Placed ever civil war, bucky went into cryo and Steve didn't go to Wakanda with the Rogues.

I know this is not a real Parker one shot but I made sure that our little spider was still heavily mentioned and that spiderson and irondad were still in the story.

IMPORTANT END NOTE, I NEED YOUR OPINIONS

Steve saw the others in the prison, he couldn't believe how bad they were treated. Poor Wanda had bonds around her wrists, conceiling her powers, making them off-limits. Natasha looked beaten but still strong and Sam, Clint and Scott looked defeated.
"Steve?" Natasha asked.
"What happened?" He answered shocked.
"You don't want to know. Why didn't Stark come to help us?" Clint asked.
"In Siberia, he said..." Steve hesitated.
Scott scoffed. "Typically, never trust a Stark" Steve looked like he wanted to say something but everyone just kept shaming Tony, talking bad about him and cursing him. Wanda promised the others she would kill him. Only Natasha kept quiet.

"What happened in Siberia Steve? Why didn't he help?" Her voice was steel and her face didn't give away any emotions. Steve stammered something about a fight and protecting Bucky and the others were going of again.
"Get us out of here first," Scott said, "then we'll see."

After Steve had freed the Rogues they went on missions all around Europe, doing what they believed was right. They blew up multiple buildings and planned on taking down Stark.
After a mission in Switzerland which consisted of taking down a weapon base, exploding it as some would say, they got caught by shield. The last thing Natasha saw before she as well succombed to the darkness was the face of some blond haired girl and besides her, Nick Fury.

When they woke again, they were in a grey chamber with a few beds and some sanitair. Everywhere were camera's. When everybody was awake, some black glass wall brightened and they could see who was behind it. Wanda almost screamed and threw herself at the glass before Steve caught her.
"Stark. Get us out of here." Steve ordered in his captain voice.

"No can do, You're not my property. This is Shields new headquarters as you probably have guessed."

"What the hell Stark, I knew you were a rotten and selfish man, but leaving you're teammates die in those cellars, that's a new all time low. We were your..." Steve shouted. The others saw Stark breath through his nose as he pinched it.

"If you're gonna say Friends, I'm going to stop you there. Friends don't hide secrets about the other friends parent's death, they don't try to kill each other and they don't..." Tony just started but Sam interrupted.

"Tried to kill? What are you even talking about?" They saw Tony go from annoyed to shocked to angry to laughing. The others looked at each other shocked.

"Captain Righteousness he calls himself." Tony laughed a little longer before calming himself.
"He didn't tell you about Siberia did he?" He asked. Steve winced while the others glared at Tony.

"He told us enough, that you tried to murder Bucky!" Clint answered cold.

"That I tried to... Do you guys even know me?" These were Tony's last words before someone out of sight told him to start protocol Black out. Team Cap saw Tony objecting while the glass became one way again.

All the Rogues started screaming at the same time.

" You can't be serious? "

" You're going to keep us here like anymals?"

"What the Hell Stark?"

"I'm going to kill you!"

Before they could continue, a video started playing on the black glass wall. It started with Tony en Spiderman sitting on the edge of a roof, looking over New York.

"Hi, Kid, If you had read the accords before Germany, would you have done the same?" Tony sounded hesitant and vulnerable.
Spiderman turned to look over New York.
"No." There was no answer except that word. Tony looked shocked in the video.

Team cap shared looks, wondering What this was, and what it was supposed to do.

Tony asked why. Spiderman almost seemed to grin beneath his mask.
"I don't know what Team Cap was thinking. But once I read the accords, they didn't seem that bad. I was afraid of Ross, I admit... But he has nothing to do with the accords. The people asked for this, the people were scared. When you signed them you showed the people this was still about defending them, protecting them."

Steve and Wanda shouted in outrage.
"This is not true, they wanted us as attack dogs!" Nobody else reacted.
"Steve, did you read the accords?" Sam asked. He got no answer.

Spiderman seemed to hesitate a little about his next words.
" Do you remember when you asked why I did what I do? "
A small grin showed on Tony's face.
"How can I forget? You learned me something that day."
Spiderman seemed to smile softly, shyly under his mask.
"Coming back later on how cool it is that I taught you something, this is the same. You, the Avengers, you have these responsibilities given to you by the people, by yourself, by the UN,"
The video shifted to a conference of the accords, all the representatives of the countries are present. But you don't hear them, you just hear Spiderman's voice.
"and if you don't act on these. Bad things happen, and they happen because of you."

"Wise one, that Spiderman."

The video changed to show all the property damages they had caused over the years, expecially the ones during the so called Civil War. It showed lists of dead people, of families that were ripped apart. Spiderman just continued talking.

"You, Mr Stark," an soft sigh and an 'it' s Tony kid' was heard in the background, "You made the right choice. To be a hero, is to be there for the people. The world was growing scared of you. You did the right thing, signing the accords, it showed the people you cared for them. What you did after even more. You have flown to every country where there was property damage and you payed your part."

"Stark is the cause of this anyway, I don't see why people think he's a hero." Wanda commented almost bored with an angry undertone. Natasha sent her a glare that had her looking down. The video showed Iron man, showing up in those countries with a broken arm and a familiar blue glow in the middle of his chest.

"Wasn't that removed?" Sam asked. Natasha looked icely at Steve.
"Steve, what happened in Siberia?" Her tone was cold.
"He attacked Bucky, he wanted to kill Bucky."

