AvNeil having discussion with commissioner sir took half day leave. They left to khanna mansion with Meher. Neil drove the car and avni sitting beside him on passenger seat.

Meher slept on back seat of the car.. Neil through mirror looks behind and saw Meher.. his eyes were filled with tears seeing her like that.. Neil wipes his tears before avni could notice him but it's too late as avni already saw wiping his tears..

Avni placed her hand on Neil's making him snap his head at her.

Avni : Neil stop being guilty.. she is safe now.

Neil : I'm such bad brother avni... I knew where I was sending her but still I pushed inside place... it has affected her lot.. I don't know what to do with her.. how she will be back as old Meher? How can I assure my sister avni?

Avni : Neil believe in yourself.. everything gradually will be alright. You can't fall weak.

Neil : I'm blessed to have you..

He tightened the grip on their entwined hands making her smile. Neil stopped the car at khanna mansion and gestures Avni to come out.

Avni and Neil comes out the car. Neil then opens Meher side door and woke her up.. trio starts walking towards Khanna mansion..

Neil rang the door bell and held Meher hand making her smile faintly.

Swetha opens the door and hugged Meher..

Swetha : how is my baby girl?

Meher broke the hug and smiles at swetha.

Meher : mom.. I'm fine.. Bhai and Bhabhi was there na.. they saved me..

Swetha: I know... come inside..

All of them starts walking inside.. Meher saw Bebe and Prakash.. she rushed to them and hugged them..

Bebe patted Meher's hair and broke hug.. she then hugged Prakash who gave her smile.

They were sitting in hall and Neil told their whatever happened in the mansion with ragini pandit..

Bebe : so sad Neil.. vidyut had to face all these..

Neil : yes Bebe.

Swetha : Bebe tomorrow morning we will conduct small puja.. I want to keep puja for children's peace..

Bebe : that's good idea swetha.. we will invite Metha family, vidyut and Juhi too..

Swetha nodded her head..

Swetha : Meher why don't you go and fresh up.. then take rest too.. you look tired.

Meher nodding her head walks to her room whereas others got engrossed in talking about tomorrow morning.

In the night everyone after dinner went to their respective room.. Neil was lying on bed whereas avni was in washroom.

Neil took his phone out and thought invite vidyut and Juhi for tomorrow puja. He dialled vidyut number who picks up in third ring.

Neil: hello vidyut..

Vidyut : hey Neil.. is everything okay in police station?

Neil : yes all is good, In fact I called you to inform that tomorrow mom organised small puja in Khanna mansion..will you be free tomorrow morning?

Vidyut : actually Neil... I...

Neil : please vidyut don't say no.. you're part of our family.. please come to puja..

Vidyut : Neil.. okay! I'll try to come.. even I can divert my mind..

Neil : are you okay vidyut? I didn't get time to ask you.

Vidyut : what will happen to me Neil? I'm absolutely fine.

Neil : I know you're hiding your pain.. but trust me everything will be fine.. just give some time.

Vidyut : maybe you're right Neil.. how is Meher? Is she okay?

Neil: she is fine.. it will take time for her too.

Vidyut : hmm... I'll call you later.. is that okay?

Neil : yeah sure! Bye!

Vidyut : bye!

Neil ending the call kept his phone on side table and laid his body on back.. he stares the calling with sad smile.. he didn't realise avni heard his side conversation with vidyut..

Neil snaps his head to left side as he heard footsteps.. he saw avni back facing him and applying cream over her arms and legs..

He smiled lightly seeing her.. he then smirks before jumping off the bed.. he went behind and back hugged her keeping his chin on her shoulder.. he nuzzled her neck lightly making her breath hitch..

Avni : husband what are you doing?

Neil didn't say a word but continued nuzzling her neck.

Neil stops at moment and lifts his face to see avni..

Neil : I love you, love!

His one confession made her smile.

Avni : I love you too husband.. mind me leaving? Please!

Neil nodding his head stops nuzzling her but didn't break the hug.

He broke the hug as avni was down with night routine.. they both walked to bed and laid down on their respective side..

Avni moves closer to Neil keeping her head on his chest.. Neil wraps his arms around her waist and pecked her forehead.

Nik : I have invited vidyut.. he said he will try to come.

Avni : I just hope tomorrow morning is new beginning for him... he loved his parents... when he got to know his parents death.. he was shattered and broken... his uncle handled him but still he missed his parents.. he craved for them... I just hope vidyut life is filled with happiness...

Neil : it will love.. his family... Juhi.. she will his life with love and happiness..

Avni : I know.. Neil.. we should sleep. Tomorrow is puja.

Neil : good night love!

Neil kissed her forehead.

Avni : good night husband..

They closed their eyes slept.

Next morning Avni woke around 7 o'clock.. she kissing Neil's cheek untangled herself from him.. she too fresh clothes out and went to washroom.

