WILL

Will climbed onto the rock overlooking the little paradise that him and Matt used to come to when either of them were frustrated. It felt like the still clear blue water was calling him to jump in. So he jumped off the rock, did a double flip in the air (much fancier than what Matt usually did) and dived into the water.

When he kicked back to the surface, he could see a blurry Shane clapping for him, "Whoo! I'd give that a perfect ten, dawg!"

He came out of the water snatched the towel Shane was holding. He looked over at Matt and Emma, Matt was still scowling at Shane, who ruined their make-out session. And Emma was scanning his body, her cheeks turning red. And Will felt a weird pleasure as well as self-consciousness. And Emma was, hot. She looked beautiful in those clothes, but he didn't say it out loud because he knew Matt would slap him. Even though he was happily in a relationship with Liv, Emma and him still had some tension. So he just shook his head and snatched the pretzel that Emma was about to put in her mouth.

"Why are you here?", Matt asked.

"Because we were getting bored, its a beautiful day, and we wanted to go camping. So Will suggested this place", Shane said.

So, it was Will's turn to receive a glare.

Will shrugged, "It's a pretty place, I wanted others to see it."

Shane smiled smugly, "We thought you guys might be here. So don't worry, we brought an extra tent, just in case", he turned towards Emma, "and girl, you are setting me on fire!"

Will was confused. Wasn't Shane gay?

Shane must have noticed the looks he was getting, so he spoke up, "C'mon dawgs, just 'cause I'm gay doesn't mean I'm not a guy. Stop staring at me, Matt, Willy Wonka here was checking her out too."

And Will received a second glare. He shook his head again. Too much honesty, Shane, too much.

"Where are the others?", Emma asked, self-consciously wrapping a towel around herself. Will felt like kicking Shane. The idiot had made Emma uncomfortable now.

"Oh, they were setting up camp", said Will, but he then heard a splash, which turned out to be Kevin jumping in.

Will looked up to see Penny, Kyle and Liv standing there in their bathing suits. Penny jumped off, wrapping her arms around her legs, then made a bigger splash than Kevin.

Shane clapped again, "Perfect cannonball girl!", he yelled.

Penny snatched the second pretzel that Emma had taken from the bag, and put it in her mouth, receiving an indignant, "Hey!", from Emma.

"You should be used to it by now", Penny said, while chewing.

"I-I'll see you at camp, guys", Kyle called out.

And then Liv pushed him off, and he went flailing into the water. A few seconds later, he swam frantically towards the shore and looked up at Liv who was smiling at them, "Not funny, Liv!"

"You have to get over your fears sometime!", she shouted.

"When are you coming here!", Will called out.

"Patience, Willy Wonka", she shouted, while everybody else around sniggered.

Will looked down, "Why does everybody call me that?", he said, softly.

Penny put a hand on his shoulder, "Because weird nicknames like this stick forever, sweet friend", and everybody around started laughing at the stupid pun.

Will pouted and looked up at the huge boulder to see Liv take off her t-shirt. And then she did something unbelievable.

She turned behind and leaped off the cliff, spinning her body as well as doing three, three-sixty degree somersaults, she landed head-first into the water, splashing the least amount of water.

Shane clapped louder than ever when Liv's head popped out to the surface, "...And we have a winner! Girl you put your man to shame!" Everybody else also clapped and cheered, while Will just stared dumbfounded. When did she learn to do that?

He stared even more dumbfounded when Liv fully appeared out of the water. And if he thought Emma was hot, Liv was a raging fire. Yes, he sounded like Shane in his head, but he did not care. She had the perfect physique, and did she have abs?! She did have some lightly defined abs. He gazed away from her mid-section and looked directly at her, and she blushed at him and looked down.

"Whoa", said Shane, Kyle and Matt. And Will did have a feeling that they were not talking about the dive.

So Will tossed the towel he was holding at her, and she wrapped it around herself.

"Have you been working out, girl?", Shane asked, still staring at her as though she was some IG model.

