WILL

"Chloe, what the hell are you doing here. And where is Kyle?', Will asked Chloe angrily. He had been expecting to meet Kyle, but was now angry with the idiot for ditching him like this.

Chloe smiled that nasty smile of hers,"I must have told Liam to tell Kyle that your practice had been extended..."

"Why did you do that?", he asked, trying very hard to control his anger.

"So that I could get to spend some time with my boyfriend", she said, tracing her fingers along his hand. He pulled his hand back with a jerk.

"Your ex-boyfriend", he corrected.

"Oh, come on Will. How many times should I apologize?"

"There is no need to apologize. We're over, and that's final. I don't like you anymore. There's someone else",said Will, feeling his cheeks burn.

PENNY

Penny sat up when she heard Will say, 'Theres someone else'. She was curious to find out who. 

She heard Chloe speak again,"Let me guess, it's that fake blonde you danced with at the masquerade."

Penny saw Matt turn to look at Emma, and Emma looked down. Penny felt really confused now. What was going on?

"Or is it that fake blonde you dance with in the play?", Chloe continued.

Now both Matt and Penny stared in Emma's direction. Emma looked furious.

"I'm not a fake blonde!", Emma said angrily. Unfortunately, she said it loud enough for Will to hear. He began to turn around.

Penny frantically looked at Matt.

"Do something!",she said, panicking.

Matt pushed Emma under the seat, then leaned towards Penny. She felt nervous all of a sudden. What if he was going to kiss her. She did not pull away though. She felt herself lean towards him in response. She wanted this.

But before they could come near enough to touch each other's lips, she felt Matt press his cheek against hers. It sent some major shocks of heat throughout her body. But She was confused. Why was he doing that?

She heard Chloe's voice again, "Will, what are you looking at? It's just some desperate people kissing."

She realised it. He was just making it look like they were kissing.

She felt ashamed of herself all over again. How did she even think that they would kiss? He was Emma's boyfriend.

After a minute or so, when they were sure that Will must have turned back, they sat down and Emma sat up.

Emma rubbed Matt's shoulder,"That was some quick thinking!", she said, sounding impressed.

Matt ran a hand through his hair, still avoiding eye-contact with Penny, "Yeah, thanks."

She heard Will speak again," What, are you stalking me now?"

All of them sat up with a jerk and looked at each other.

She then heard a new voice,"I knew you were lying to me, Chloe."

Penny turned her lead slightly, to see another guy, lean, brown haired, carrying a guitar.

"You can go now", Will said.

Penny looked at Matt and Emma,"Should we stay or should we leave?"

Emma smiled,"Let's have some coffee first."

They ordered three cappuccinos and then waited for Will and Kyle to leave. 5 minutes later, after Will and Kyle had left, Matt spoke first.

"So we're certain that Will and Chloe are not getting back together."

"Yay",said Emma, clapping her hands. Penny could see Matt give her a meaningful look.

Penny spoke up,"And we know he likes some mystery girl." And after those words left her mouth, both Penny and Matt turned to look at Emma, and Emma blushed.

Penny was extremely confused now. What was going on, between Matt and Emma? The more she spent time with them, the more she observed that Matt and Emma acted like brother and sister more than they acted like a couple. She shook her head. She had hardly spent any time with them to reach such a conclusion.

"You guys are terrible at stalking", said a voice behind. Penny almost jumped, when she turned around and saw Will grinning at them.

"Code green code green!", said Matt.

"Huh?", asked Emma, tilting her head. Matt looked confused for a moment.

"I mean, Code Red, Code Red!", Matt corrected, and the three of them ran out of the café.
