Song of the Chapter: Carolina by Parmalee

I know it's kinda weird, but just go with it... also my S and C keys keep acting up so this might take longer than usual.... *sigh*

Jason's PoV

"I.. I think I'm falling for you too.." I say quietly. (This will really, really suck, I know, I'm so bad at writing feelz I'm going to cringe through this and when I proofread I'm gonna cringe again..) Krissy leans forward slowly, and I do too, and then, our lips meet. So those novels I read back home were right, when you kiss someone it really feels like you're the only two people in the world, and nothing can stop you. (I know it sounds really stalker-creepy that Jason has read romance novels, but otherwise it wouldn't make sense) I gently pull back, then I shrug my shoulders to get her hands off me. I shouldn't have kissed her. It'll ruin everything. She's Ty's sister.. I-I'll stir up something with Ty and he's already dangerous enough, if he's angered that I kissed his sister then I'm in trouble.

"I-I should go, Ty might.. Ty might find out, and then.." I draw a line on my neck with my finger. Krissy nods sadly, and I pull my expandable jetpack out of my pocket and expand it, shrugging it on and rocketing into the sky. I fly far away from here, and land on top of a tree, putting my head in my hands.

What have I done? I'll ruin everything I ever had with Krissy, even if I did just meet her, and I'll ruin my friendship with Ty.. I've known him for a month, ever since I crashed into Minecraftia, and I was there for him when he became Enderlox, and now I've screwed everything up by kissing Krissy. I... I can't believe I did that. I should.. I should go far away from here.... My thoughts are broken when I hear the ominous sound of teleportation, and I am teleported into the outskirts of a city. I walk into the town, looking around, when I come across what is obviously a public square. I see people gathered around a large gazebo. There's a kind of.. statue... made with black skulls and soul sand. There are two skulls... and a priest-looking guy is holding the third. He spots me and waves me forward, motioning for me to kneel by the statue. I know I should be suspicious but he looks like the kind of "You mess with me, I kill you" kind of guy, so I kneel. He grins.

"The perfect sacrifice," he announces to the crowd. Wait, what? He places the final skull, and I double over in pain. The statue has started glowing, and all the glow is trailing into me, manifesting inside of me. I feel pain in my neck, and I look on both sides to see small wither skulls on either side of me, and then the skin on my hands begins to wither away, until it is black, wrinkled, and bony. There is an explosion, and I rise into the air, but I'm not in control. Something has pushed to the forefront of my mind, leaving me helpless to do nothing but watch. It is the soul of the Wither.

And the Wither will stop at nothing for blood.

I wrote it kinda quick because the longer I hold my finger on these stupid keys the more irritated I get. Why is my keyboard so bad >.< Anyway, hope you liked it. I just thought the song "Carolina" fit nicely with the kiss scene. Thanks for reading!