Will glared at him, and smacked him atop the head.

"Ow! What was that for?", Shane asked, massaging my head.

PENNY

"When did you learn how to light a fire?", Penny asked Kyle, as she sat on one of the fold-able chairs near the campfire. It was such a beautiful evening, with the sun almost about to set, leaving the sky washed in beautiful shades of red, blue, orange, pink, purple and yellow. Penny could see the horizon, the clear blue water now reflecting the red, almost blending in with the colours of the sky, while the last rays of the sun glittered dimly on the waves, making the whole scene purely magical.

She heard a soft click, and turned around to see Kyle holding his camera to his eye, pointed in Penny's direction. He smiled at her then looked at the camera screen, "It's beautiful", he said, smiling.

Penny laughed, "It's not possible. I am not photogenic", and it was true. She looked like a monster in all pictures which were not selfies.

Kyle held out his camera, "See for yourself."

And so she did. And holy shit Kyle was a fricking magician. He had captured her staring off into the sunset, with the sunset behind her. And she looked, good, in that picture. The orange sun rays were reflected on the side of her face which was facing the camera, and she could see the sea reflected in her eyes, as well as her sunglasses which were perched on top of her head.

She gaped at Kyle, "What kind of a camera do you have?"

Kyle smiled, "A normal one. It's you who made the picture beautiful."

Penny slapped his arm gently, "That was a bit too cheesy."

He shrugged, "But it's true", he said, and gently pressed his lips on hers, making the surroundings seem more vivid, more beautiful.

"That's it. I want Kevin", Shane moaned, opening up a second folding chair.

Penny scowled at him, "You were the one who sent him off to get s'mores."

"And I thought it wouldn't take that long", he complained, throwing sticks into the campfire.

"It's about to get dark, where are the others?", Kyle asked, slinging his camera back around his neck.

"Liv took Will to the little 'paradise' place to teach him some diving techniques", Shane said, "And Emma and Matt are probably making out in some corner", he smirked, "or using my gifts."

Kyle shook his head, "It won't be very hygienic, you know."

Penny frowned at both of them, "Can we not have such a conversation?"

"Would you prefer to have such 'conversations' alone with Kyle, I suppose?", Shane said, raising an eyebrow. Kyle threw a stick at him.

And Penny could see Emma and Matt coming from one side of the beach, while Will and Liv from the other side. Perfect timing.

"Where did you two lovebirds sneak off to?", Shane asked with a smirk, "did you use my gift?"

Emma just gave him the shut-up look which Penny had become accustomed to, after so many years, "We were just having a walk along the shore", she said, fiddling with Matt's t-shirt that she was wearing.

"Till we stopped in a spot and started making out", Matt pointed out, and Emma smacked him on the arm.

Penny smiled at them. They were so perfect for each other. Sweet, cute and innocent Matt with a slightly more serious, mature and sarcastic Emma. Perfect. How had Penny not seen this before, when they were 'fake dating'? Their chemistry was remarkable.

Shane wiped a fake tear from his cheek, "I've taught Matty so much! If you guys get separated, I'll stop believing in love", he said, throwing in a fake sigh as well. Typical Shane.

"Where is Kevin?", Liv asked.

"I don't care about him. I want s'mores!", Will moaned.

"I am deeply hurt", shouted Kevin, coming from the same direction as Matt and Emma, holding a big brown paper bag.

Will ran to him and snatched the bag right out of his hands, took out a big Hershey's bar, and bit almost half of it off in the first try. Penny just stared. How were his teeth still intact?

Kevin snatched the bag back, "I thought the s'mores would last the entire night. But apparently this monster here can finish them in a few seconds."

"Oh, yeah we need to keep this guy away from them. Last time we went camping, I had gone to pee, and this guy", said Matt, pointing towards Will, "ate all of the s'mores before I came back. They were literally meant for both of our families."

Emma laughed, "What did you name his food baby?"