Avni within half an hour later walks out of washroom.. she showered and wrapped towel around her wet hair.. she then walks to dressing table and took box of bindi and applied it..she then took vermilion box and taking pinch of vermilion filled her hairline.

She then walks to bed and covered Neil with duvet.. she glancing at him walks out of the room with her phone...

She walks down the stairs and moves to kitchen to see Bebe and swetha.

Avni : good morning mummy ji, Bebe!

She wishing them walks inside the kitchen.

Swetha : good morning avni..

Bebe : good morning Avni...

Then three ladies starts preparing for the puja which was going to happen at 10 o'clock..

Avni was preparing food and cutting fruits.. whereas Bebe and swetha were in hall arranging things for puja..

Once the ladies were done.. they went to their respective to get ready. Avni walks to her room to see Neil still sleeping..

She chuckling the way he was sleeping, closing every door walks to bed and sat down on her side.. she ruffles his hair and bending down kissed his hair.

Avni : good morning sweetest husband..  Husband wake up..

Neil slowly stirs in sleep and opens his eyes only to smile brightly seeing  avni..

Neil : good morning love, when did you woke up?

Avni : 2 hours back.. now get up.. you will be late for puja..

Neil yawningly sat up on bed and pecks Avni's forehead.

Neil : take my clothes out.. I'll fresh up.

Avni nodded her head.. Neil then got down the bed and walks to washroom...

Avni walks to cupboard and both of their clothes.. she kept Neil's on bed and taking her saree got change in the room itself... she wore blouse and petticoat.. she then picks the saree up and starts draping around herself..

She was so engrossed draping saree around her didn't realise when Neil was out of washroom and leaning to washroom door was staring her without blinking his eyes..

Neil silently walks to avni and whispers something in her ears making her startled.. she turns around giving glare to him.

Avni : Neil why do you love scaring me?

Neil : I don't know.. By the way love.. I love the way you're standing...

That was when avni realised how she standing.. she quickly turned around and starts draping saree quickly with blush booming over cheeks..

Neil smiles and ruffles his hair before pricking his clothes up and moving back to washroom..

As avni heard the washroom door clicks avni sighed a breath out.. she then walks to dressing table and adored her both wrist with bangles..she wore very simple necklace with nuptial chain..

She then starts applying make up on.. she was brushing her hair when she heard Neil's voice.. she turns around and saw him coming with smile on his face.. she instantly adore the man who belongs to her only.. how handsome he looks thought avni..

Avni comes back to earth as she felt Neil's presence near her..Neil leaning over her took the brush and starts combing his hair.. avni shaking her head tied her in bun.. Neil was noticed her action but frowned seeing her hair tied up in bun.

Neil : love, why have you tied your in bun? Open looks good!

Avni : Neil.. I can't leave my hair open in  puja..

Neil made oh face and continued combing his hair. He then gelling his hair looks at avni who standing next him was adoring him..

Neil wraps his arms around shoulder and pecks her forehead making avni close her eyes.

Neil : beautiful love..

Avni smiles and complimented him too.

Neil : we should leave now.. everyone would be waiting for us..

Avni nodded her head.. they both walked out of the room..

They saw everyone present there including Metha family, vidyut and Juhi.. AvNeil were happy and glad to see vidyut made it..

They moved to them and greeted them.. AvNeil hugged Metha family, vidyut and Juhi..

Neil : thank you vidyut for coming..

Vidyut smiles at him.

Soon pandit no arrived.. they all sat on the floor where puja was going to happen.. Neil, Avni and Meher were going to seat for puja..

Swetha brought fruits and Parsad from kitchen and gave it pandit ji.. avni pulls her pallu over her head and Meher kept her duppta over her head.

Pandit ji checking all the arrangements started the puja.. all others were behind AvNeil and Meher praying..

Puja went on almost for hour... pandit ji his token and blessing the family left khanna mansion.. AvNeil and Meher took blessing of elders.. avni being daughter -in- law of the house gave the parsad out to everyone..

Everyone were sitting around dinning table.. avni and swetha starts serving them puri and aloo sabzi... it was specialist of khanna family to have them on puja day...

Everyone starts eating while gossiping.

After breakfast everyone sitting in hall and talking when Neil's phone rang. He took his phone out and saw dd calling him. He excusing himself went to corner and picks the call up.

Neil : hello dd!

Dd: sir you need to be here..

Neil : I'll be there.. bye!

Neil ending the call moves back to others.

Neil: mom I have to leave for police.. there is some work still incomplete.

Avni looks at him.

Avni : I will come with you Neil too.

Neil : no avni.. I'll be back home within few hours. You stay at home today.

Avni tried to convince Neil but he blinks his eyes conveying he will tell her later..

Neil: I'll get change then leave.

All oh them nodded their head.. Neil after changing into police uniform biding bye to everyone went to police station.
