I think it's a good name for all those teens who go the other way round, opposite to previous type: They either miss their childhood ( - but Growing up Process can't be stopped & they know it: it just happens ) or do this just for the RP Purposes: They either behave childlike ( & still sleep with teddy toys although they are 19 , so 'legally young adults already' ) 

- or they create toddler Wattpad OC's ( it's getting quite common here - Mostly for Girls, but I've seen one boy as well ) 

*Maybe they found a way to Stay Forever Young? :)
