Next day. It is going to most beautiful day for everyone in the family especially the couple who was going to tie in knot today forever.

At Khanna mansion.

Neil was dragged by his sisters into backyard for his haldi.. he was going to protest but his sisters never heed about his protest.. they dragged him to the backyard and made sit on the floor where haldi function was going to begin anytime.

Neil mani my grumpy face sat down and looks at ladies who giggles at his grumpy face..

Swetha asked neha to bring bowl of fresh haldi paste from kitchen. Neha nodding her head went to kitchen and brought haldi paste. She handed to swetha who taking the bowl gave it bebe.

Bebe bending down front of Neil's dipped her fingers into haldi bowl and applied it on Neil's face, shoulder and on his vest.. Bebe blessing Neil got up and asked others to apply haldi on Neil..

Swetha applied haldi after Bebe followed by others ladies. Neha too applied haldi on Neil who smiled at her.

Meher and ananya smirks looking  at each other and bowed down front Neil. Dipping their fingers in haldi bowl smashed hardly on Neil's face making him angry... before he could stop them she was drenched in haldi from top to bottom.. he looks up to see who dared pouring haldi on him.. he got shocked seeing neha holing the bowl..

Neil : not fair neha.. I thought you're innocent but you proved me wrong.. it's time for you to pay now..

As he said neha understanding what he meant she ran inside saving her life followed by other two.. Neil was going to chase them but stopped as swetha called his name.

Neil : yes mom!

Swetha : Neil you go and take shower.. and come here..

Neil confusingly moves to swetha but what she did next confused him more.

Neil : mom what are you doing? I'm going to take shower. You don't have to do this.

Swetha spat his shoulder and took more haldi off his face and shoulder and kept it in bowl.

Swetha : beta sent this haldi to Metha mansion so they can start Avni's haldi..

She said giving bowl to one of the Neil's cousin who nodded his head went to Metha mansion. Neil stares his mother with confuse expression.

Neil : mom why did you send that haldi for avni? They could have made new one. Right!

Swetha : yes they could.. but Neil there is ritual that girls glow more when her In-laws sent haldi after groom haldi.

( never heard that or seen but read it somewhere in the book. From that day I have added in most of my stories)

Neil made oh face and walks to his room but stopped in middle as he heard Rahul voice..

He hid hide Pillar and saw Rahul applying haldi on neha.. he was going to leave but stopped as he heard Rahul next word which made smirk.

Rahul: neha remember on our haldi.. how I sneaked to your house and stole moment with you..

Neil not wanting to hear or seeing their moments left to his room.. he sat on bed and thought how to sneak into Avni's room when idea clicked in his head.. he smirked wore his kurta and climbed down in his window..

Neil not being caught ran from khanna mansion and taking his car drove to Metha mansion.

In Metha mansion..

Avni was getting ready for haldi with help by her cousins..

Avni : you all should get ready..

They nodded their head left Avni's room.. while avni sat on bed and took her phone. She was scrolling down her phone she heard something in the balcony... she kept her phone side and got up.. she moves to balcony to look around but didn't find anyone..

She sighed and turned back to leave but stopped before she could take next step as she felt cold hands wrapping around her waist.. she was going to scream but her breath got stuck in her throat as she heard his huskily voice..

Neil : love...

Avni : Neil.. what are you doing here?

She slapped his hand and removed from her waist.. she passed him glare but he didn't care and again pulled her by holding her waist..

Avni : Neil.. someone will come..

Neil : no one will come without my permission soon to be Mrs Neil khanna... before you freak out.. I want to apply haldi on my bride before anyone else does.. so may I have that permission?

Avni : but Neil..

Neil shushed her by keeping finger on her lips.

Neil : no but...

Neil took haldi packet out and dipping his fingers brushed it against her bare waist making her breath hitch... Neil applied it more on her waist then navel... Neil smirks as she moaned his name.. Neil kissing her waist got up from his knees and cupping her face looks at her..

Neil : I love you love... few more hours then you officially will be mine..

Avni only gave him smiles and hugged him.. their moment was broken by knock which startled avni.. she broke hug and looks there and there in fear but the hero was smilingly seeing her fearful face...

Neil : love you open the door.. I'll hid in the washroom.

Avni nodding her head moves to door not before covering her waist with duppta properly. Neil hid himself in the washroom.. avni opens the door and found her cousin there.

Cousin : avni di we need to go down.. haldi has arrived from Khanna mansion..

Avni : you go.. I'm coming in few minutes.. I had to set my dress..

Cousin : okay.. I'll wait here..

Avni : why don't you go? I'll join you..

Her cousin suspiciously looks at her but nodding her head went done which made avni sigh.. she quickly closed the door and called Neil to come out...

