

Mama: Arnav bitwa tell us the reason before these people are getting mad or making their own stories.

Arnav: ok stop your drama guys. I think that enough of waiting.

Anjali(teasingly): Ohhhhhhhh. That's the matter?

Arnav: Di, enough. You guys go to GH and ask Khushi's hand for me. Today itself.

This was another surprise for Raizadas. Now they are crystal clear. Something is there.

Shyam: Sale sahib is everything alright? Between you and Khushi?

Arnav(in mind): If you guys will not go then no one can save me from my Lioness.( he nodded yes)

Nani: Ok then start preparation. We will go.

Arnav: Not now Nani. Shashi uncle is having his important deal to be finalized in the morning. It will be fine if you go in the evening.

Mami: Hello Hai Byebye I want to go to beauty parlor. Akash bitwa drop me on your way.

Arnav( with his favorite lap sided smile): guys keep it as a surprise for Guptas.

NK: Except Khushi right?

Arnav: Especially khushi(he winked).Di, I have international client meet in the evening. I will call Khushi after you guys are done with your job.

Raizadas are floating in air. They waited for the day to come. Here it is. They started preparation as much as better.
