"This the sixth time you've thrown up this morning" Heaven said to Mia as she brushed her teeth

She gargled and spit "Morning sickness" she simply said, grinning

Heaven sighed "Please don't tell me you pregnant"

"3 weeks pregnant to be exact" she giggled, walking into the room

"You're lying" Heaven's jaw dropped

"Nope" she handed her papers with a doctor appointment and test results

Sure enough it was a real pregnancy test and positive as can be.

"That's not cute. How are you gonna raise the baby and you don't have a job?" Heaven tossed the papers on the bed

"I do have a job" she smacked her teeth

"Collecting money from niggas after fucking them isn't a job" Heaven folded her arms

She rolled her eyes, lifting her shirt up "Trust me, my baby and me will be in good hands" Mia rubbed her flat belly

"Do you even know who the father is?" she squinted

Her jaw dropped and she looked up at Heaven "Of course I know who the father is." she grinned "Didn't you see who I tagged in my recent picture?"

"Some rich nigga I'm guessing"

"Vey rich" Mia smirked

"Wow how exciting" Heaven said sarcastically

She scoffed before exiting Mia's bathroom

Heaven doesn't exactly admit it, but she knows her friend is a hoe.

"I'm not cheating on you!" I said to Kae for the 20th time, pulling my pants on

Soon as I got out the shower we started arguing. She saw something on TMZ about me cheating and getting some girl pregnant- which is Mia- but the pregnant part is a lie.

She tossed me her phone "Then why is she all up on you like that?! Huh!?"

It was a picture of me and Mia at the club. She was whispering in my ear.

"She's a fan! She asked for an autograph" I lied

"Then why is she so damn close!?"

"It's a club! Music is loud, other people are talking, it's a lot of fuckin' background noise Kae!" I slipped my shirt on

"Whatever Chris" she shook her head "And she's claiming to be pregnant"

I smacked my teeth and slipped my shoes on

Mia crazed ass been posting on social media, saying she pregnant with my baby and shit. I used a condom so I know she lying. Which is why I'm going to go put her ass in check. She still don't get that she was a one night stand with no attachments.

"She ain't pregnant and I know that for a fact" I said

"So you did have sex with her?!" she slapped me

"Calm down" I grabbed her arm

"Tell me the truth. Did you have sex with her?" she asked

"Yeah." I sighed "But it was a mistake, I got drunk" I followed with an explanation

"I'm leaving" she snatched away from me

"Baby stop" I caught her by her wrist "I didn't mean to, I promise it won't happen again. Please don't leave me." I pulled her into my chest

"You said that last time" she started crying

"I know I fucked up. Please just give me one more chance" I pecked her forehead

She sighed "Ok. This is the last chance" she said

No it's not.

"I love you" I lifted her head up

"I love you too" she pecked my lips

"See you when I get back" I grabbed my keys

"Ok" she smiled

"Mia I don't want to hear about who your baby daddy is" I scoffed as I pulled my hair into a ponytail

"But he's so fine, so tall, so talented, so...rich" she smiled

"I feel so sorry for him if he got you pregnant" I mumbled

"Don't be a sore loser" Mia rolled her eyes

"Oh trust me, I'm not" I smiled, grabbing my bag

"I'll be moving out soon so you need to start looking for a new roommate" she said

"Didn't you say that before?" I turned to her

"Yeah but I didn't know he was a fake promoter" she played with her nails

"And you ended up right back here a week later" I left on that note

I got in my car, laughing a little at the fact that Mia was falling for the "I'm rich" scheme again, and this time she's even pregnant with the nigga's baby. Frankly, I'm tired of her unstable ass lifestyle.

I watched as the kids ran and played, bright smiles on every last face, and their bright smiles made me smile.

"Hello Ms. Barnes" Josh came and sat beside me

The smile that was once on my face quickly disappeared "Mr. Harper." I greeted him back

"You haven't called me" he said

"I have no reason to call you"

"If you want to save this little daycare then I strongly suggest that you call me." he placed his hand on my thigh

"Your child goes to this "little daycare", so if you  shut it down where will she go?" I moved his hand

Me and Josh went out on 3 dates when I first started my daycare. He was a nice guy and all, but he was more focused on having sex with me. I stopped seeing him and stopped returning his calls, the only time I'd see him is when he dropped off or picked up Layla. Now he's offering me to have sex with him and be his girlfriend or he'll shut my daycare down.

"I can buy her a nanny" he smirked before leaning closer to me "So I suggest you make up your mind...and quick"

I glared at him hard. How can a person be so heartless?

"Why are you here?" I folded my arms

"I came to pick up my daughter of course" he said

"Layla, your father is here" I called her

"You could be her new mom" he whispered to me

"I'll see you tomorrow, Layla" I ignored him

She looked our way and smiled. He signed the sheet and started going inside

"Wait I forgot to hug Ms. Barnes" Layla ran back to me

She wrapped her little arms around my legs.

"Aw bye sweetie" I knelt down and hugged her

She let me go and ran to catch up with her father.

Still sucks...eh
