     —  SYNOPSIS ;

COUSINS HAD always been home to Sonny, ever since she was little. Running down the stairs with the boys, going on their stupid fishing trips just to prove that she could fish too that just because she was a girl didn't mean that she wasn't allowed to have fun fishing, even though she absolutely hated it.

Now, she couldn't help but wish for those days back because it was summer and she wasn't in Cousin's.

Things had ended badly between everyone.

Susannah was gone and with her she took every important relationship she had with the summer house family. None of them were speaking to Sonny. Lucky for her though, Steven didn't let their friendship fall like the rest. They checked up on each other, while on the phone or through text messages.

Things go south after attending his graduation party. She desperately needed an escape. Only she didn't realize that the escape she planned would lead her back to the one of her biggest regrets.

Things fell apart a while ago. Sonny only hopes that what had fallen apart would get mended back together.

But at what cost?

roll the credits... i do not own the summer i turned pretty or it's characters and plot. i do however own sonia (sonny), and kendric (kenny), cecilia, leo, anya, and the rodriguez/alvarez family. and the plot-line that surrounds sonny, her relationships, and her family. any similarities to other works is completely and a hundred percent coincidental :)

this will be based off both the books and the tv show series <3

i will also like to say that this fanfic does talk about real issues that surrounds latines/hispanics. deportation is a real thing families of all sorts of backgrounds have to deal with. i will never stand for negative comments and you will be blocked.

now that thats out of the way... hey baes!! i have been waiting so long to write part 2. it's filled with so much more sonnyxconrad that i want to ball my eyes out to while writing.

the first few chapters will be a while from now because i have realized that i love having a regular uploading schedule, so i might just go on a writing spree before updating... so it might be a while 💟