Matt was about to speak, but Will punched him in the stomach, making the other choke, "O-Okay, I w-won't say it", Matt said, clutching his stomach.

"Guys", Liv spoke out, pointing towards the sea, "Look."

All of them turned towards the sea, to see brilliant blue creatures lighting up the waves in the dark.

"Whoa, fireflies", Shane said with awe.

Emma smiled, "No, idiot. That is bio-luminescence", she said.

Shane huffed, "I'm talking about the creatures around us."

And Penny looked around to see small yellow lights blinking on and off, dancing around them.

Kyle picked up his guitar and sat on the chair, "And this is the perfect opportunity for a song", he then looked at Emma, "you ready?"

"As I'll ever be", Emma replied and Kyle burst into a song, with Emma accompanying him.

Penny smiled and sang along to the dorky song that she and Emma used to listen to when they were in middle school.

'Cause they'd fill the open air
And leave teardrops everywhere
You'd think me rude, but I would just stand and stare

And then, Will, and Matt joined in at the chorus, worsening the entire song.

I'd like to make myself believe
That planet Earth turns slowly
It's hard to say that I'd rather stay awake when I'm asleep
'Cause everything is never as it seems When I fall asleep.

They all stopped and smiled each other. It was amazing, even if Matt spoiled it with his terrible singing (Yes guys I know its ironic that I cast Ross Lynch as Matt. But every trait of theirs doesn't have to match.)

MATT

"I never had sex on the beach", Shane said, looking slyly in Matt's direction, as if expecting him to take a sip.

Matt rolled his eyes, "We haven't Shane. My God."

"You can do it now too. We can go somewhere else if you want", Shane said.

"I swear Shane, you are more obsessed about us having sex, then we ourselves are", Emma said, swirling the beer around in her cup, as she scooted closer to Matt and he wrapped an arm around her shoulder, pulling her closer.

"Is it my fault that I want to see more green-eyed Matts and blue-eyed Emmas in this world?", Shane asked indignantly. Matt shook his head. Leave Shane to his weird obsessions.

"I want green-eyed Emmas", Penny chimed in.

"And blue-eyed Matts", Kyle finished.

"Seriously, why are we having such a conversation?", Liv asked, sitting in between Matt and Will.

Matt wrapped his second arm around Liv and squeezed her shoulder, "Thank you", he said, to the one person who did not want to name their kids.

Penny spoke up, "I've never had sex."

Matt had expected Shane and Kevin to drink up as they did, but was very surprised when he saw Kyle and Liv take a sip too.

"Liv?", Will questioned. Guess it was not with Will, huh?

Shane looked at Penny, "I want some brown eyed Kyles as well, you know."

Penny scoffed, "I don't think I'll be able to tolerate more Shanes in this world though."

"Okay, I never cheated on a test", said Emma. And everybody took a big sip from their cup, even Liv and Kyle. Matt stared at Kyle, "Aren't you a tutor?"

Kyle shrugged, "I cheated just once in elementary school when I didn't know how to spell 'house'", he said, as everybody around laughed.

"I never swam in a sea filled with weird blue creatures", Liv spoke up, looking towards the sea.

"Who's stopping you now?", asked Kevin, as he pulled Liv up and dragged her towards the water.

Matt stood up and turned towards Emma, holding his hand out for permission, "My lady?"

Emma smiled and put her hand in his. And he lifted her up on his shoulder and ran towards the sea, while she screamed and set her down in the water, observing the blue footprints they made on the wet sand.

Emma took a handful of water and Matt marveled at the glowing blue creatures.

"So pretty!", Emma said, excitedly, then flicked the water towards Matt. He shook his head, and pulled Emma down into the water. They were both laughing as Emma placed both her hands on either side of his face, and kissed him hard, the waves crashing around them, adding to the roaring in Matt's ears.

"I know these idiots interrupted our date, but how was it?", Matt asked anxiously.

"It was better than I could ever imagine", Emma said with a smile.
