Kitty's pov

I wake up as the sun rises I am in the monster world.

I remembering how dangerous the world is for me quickly dust off my gold crop top and gold mini skirt I quickly put on my black high-heeled boots.

I run a widespread comb that I stole through my hair.

I quickly put on some blush trying to cover up the hearts that change color based on my emotion so that they won't attack me for being half-human.

In case you haven't guessed I am not well-liked.

The reason for that is because I am not fully a monster or fully a human that's right I am half monster and half-human and the world doesn't like that my parents were killed when I was five for being together the only reason I am still here is because I was hidden and am great at hiding.

I have hidden all of my life since humans don't accept me because of my monster half and the monsters don't accept me because of my human half. Horrible right?

But that's just the world we live in.

I looked at the time and my eyes widen in surprise, my cat ears that also change color turn red along with my tail and the hearts on my cheeks.

My ears are straight up and my tail is as straight as can be because of my emotion.

When I saw what time it was I became extremely alarmed.

You see yesterday I had bought a train ticket and the train would be leaving soon.

Luckily it's not very far from where I live.

I quickly grabbed my black cloak and put it on while I ran.

I jump on the back of the train right as it leaves the station.

I panting smile showing my sharp teeth I barely made it.

I decide to have a look around but first I put on black eye shadow and lipstick.

I smooth down my short asymmetrical dark brown hair and put up my hood.

I start to walk and have a look around.

I go in the first train car.

It is full of luggage sense this is of very low interest to me I just give everything a glance and go to the next car.

This one is full of monsters some tall, some short, colorful, dark, four-legged, no legs, there are monsters of all types.

I remember I have no idea where I was going so I look at my ticket it says to Phoenix city.

I shrug I don't really care where I am going as long as it's away from there.

I sit down and fall asleep.

I careen into the back of the seat in front of me as the train stops suddenly. I mutter "ow what a great way to wake up I just love it when I'm flung forward suddenly! Not."

I take a look out the window and let out a sharp gasp.

"Uh hey, passengers listen up due to conditions we can't get any closer to the city if you feel like dying you can go on foot but I don't feel like dying today so I am not going any closer but if you are as stubborn as a mule feel free to get off thank you and have a wonderful day." It turns off.

I mutter "well your just a ray of sunshine and such a great help!" Sarcastically and leave the train.

I figured even if people hate me that doesn't mean that I can't still try to at least help a little and run to the city.
