I sat on the couch, waiting for Heaven to respond to me.

Damn she left me on seen

My mind thought, referring to the DM I had sent her about 30 minutes ago now.

She ain't coming

Yes she is.

She would've been here by now.

Maybe she doesn't have her phone on her

Or maybe she just ain't coming.

"Ugh" I ran my hands down my face, slouching

Just as I had officially gave up all hopes of her coming, someone knocked at the door. I quickly got up and jogged to the door. I took a deep breath before opening it

"The fuck y'all niggas want" I smacked my teeth, disappointed

"Damn what we do?" Keeis asked

"I thought y'all was somebody else" I plopped down on the couch

"That's why you answered the door with that big ass koolaid smile?" Mario laughed

"Shut the fuck up" I squinted at him

"Who was you expecting?" Keeis chuckled

"Heaven"

"She live in LA?"

"Yeah. She's Mia's roommate" I sighed

"Oh damn." they said in unison

"I know." I shook my head, leaning forward

"It's kinda funny though" Mario laughed lightly

"Nigga everything funny to yo ass" Keeis said

"No seriously. Think about it" his laughing died down "You fucked your ex girl's roommate and got her knocked up, but you really want your ex girl...and you just broke up with Kung Fu." he laughed again

"Out" I pointed to the door "Get out"

"Aight I'm done man" he laughed "Whew...that's some funny shit" he held his stomach, ending his laughing

"Mario shut the hell up" Keeis said

"You in a love square" Mario said to me

"That was lame as shit" I pulled out the blunts I had already rolled up

I pulled out the lighter I had in my pocket and lit my blunt up. I inhaled, exhaled, then repeated.

"So you tryna get back with Heaven?" Keeis asked

"Yeah" I blew out smoke "But she said she need time. I can understand where she coming from. We haven't seen each other in 5 years so we can't just pick up where we left off" I took another drag

"So what you plan on starting over?"

I exhaled the smoke "Not completely starting over, just moving things slower" I said "That's if she want to even deal with me"

"Because your past with women is fucked up" Mario laughed

"Shut the fuck up nigga" I chuckled, this weed getting to me

Two soft knocks were heard at the door. This time I checked the camera, seeing Heaven's pretty ass. I quickly opened the door without hesitation

"Hey" I smiled

"Uhm hi" she gave me a small smile, but it went away when her eyes traveled to the blunt in my hand

"Uh...come in" I opened the door wider, letting her walk in

"Hey Heav" Mario and Keeis said, their eyes glued to her frame

"Hey guys" she smiled

"They were just about to leave" I said before putting the blunt out

"No we won't" Mario smiled, putting his hands behind his head

"Yes we were. Come on nigga" Keeis hit Mario in the back of his head

"Ow nigga." Mario got up

Heaven chuckled at them

"Good seeing you girl" Keeis said

"Yeah good seeing you" Mario added

"Good seeing y'all too" she smiled as they went out the door

"You can have a seat if you want" I sat down on the couch

"Ok" she said quietly, sitting on the other end "You wanted to see me?" she asked, playing with her fingers

"Yeah. Uh look Heav, I know we can't pick up where we left off, it's been too long. But I want us to take things slow and see how we work out."

"Chris I-"

"I really miss you and I thought about you everyday. Every girl I was with I tried to find a piece of you in them but I never could. I need you Heaven"

"But what about Karrueche?"

"Me and her were done before we ended." I said honestly "I only want you" I scooted closer to her

"I really wanna try this" she looked into my eyes "Again" she giggled

"So is that a yes?"

"...Yeah" she nodded

"Good. Be ready tonight at 8."

"A date already?"

"Yup. We got 5 years to make up for, baby. I'ma be around you as much as possible" I tossed my arm around her

She smiled at me before pecking my lips. Before she pulled away I cupped her face with one of my hands, kissing her deeply.

"I'll pick you up at 8"

"Ok" she smiled, getting up

I walked her to the door, we kissed one last time, and she went and got in her car.

I ended this weird and this chapter sucks, but I honestly made this chapter just to say this:

Chris is human too. People are always looking to put him in negativity, but fail to realize he has a heart too, he has blood running through his veins just like everyone else. I don't believe he did anything wrong, not because I'm a fan of his, but because things just aren't adding up. This world we live in is so fucked up and things got to change. He's a fighter and always comes out on top, so I have no doubt he'll beat this thing.