"The people are on your side." Millions of people were shown wearing Iron man colours and carrying banners with the words: THANK YOU TONY STARK.
"And we're always besides you, you made a new team. And we won't abandon you. We never abandon a soldier, a teammate, a friend."

The video showed Tony Stark talking to Hope Pym.
Scott flinched when she told the public she signed the accords and that she was happy to help Stark.

Next, they saw a weird man with an even more weird cloak telling the world that he had joined the New Avengers and that he and Stark were working on better prosthetics for lower prices. Sam flinched at the sight of Rhodey. When someone in the video asked what Strange had offer, he grinned and showed them a simple magic trick.

"They're replacing me!" Wanda screeched. Steve told her calmly that they couldn't replace her.

A blond women came and hugged Stark, telling him Fury had called for her, introducing herself as Carol Danvers, Captain Marvel. Tony had laughed with her. Daredevil and the others from his team were shown, all relaxing in the New Compound. A bunch of heroes from space introduced themselves and brought Thor, Brucy and Loki with them. Surprising them with news that Loki was controlled himself and that he had turned a leaf. Stark had only grinned, a knowing look in his eyes.

A couple more surprised were shown. The first one was the Black Panther, and the cooperation between Stark Industries and Wakanda. Peper, Rhodey and Vision stood by his side all the time. They saw Stark talking with Charles Xavier, who told him he would help training the younger recruits who wanted to help the world and who had other accords, the junior section was born this way.

Steve gasped when Bucky showed up on screen. Tanking Stark for cleaning his mind. Tony had grinned and offered James, as he preferred to be called, a new arm and a spot in the team. James hadn't even hesitated, he told Stark that he had read the accords, and that he didn't understand why Steve was against them. He also had gone to the court and the lawyer Matt Murdock, with help from Stark, had made sure he came free with minimal trouble.

Steve was whispering Bucky all the time. Nobody looked to sad.

Spiderman and Tony were shown again.
"You're not alone anymore, you'll never be alone." Tony had laughed and hugged the masked man.

"Thank you kid, for so everything. I don't know how I ever can repay you."

Spiderman had laughed before turning serious.
"Let me go my way when Rodgers returns. I have some... Words to discuss with him." Stark had patted his back.
"You can't kill him, you know that right?" The mask seemed to pout.
"well then, after I'm finished with him, he'll wish I had used instant kill mode."

"Tony would let that happen, I'm his.."

"No you're not Rodgers, didn't you see this entire clip?" Scott interrupted him. "It seems like we were on the wrong side all this time."

"No! It's just Stark, he's manipulating everyone!" Wanda screeched. Red whisps of magic circled through her fingers. She hurled the magic at the glass, but it just bounced back, hurting herself.

Suddenly the clip continued, Siberia, was written on the bottom right, together with some coordinates.

Steve gulped. While the video was shown, the rogues each had different reactions.
Sam had looked shocked at what he thought was a righteous man.
Scott had turned over, to vomit. He called Rodgers a monster.
Clint had turned away from the screen.
Wanda had looked satisfied.
And Natasha was just cold.

"This is what happened in Siberia and you thought Stark was going to forgive you?" She started calm but ended up screaming.

"I thought Stark had broken his promise when you said he attacked you and Barnes... But this is what actually happened? I don't even know you anymore." Sam commented.

"This is why he didn't save us? Why I haven't been able to return to my family? It was never Starks fault. Later you're going to say that he never locked up Wanda!" Clint shouted.

"Why are you so petty about this?!? Stark made all our lives hell, he ruined everything!"

The video showed them the bomb that didn't explode, how it wasn't Stark that fired it but Hydra. How Wanda willingly joined them, and how she enjoyed manipulating others brains.

Clint had begged to be let out of the room, shouting that he didn't want to be in this room with someone who did this, who forced others through mind control.

They showed how she manipulated Stark into taking the sceptre and making Ultron.
At the end, everyone was disgusted by her.

"She is just a kid, she changed!" Steve defended while Wanda cryed crocodile tears. She screamed about this being false, that Stark made this video so everything had to be false.

At the end, everybody was defeated. The video stopped and when the glass cleared again, they didn't see Stark anymore. They only saw Fury, holding papers.
"You're all charged with numerous crimes and you're all under arrest for treason. If you wish to make amends, I suggest you follow peacefully. Everything you say, can and will be used against you."

Let's just say that Rodgers didn't get the happy end he hoped for. He saw Barnes at his trail. Instead of helping, James told him that he was sorry but that Steve had changed and that James just couldn't work with this.
Steve had shown up at his trail he was beaten.
(on a completely unrelated note, Spiderman was seen with a few bruises on knuckles but he strolled around the compound like he had gotten a Christmas gift)

Sam and Scott got of easier. They signed the accords and were both allowed to go on with their lifes. They did have a certain amount of red they had to pay of but they were willing to pay for the charges.

Clint got to see his family, he spent 3 years in prison with no contact but when he returned, he was a new man and he finally returned to his family. Laura had punished him severely but he seemed to get better.

Natasha was in prison for 10 years because she tried to sweet talk her way out of the troubles. Later she got a lifetime sentence because several more lies and crimes made their way to the service and Natasha had been caught in her own spiderweb.

Wanda got her powers taken away and was given to Slovakia. Steve never heard from her again.

Steve himself was given 5 years of prison and he had to pay enormous amounts of money. Also, everytime Peter even acknowledged him, he quickly made sure he ran towards the other side of the state. Terrified of the teen.
