"Hyung, h-have... you seen J-Jimin?" Taehyung asks Yoongi as he enters his practice room panting. The older looks at him with confusion and tells him that he doesn't know where Jimin is.

"We need to find him as soon as possible, hyung." Taehyung says trying to catch his breath. This makes Yoongi worried too, "Is something wrong, Tae? Why are you panting?"

"W-We need to find Jimin." Taehyung says looking blankly at the wall. The way Jungkook told him to find Jimin and the way he ran away after receiving the text made Taehyung very worried. He wonders if everything is okay.

"We will find him, okay? You take deep breaths first and calm down. Let me try calling him." Yoongi say pulling his phone out but the younger tells him that he tried calling Jimin already but his phone is switched off. When the same thing happens with Yoongi, the both of them decide to look for Jimin in the university. After a good fifteen minutes of wondering around and trying to look for the boy, they start thinking of any other option because their university is huge and it is not possible for them to search every classroom of every building.

An idea pops up in Taehyung's mind so he dials Soobin's number.

"Hey, Tae!" Soobin answers.

"Hey, I need your help."

"Sure. What can I do?"

"I want you to make an announcement for Park Jimin. Tell him to report to the broadcasting room as soon as possible." Taehyung says and Yoongi looks at him with a smile. He likes Taehyung's idea.

"Okay, I'll do it." Soobin says. Taehyung hangs up saying he would be there soon.

Even fifteen minutes after the announcement is made, Jimin doesn't show up. Taehyung's anxiety rises with every passing second. Soobin and Yoongi try to ask what the matter is but all he says is that he needs to find Jimin.

To make matters worse, Taehyung receives a text from Jungkook asking if he and Jimin are okay but when he replies to him by saying that he couldn't find his best friend, he immediately gets a call from the ravenette.

"What do you mean by you couldn't find Jimin? He should be in the university at this time." Jungkook says gritting his teeth. Clearly he is very pissed at the moment and why wouldn't he be? Jimin is his brother even if they don't have the same mother. Jungkook's tone scares Taehyung.

"I-I'm trying." Taehyung says in a low voice. He wonders if Jungkook thinks that he is the only one who is worried. Taehyung is worried too. After all Jimin is his best friend.

"Look Tae, I just found out that the gang is planning something big. I'm planning to do something about it. But I need to make sure that Jimin is okay first. My hands will be tied if Jimin is with them right now. You do understand how important it is to find him, right?" Jungkook tries to maintain his calm while telling the younger. Taehyung understands the depth of the situation.

"Okay, I'll find him." Taehyung says with determination in his voice. He tells Soobin to make an announcement again and leaves the broadcasting room himself telling Soobin to contact him if Jimin shows up.

"Tae, you are scaring me. What's going on? Is everything okay with Jimin?" Yoongi is worried sick. He feels like his patience is giving out.

"I'll tell you everything once we find him, hyung. But let's just find him first, yeah?" Taehyung asks, his eyes begging Yoongi to understand.

"Okay." Is all Yoongi says. When they reach the locker room, they see Baekhyun running towards them. "Tae-Taehyung, what's wrong w-with Jimin?" Baekhyun asks gasping for air once he reaches the two boys.

"Jimin? Where is he?" Yoongi asks Baekhyun impatiently, looking around.

"I was in the music room when I heard the announcement. Jimin was there too but he left the room after the an-announcement was made. I thought he went to the broadcasting room but when Soobin announced it for the second time, I thought I should go look for him and tell him that he needs to go to the broadcasting room. I t-tried looking for him and someone told me that they saw him going towards the main gate so I went there too and fortunately caught up with him. I told him to go to the broadcasting room but he didn't listen and told me to shut the fuck up. At that moment, I knew something is wrong because Jimin is not usually like that. He was walking away again so I held him but he punched me and kicked me in the shins. I fell down and he ran away. What's going on with him?" Baekhyun says and looks at the two boys in confusion.

Taehyung and Yoongi look at each other and say, "Let's go." at the same time. They dash towards the parking lot and Baekhyun follows.

"Why are you following us, Baek?" Taehyung asks as they approach Yoongi's car.

"I know there's some problem and I want to help you both." Baekhyun replies but Taehyung tells him that he doesn't need to and that they will take care of the matter. After all he doesn't want to involve more innocent people in this crap.

"I don't care, I'm coming with you both. Jimin is my friend too. I may have done horrible things to him in the past but now I care for him too. So please take me with you." Baekhyun pleads.

"We don't have time, Tae. Let's just take him with us." Yoongi says getting in the driver's seat.

"Come on in." Taehyung sits in the passenger's seat while Baekhyun sits at the back.

"How are we supposed to find him?" Baekhyun asks. The car drives past the bus stop. "Stop, stop, stop." Taehyung says in a hushed voice and Yoongi immediately pulls the break making everyone fall forward due to inertia.

"What?" The other two boys ask.

"I think I saw Jiminie at the bus stop." The three boys look back in the direction of the bus stop.

"We should follow that bus. I saw Jimin getting inside that bus." Baekhyun says still looking back. Yoongi nods and waits for the bus to drive past them and then they start following it.

Taehyung takes this time to explain the situation to the other two boys. He knows he has to tell them everything right now because he doesn't want bad things happening to them and the others being clueless as to why that is happening. They need to know what they are getting into. He tells them everything including how JK is helping but of course he doesn't tell them who JK really is.

"So what you're saying is that my Jimin is being used by a gang because his mother couldn't pay the debt?" Yoongi asks slowly. He is worried but also angry. He wonders why Jimin didn't tell him. He could have helped him.

"Your Jimin?" Taehyung raises an eyebrow.

"This is not the right time for all that." Yoongi hisses.

"Fine. But explain why you called Jimin yours when we get out of this crap." Taehyung mumbles. After a few minutes, the bus comes to a stop and Jimin steps out of it. Yoongi stops the car at some distance as well.

Taehyung is about to get out of the car and go towards Jimin but Yoongi and Baekhyun stop him, telling him that there could be gang members nearby because Jimin looks suspicious. They need to be very careful. So Taehyung decides to sit in the car and watch just like the other two.

Five minutes later, a black car comes into view and the door of the backseat opens after it stops in front of Jimin. The pink haired boy sits inside and the car drives away. Yoongi starts following again but maintains some distance. He doesn't want them to find his car suspicious.

Taehyung texts Jungkook and tells him everything because the older had told him not to call him as he would be somewhere close to the gang members and he doesn't want any kind of trouble.

Jungkook obviously gets angry because now along with himself and Namjoon, Jimin, Taehyung, Yoongi and Baekhyun will be in trouble too if something goes wrong. He asks why they didn't stop Jimin from going with unknown people but when Taehyung told him about Yoongi and Baekhyun's concern- that there might be gang members nearby- he is forced to let go and think about a new plan.

Taehyung sighs, hoping that everything turns out to be okay.

Anyways I finished writing this book. Of course this isn't the last chapter but I keep drafts in advance so this book has ended on my end and I'm starting to work on another from today. I'll let you know about it later. But keep enjoying 'Two Worlds Apart' till then. There's still a lot to happen.
