"Jungkook?"

Taehyung's eyes are wide open as if he has seen a ghost. He takes in a sharp breath and steps back. Jungkook is very nervous and scared because of Taehyung's reaction.

When Taehyung had noticed where JK brought him, he wondered if Jungkook is JK but now that he saw it with his own eyes, he doesn't know how to react.

"So you are JK?" He whispers. Jungkook hates the expression on Taehyung's face. He looks as if someone betrayed him.

Jungkook nods. He looks into the younger's eyes that are filled with tears. "So you are JK and you didn't even think about telling me?"

"B-But nobody knows, Tae." The ravenette says in a low voice.

"Am I a nobody to you?" Taehyung crosses his arms across his chest and glares at the older.

"No, baby. You are my love. My world. My everything." Jungkook says desperately. The last thing he wants right now is a misunderstanding.

"Save it, Jungkook. You say you love me but you kept such a big secret from me. Aren't there supposed to be no secrets between two lovers?" Taehyung asks, hurt evident in his voice.

"I know, baby. I know what I did wasn't right and I should have told you sooner but I couldn't-"

"You couldn't tell me because you thought that if I get to know, I'd tell that to everyone and your identity would no longer remain hidden." Taehyung cuts him off.

"No, Taehyung listen to me first before assuming things."

"I am not assuming things. You clearly wrote in the email that you would only meet me if you thought that the reason of meeting me is worth the risk." Taehyung says, his voice is louder this time.

"Yes, I said that. It's because I didn't want you to find out about it yet. You say you've been my fan for a long time. So don't you know that I sometimes do risky things? I didn't want them to affect you in anyway and that's why I didn't tell you." Jungkook says, trying to sound convincing but Taehyung only shakes his head and plops on the small sofa in the corner as his legs give up.

"You're making excuses, Kookie. You don't trust me enough with your secret. That's why you didn't tell me." The younger says in a low voice.

"I swear that wasn't my intention, Tae."

"I don't know, Jungkook. I-"

"You have to believe me, Taehyung. I'm not lying."

"Who else knows about this? I know Namjoon hyung does and who else?" Taehyung questions.

"H-Hobi hyung and..." Jungkook closes his eyes and takes a deep breath before continuing, "Seokjin hyung."

"Jin hyung?" Taehyung shouts and stands up. If he didn't feel betrayed earlier, now he surely is.

"So you thought telling my brother was okay but not me? Great, Jeon Jungkook." Taehyung claps his hands and Jungkook feels really bad. He did not want things to go this way. Maybe he should have told Taehyung but he kept this a secret from him because he wanted to keep him safe.

"You let me down, Jungkook. I always thought we had this perfect relationship where we care for each other and love each other a lot. But a relationship cannot be healthy and successful if one of us keeps secrets from the other." Taehyung says.

"Taehyung please listen to me."

"No I don't want to listen. You are probably going to make up a bunch of stupid excuses and I can't keep listening to lies." Taehyung says stomping his feet. He is angry right now. But more than that, he is sad and hurt. He really thought Jungkook was perfect and didn't keep anything from him. Guess I was wrong. He sighs and turns around to leave the room.

But he can't as he feels a tight grip on his hand and then he is spun around to face the older. "You have to fucking listen to me, Taehyung. I am not making any damn excuses. All of them are the truth. But haven't you heard that truth is bitter? Just because it's not something you want to listen, you can't say that it's a fucking lie." Jungkook shouts and Taehyung immediately feels weak. It's the first time that the older has shouted at him after that incident in the park where he helped the police catch the goons.

Now everything makes sense to Taehyung that what was Jungkook doing at the exact location JK talked about in his video the next day. That day Taehyung had wondered where his favorite Youtuber was because he was also in the same area. But it turns out that JK has always been there with him. He just didn't know.

"Leave me." Taehyung says, his lower lip wobbling.

"So you could leave this place? Heck, no. You are not going anywhere until you fucking listen to whatever I have to say." Jungkook says gritting his teeth. He is angry as well. He knew that the younger would be hurt the day he finds out but what pisses him off is that Taehyung is not ready to listen to him. He is believing whatever the fuck he wants and he is not giving the older a chance to explain.

"Y-You are h-hurting me." Taehyung whimpers in pain and that's when Jungkook realizes that his grip is indeed strong.

He leaves his hand and takes a step back. He takes deep breaths to calm himself down a bit. "Please listen to me Tae, will you?" Taehyung nods slightly but doesn't make an eye contact.

"I started my YouTube channel because I wanted to bring the truth in front of the people about things that are generally hidden from public. I... wanted people to know about what all dark things are going on in this world and help the victims get justice. But to do that, I had to keep my identity a secret. I don't want to get in trouble with the bad guys and end up dying. I decided that no one should know who JK is because everyone knows Jeon Jungkook.

It was never my intention to keep this from you for a long time. I wanted to tell you soon but I couldn't because there is some important case I need to sort out before that. I don't want you or anyone close to me getting into trouble because of that." Jungkook tells him and hopes that the younger understands.

"I... get why Namjoon hyung and Hobi hyung know about you. They are your best friends. But why Jin hyung? Why did you tell my brother?"

"I didn't tell him. He figured it out. He said it wasn't so difficult to find out." Jungkook sighs.

"Guess he's really smart. I'm so dumb. I'm so dumb that JK was right beside me and I didn't know who he was." Taehyung says and bites his lips to stop them from wobbling.

"You're not dumb, Tae." Jungkook says and cups his cheeks but the younger moves away. Jungkook's eyes widen at the action.

"Taehyung-"

"I don't know why I'm being like this, Jungkook but I... think I need to be alone for a while." Taehyung says.

"So you are choosing to fucking run away instead of talking it out?"

"I'm not running away but I can't stay here right now. All I can think about is how I was fooled."

"What the fuck? Nobody fooled you."

"Yeah, sure." Taehyung rolls his eyes.

"Why are you being so difficult? Why the fuck is it so hard to talk to you?" Jungkook yells. He is trying to be patient since so long but it is very difficult because of Taehyung's behavior.

"How dare you shout at me? And stop swearing in every line you speak." Taehyung yells back.

"For fucks sake, Tae-"

"Shut up if can't stop swearing."

"Don't be so difficult."

"So now I am being difficult? Is it my fault that I feel this way? It's because you chose to keep such a big secret from me." Taehyung says looking away. He doesn't want Jungkook to see him in tears. He doesn't want him to think that he is weak.

"Can you please stop talking as if only I kept a secret from you? You did the same, Tae. You have secrets too. The only difference is that you know about my secret now but I don't know about yours, according to you. When in reality, I know you are hiding a lot from me too and I know some of it." Jungkook grits his teeth. He tried his best to control his anger but now, he just can't.

"I-I don't have any secrets." Taehyung says, his heart beating wildly.

"Oh yeah? Then why don't I know about the things that trigger your panic attack? Why don't I know about what happened six years ago that made you homeschool for those years? Why didn't you tell me that you were kidnapped by that goddamn gang and were tortured so fucking much. Why didn't you tell me, Tae? Why didn't you?" Jungkook shouts and Taehyung looks at him in shock. He doesn't know what to say. How did Jungkook know that I was kidnapped?

"H-How do you know that I was k-kidnapped?" Taehyung asks in a mere whisper.

"Because the guy who was kidnapped along with you was me."
