What They Say

Little had Liala - or Tywin for that matter - known that this supposedly celebration for the pregnancy of Cersei giving Robert his first born child was not just a one-day celebration but apparently an entire week long celebration.

There was a multitude of food, drinking, and various forms of all that neither of the two had expected. Liala also found out on night three of theirs stay here at King's Landing that Tywin was more than done with the celebrations.

Seem overly eager to head back to the room and be be alone for the rest of the night. She always knew that Tywin was not a people person and he was very this ways. Fading about the little things in life. He was definitely more of a person that that was you'd as a diplomat.

If it did not concern politics, religion, or just the general well-being of his house then Tywin Lannister did not partake in said conversations.

Liala I've been true to her word thus far and had saved by his side the whole time they were here. She never left his side even for a moment. He seemed generally pleased with the notion that she was following his orders but that seemed to be the only thing that he was pleased with these last couple of days.

"Idiots the lot of them. Drinking, whoring, gambling -- disgusting."

Tywin scoffed and went straight for a drink of his own. Liala had followed inside the room after Tywin and lock the door behind her.

She made her way to the dresser that was beside the bed and opened it. She had had a rather long and tiresome day a celebration.

She was more than ready for bed given the tasks that she had with talking to various people about subjects that Tywin did not want to partake in. So instead the man stood there and only spoke when spoken to.

It was mostly her that to engage in the conversations in order to make them not seem rude or standoffish.

She had her back to Tywin as she started to undo the front places of her corset abdomen rubbing out the pain she had from wearing a corset all day. Whether it be sitting or standing she never did like to wear the thing.

"It's like they don't even care. The people here at court could learn and thing or two from you."

Tywin said causing her to stop unbuttoning the top of her dress. She turned and looked at him slowly seeing that he was sipping from his glass of wine.

She wasn't sure if he was slightly tipsy or not he had drank quite a bit and was unsure if he was completely sure as to what he was saying or not.

"Learn from me?"

She questioned as she looked at him. He only nodded as he took one more sip before holding his glass and advancing toward her slowly. His gaze was stoic like always and he did not have the menacing aura around him that he had had the last two days of being here.

"You're quiet, well mannered, and don't boast about foolish things. You also don't beg for attention nor do you try to worm your way onto someone's good side."

He said stopping before his wife. He gazed down at her and studied her face for a moment. It was then he took his glass and placed it down behind her on the dresser.

Her cheeks warmed as Tywin's skillful fingers started to finish the job of unbuttoning her dress. She stood there quiet for a long while until Tywin's hands slipped under her breasts, causing her to gasp.

"You're merely 17 years old and yet you're far wiser than half those idiots out there."

He muttered allowing the dress to slip from her shoulders and fall to the ground. She looked up at him curiously. His his hands roamed around her soft skin and then across her pudgy curves before ascending back up to her breasts.

He took a nipple between his finger and terked it around in his hold causing her to whine in pleasure as her neck tipped back. That gave Tywin the perfect opportunity to swoop in and pepper her neck with firey kisses.

Her fingers latched around his forearms as she felt herself being leaned back onto the bed behind herself.

As Tywin's lips trailed over her skin she reminded herself that Tywin was informed that she must have been barren, and yet he still seemed to lust after her. She closed her eyes reminding herself that of course he did - he was a man after all.

A man that had a wife twice his age younger than himself. Why would he not indulge in what he owned?

Day five of the celebrations was taking its tole on the husband and wife Lannisters. It seemed that it effected Cersei as well as the three of them sat together alone in a room resting from all the loud and obnoxious noses that came from outside.

"Robert enjoys himself too much."

Cersei brought up. Tywin nodded in agreement as he sat across from his daughter by the unlit fireplace. Liala sat beside Tywin on the side opposite of Cersei causing Laila to have to lean forward if she wished to make eye contact with the queen.

Laila sat there quietly listening to the father and daughter speaking to one another about how terrible this celebration was turning out to be and in the end Tywin stated about how much money this was costing the crown just in order to have it thrown.

"People who tend to throw their money around like this won't have it for long. I'm suprised your husband has the nerve to even throw such an event given the large sum of Coin he already owes me."

Tywin stated coldly. Cersei lowered her head as if ashamed.

"Yes, apologies father. I'm sure Robert means no disrespect."

Cersei said trying her best to not anger her father. Laila sat there feeling nearly invisible up until Cersei turned her attention toward her.

"And how are you fairing, Laila? It has been a long while since we last spoke."

Laila raised her head at the question and nodded slowly in a respectful manner toward Cersei.

"I am well your grace, thank you for asking."

She said quietly and as poliet as possible. A small smile came to Cersei's lips as she glanced back toward her father.

"News of your wife's barrenness has came as far as the capital."

She said causing Laila's gaze to fall upon her lap and the hands that sat there. Tywin merely rolled his eyes and shook his head.

"Has it now?"

Cersei gave her father a small forgiving smile. She glanced back at Laila and knew that she had struck a nerve. Looking back at her father she nodded.

"People question if the reason why you brought her was so that her head could be mounted on a pike outside the castle walls since she is a Reyne and -- "

"She is a Lannister."

Tywin growled suddenly causing both women to look at him in suprise. Cersei arched a brow and her mouth hung open slightly.

"And you'd do best to remember that and show her the proper respect such as she's shown you."

Tywin ordered his tone far from kind. Cersei's mouth shut quickly and she glanced down at the floor.

"Yes, apologies, I just figured you should know what they say."

"I do not care for what they say and neither should you."

Tywin stated before he turned and looked at his wife.

"Nor you."

He said his tone she swore was a key softer than what he had used with his daughter. Laila nodded and her gaze turned back to the fireplace where they sat. The room fell into a quiet place until the roaring of cheers was heard outside the window as the tournament carried on outside the walls.
