Normal pov

To say the least Sakura was nervous, yet so excited, today is the Sport Festival, and she'll finally show the world who she is. She had put on the school's training jumpsuit, and took her cloves she fights with a lot, putting it in her jumpsuit's pockets. Sakura looked in the mirror one last time, seeing her new image, smiled and walked out of her room. As she went down stairs, she was met with 2 people she didn't expect to see, Sai and Yamato.

"Sai, Captain Yamato, fancy seeing you guys again, what's up?"

"Kakashi called and said he wants us to go with you guys to the festival, Sai was eager to see it in person."

"Indeed I am, I hope you win this thing, Ugly."

Sakura rolled her eyes at the old nickname Sai gave her, she had already gotten used to it since middle school. Naruto would still argue with him that she's an angel send from the heavens, only ending up with a hard smack behind his head. As much as she appreciates to be called and angel and all, but she sometimes corrects them she can be a devil at times when she's beyond pissed off. Ever since meeting class 1-a, she felt like they were her true friends, even Mineta and Bakugou. She actually enjoys picking fights with him, though they do piss each other off, but it gets her excited and pumped. She had a feeling they will be rivals somehow, and plus meeting Todoroki, she was feeling this spark she hadn't felt in a long time. Shaking that thought away, Sakura looked at Say and Yamato, smiling brightly at them.

"Thanks for giving me so much confidence, I will do my best in the Sport Festival."

"That's the spirits, now let's go, Naruto and Kakashi are waiting in the kitchen, it's important to eat before battle."

"Yes sir."

Sakura was hyped for the action, her family had just dropped her off, wishing her a good luck before leaving her. She walked peacefully to where the rest of Class 1-a waited before the festival began, and when she entered, she was greeted by her new friends.

"Haruno, you're finally here! Good, so everyone is here now!"

"Sorry about that, I was rather busy with stuff. But I still made it, that counts."

A few smiled at her, nodding their head in agreement before continuing stuff they were busy with, and Sakura decided to sit with Midoriya and start. For some reason she feels most at ease with because he was friendly, innocent, shy, easy to deal with and smart. What she heard, he usually makes notes of anyone who's quirk is special, awesome and interesting. Though what she had found out, this guy mumbles a lot, she found it creepy and annoying at first, but she had gotten used it. As Midoriya and Sakura were busy talking, Todoroki had made his way to them and spoke.

"Midoriya."

Sakura and Midoriya had turned their attention to Todoroki, and suddenly froze the look he was giving. She had a bad feeling about his attitude, even the look in his eyes told her that this guy was in a very foul mood.

"Uh... hey Todoroki, what's up?"

"I'm going to beat you, I far more stronger than you."

"H-huh?"

Sakura blinked in surprise, she didn't expect this type of answer Todoroki was saying, even Midoriya was confused and uncertain what he was talking about. Sensing their confusion, Todoroki explained.

"You had managed to have All Might attention. I can understand with your dedication and spunk for heroics, and I don't feel the need to pry into that, but... I will beat you."

It was quiet for awhile, and Sakura had no clue what was going on, one minute the room was so filled with excitement, and the next, Todoroki had made a declaration of war with Midoriya. She was tempted to raise her hand and say something, but she was beaten by Kirishima.

"Whoa easy there dude, what's up with this sudden attitude? Why won't we all just calm down and talk about this?"

Kirishima had put a hand on his shoulder, but Todoroki swatted it away and glared at him.

"I'm not here to play pretend and make friends. You may think this past week of helping was to your benefit, but it was to mine. Now that the Sport Festival began, it's best to compete against each other to see who's the best."

Sakura frowned, this was not how she pictured about her new friends, whatever had happened between them must've caused a rivalry. She was to speak again, but was cut off by Midoriya, he at first agree what Todoroki had said, but then he was confident to tell him that he will give everything he has to be on the top. Few students were speechless at Midoriya, he was usually the quiet one in class, but now that the Sport Festival arrived, he is so determined.

' Maby I should let him and Naruto to bond, they are alike in a way.'

"Haruno."

"Hm?"

Sakura looked up, seeing that Todoroki and a few others were now watching her, and she raised an confuse eyebrow. Todoroki had shifted his attention to her as well.

"Somehow you too had managed to gain All Might's attention, I mean, why trying his best to place you in U.A?"

"Don't even go there, it wasn't All Might, it was my gaurdian, if you want a declaration of war with me too, then I accept, I'm not planning on holding back."

With that she stood up from her seat and walked pass Todoroki, right after she gave a cocky smirk and a wink. Just then their class was called and they all walked towards the entrance of the stadium. As they near the entrance, a very loud voice had spoke.

"WELCOME LADIES AND GENTLEMEN TO THE SPORT FESTIVAL!! WHERE FIRST YEARS COMPETE AGAINST EACH OTHER!! LET ME GUESS, YOU GUYS ARE HERE TO SEE THEM RIGHT?!! THE CLASS THAT SURVIVED A WAVE OF VILLAINS!! GIVE IT UP FOR CLASS 1-A!!"

The crowds roared with excitement, Sakura could feel her heart pounding rapidly against her chest. She was so nervous yet excited at the same time, and she also tried to see if she can spot her family. No luck on finding them, she sighed and kept on walking, until Kirishima spoke.

"I didn't expect for this many people, it kinda makes me nervous. Sakura, Bakugou, how are you guys feeling?"

"I'm not worried, only making me want to win even more."

"I'm so pumped for this! And also a terrified. I never in my life seen so many people."

"You'll do great, we just need to do our best."

As they were walking, the announcer, President Mic, had kept announcing one class to another until he was finished. Sakura looked at every unknown students that walked to their group, even the ones from that day where they declared a war with them. The purple haired guy had caught her stare, and smirked at her, she felt a bit uneasy, but she managed a small smile and waved at him. As she just turned where a hero walked up, she paled to see who the hero was she disliked the most, the R-rated hero: Midnight. Everyone blushed at her hero costume, and she could hear Kirishima, Kaminari and Tokoyami speaking.

"Somebody should tell Miss Midnight about what she's wearing."

"Yeah, she should've gave us a warning about her costume."

"Is it really that hard for her to keep it PG?"

' Good grief, why her? They do realize children are watching... right?'

Sakura sweat drop and pale when Midnight swang her whip around a lot. Heck she even made Bakugou and Todoroki nervous, and that's saying something. She shook her head a little and continued listening what Midnight said, until she called the killer-rep Katsuki Bakugou. He had made his way to her, though with a little caution, and stood in front of the mic.

"... I have a really bad feeling that Bakugou is going to say something really idiotic."

"Sensei, I'm going to be placed first.
