Fawn
Alanna was relaxing after a long and tedious day in a small tub that the maids had been kind enough to prepare for her.
The water had been boiled and it was nice and hot the perfect thing she needed after dressing up like a merchant and being escorted around Meereen by Tyrion -- who he too had been dressed as such.
Tyrion had explained to her that the best way to figure out what was going on in the city and what needed fixed was to blend in as much as possible.
To make themselves look like Merchants would it gives them the possibility to go down to the ground of the city and examine as to what was going on and what they needed to change without being viewed as the advisors to Daenerys.
Alanna had learn quite a lot.
Including the fact that she could not speak a word of the language spoken here. She realize the Tyrion new very roughly a good amount of it but it seemed that even he needed to practice.
They had found that even though Daenerys had abolished slave trade there were still those that were unhappy with the way they were being treated. Some slaves were preaching to others about an uprising to take their own freedom in to their own hand and to not follow under Daenerys.
Not only that but there was apparently a band of men called Sons of Harpys as Alanna had just learned that had some bad blood with Daenerys and they had come stumbling upon a horrible sceen.
The ships in the harbor had been set on fire only days after Daenerys have left Tyrion in charge of the city.
He had spoken to the unsullied and Tyrion told them to find the person responsible for the burning of the ships. Still there was no news on the whereabouts of the person or persons responsible for the desecration of the fleet.
And that's why Alanna currently found herself soaking in the warm bath Waters. She had had enough excitement for one day and enough excitement to last her entire life.
Today to her seem just like a small glimpse of what was yet to come siding with Daenerys. Even though she wanted to be positive and as optimistic as humanly possible she was starting to doubt the rule of the Targaryen Queen less and less.
With the Queen's absence she knew that only more bad could come if Tyrion did not keep a tight rein on things. She was surprised that Daenerys had left Tyrion in charge of things, all in all Alanna did not agree to this but it was not her place to say. She viewed this as a test that Daenerys was putting Tyrion through to see if he could be loyal and take control when needed.
Basically it was the same thing that's what Tywin did with Tyrion prior and she remembered exactly how all of that played out.
Sighing Alanna pulled herself up out of the bath water having had enough and now found herself hungry. Just as she stood up from the waters the door to her and Tyrion's room opened and she gasped, startled as she attempted to cover herself with her hands as much as possible.
"You'll never believe what I -- "
Tyrion said entering the room and freezing in his spot. His eyes not knowing where to go. He stood there soaking in her appearance.
Her seemingly soft and wet skin was pale before it started to tan tour of her arms and neckline. Her legs were almost a snow-white which shown that she was a true northerner.
Her body was anything but thin instead she had become rather round and squishy from her pregnancy, not just from her stomach by her thighs, hips and arms. Her thighs were very large and her body curvy but not a bad type of curvy.
From her baby bump up to her in large breasts due to the pregnancy Tyrion size moved up to her blushing face and The long dark strands of brown hair that clung to her skin.
It was only when he realized he was staring did he close his gaping mouth and look away quickly.
"I-I-I'm terribly sorry my lady, I did not know you were indecent!"
He apologized quickly with his back now to her as he shut the door behind him having them alone in the room. Alanna climbed out of the tub and grabbed the dress she had made for her since arriving.
"I-It's fine."
She said clearing her throat in embarrassment. She made sure the dress was well over her body - forgoing her small clothes - and walked over to the table which held the tray of snacks she had been eating throughout the day.
"I'm decent now."
She told her friend having him turn around and refused to make eye contact for a moment. He cleared his throat and made his way toward her with his eyes cast to the ground.
"You were saying?"
She questioned ands Tyrion climbed into the chair across from her. It was only then he looked at her confused after all he had lost his train of thought. There was a long awkward pause as the two of them sat there just looking at one another and then Alanna spoke.
"You were saying I'd never believe -- "
"Oh yes right that!"
Tyrion said pouring himself some wine trying to distract himself from the awkward tension between the both of them now.
"I was saying how none of the unsullied have yet to find a trace of who was behind the ships. They've looked everywhere in the city but it seems as if the culprits have just vanished into thin air like ghosts."
Tyrion explained before he downed half his glass of wine. Alanna sat there picking at her nails looking at them. Tyrion could tell that she was obviously put off by the fact that he had seen her naked and he honestly wasn't suprised.
"We'll find them. They must be around somewhere. They can't have just vanished into nothing."
She said glancing up at him. Tyrion down the second half of the glass of wine and nodded his head, preparing to pick up the jug and pour himself another glass Alanna placed her hand over the rim causing him to nearly spill wine on her hand.
"Alanna -- "
"Tyrion do you -- "
They said interpreting each other causing them to actually look to the other. Tyrion's brows frowed as he was confused as to what it was she wanted to ask. He noticed she nibbled on her bottom lip. Dear Gods, she nibbled on her bottom lip.
"Tyrion, it's rather obvious to me that you care about my well being... but I need to know. Just how much do you care?"
She questioned. Tyrion lowered his jug of wine and placed it on the table. This was not the question he was expecting to get asked. This was far from the question he was expecting to get asked honestly.
Tyrion cleared his throat and lifted his head a bit, breaking his gaze with the woman.
"Well, I -- you see I -- "
He sighed defeated as he was unable to master the words that he tried to speak. He shook his head and lowered it looking down at the table beside them.
"What does it matter? I'm a married man and to your sister remember."
He said using the words that Alanna had used against him in the cabin on the ship some fortnite back.
"You never consummated."
She reminded causing Tyrion to nearly ask how it was she knew only to close his mouth. Of course she knew, Sansa was her younger sister he couldn't see the girl keeping things from her elder.
"And she's gone. She's probably dead at this point. And even if she's not..."
Alanna shook her head and shut her lips. Even if she's not she never wanted you. She wished to say so badly to him, but she wouldn't.
"And even if she's not and she came back... it wouldn't be fair to her."
"Would be fair to her?"
Tyrion questioned looking at Alanna suprised.
"What?"
She shook her head as her hand moved from the top of Tyrion's wine glass and to the side of his face. His whole body tensed as he watched Alanna slip from her chair and onto her knees on the floor in front of him. His breath hitched when her lips came so close to his that they nearly touched. But she didn't close the space between them, instead she spoked in a hushed tone.
"Because I have grown fawn of her husband and I don't plan on giving him back."
She barely finished before Tyrion pushed his lips down onto hers in such a rush that their teeth clicked together and their faces squished nearly painfully together.