Avni : Neil leave before anyone comes..

Neil kissing her cheek left the room while avni looked down and blushed seeing the haldi on her waist.. she was blushing when there was another knock..

Avni composing herself went open the door.. this time Neela herself came up to take avni down for haldi function...

Neela : bacha why are taking long to come out? We need to start haldi function..

Avni : sorry maa.. I was getting ready..

Neela : shall we leave now..

Avni nodded her head.. Neela held her shoulder and took her down to backyard where haldi function was held...

Neela made avni sit down and asked dayavnti to starts., dayavnti applied haldi on Avni's first followed by everyone else..

The haldi function was over.. avni was sent back to her room.. she was told to take shower too and take some rest before getting ready for the wedding..

In the evening the Metha mansion was ready to welcome their son-in-law.. guest starts arriving..

In Avni's room.. avni was having emotional conversation with her family.. all of them were crying when dayavnti wiping her tears looks at the clock.

Dayavnti : Neela... gusts are arriving... we should get down.. even avni needs to get ready..

Neela nodding her head and controlling her tears and kissing Avni's forehead left the room followed by aman and Ashish.

Avni now was sitting on bed and waiting for her cousins to come up so she can get ready.

Few minutes later her cousins came up and starts helping avni getting ready..

In khanna mansion.

Everyone was rushing in and out but the groom was taking his time to get ready.. Prakash walks to Neil's room and smiled seeing in him ready in wedding outfit.. he blessed and moves to him..

Prakash: handsome groom why are you taking so long to get ready? Everyone one is waiting for you son..

Neil : dad I can't set this..

Prakash took off Neil's hand set it on Neil's head properly.. Neil thanked him but Prakash hugged him and patted his head.

Prakash : you are going to get married Neil today.. from Tomorrow you will have responsibilities of avni.. I don't want any tears in her eyes because of you.. I don't want to hear any complaint against you Neil.. you have to think both side.. you have to take wise decision for you both.. I'm hoping you know what I mean..

Neil : yes dad.. I know what are you trying to say.. I'll keep that in my mind..

Prakash: that's like my son.. come on.. we should leave..

Neil nodding his head follows Prakash. Swetha did puja of Neil's and took all the evilness around him.. Neil was made sit the car along with his sisters...

In first car was Neil and his sisters sitting with the driver. In second car was Prakash, swetha, Bebe and Rahul with the driver..

They also had band baja behind them.. the car starts moving to Metha mansion in full excitement..

Both car stopped at the Metha mansion.. Metha family came outside and took aarti of Neil's.. They exchanged hugs and hello..

They all went inside and Neil was made sit in the mandap waiting for his bride.. the pandit ji was there and doing some ritual with Neil before the bride comes..

Pandit ji then asked Neela to call the bride to which Neela went with dayavnti to get avni down.. Neil's was darted to the stairs where avni would come down..

Soon as Neil saw his love entering his smile changed into proud smile.. his smiled got wider and wider.. he was proud such beautiful and elegant girl belongs to him only.. only him.. he won't let any other men's dare to looks at his wife..

Neil blinks his eyes few times and stood up moving the stairs.. he forward his hand and looks at avni who immediately stared into his eyes.. avni looking at Neela and getting conformation kept her hand in Neil's hand.. she walked to mandap holding Neil's made..

Neil carefully made her seat on the mandap then sat himself down beside her..

The pandit ji started the marriage ritual.. he told avni to place her hand on Neil's palm which she did..

Then pandit told them to stand up for Garlands exchange.. Neil and avni got up.. neha brought garlands for both of them and passed it them.. first avni puts Garland around Neil's neck.. even Neil did same..

Then they both sat back down and pandit ji called Avni's parents for kanya daan. Ashish and Neela comes forwards and does kanya daan.

Then pandit ji called Neil's sister for gath bandhan to which Meher comes up and does it.

Then pandit ji asked Neil and avni to stand up for pehra. They stood up and Neil holding Avni's hand starts taking 7 vows around the holy.

They sat back down as they took 7 vows and promised to stick with each other forever..

Then pandit ji gave nuptial chain to Neil.. Neil took it and tied it around Avni's neck as the pandit repeated the mantra. Pandit ji also gave him the vermilion box go Neil..
Neil took pinch on his finger and filled Avni's hairline.. a tear escaped down Avni's cheeks..

Pandit ji then declared them as husband and wife..

Pandit ji : from today you both are husband and wife.. you can take blessing of your elders..

AvNeil nodding their head took blessing of pandit ji who blessed them.. then AvNeil took their family's blessing.. Neela hugged both of them and blessed them..

( author note - this wedding ritual is not right according to me so don't believe it.. I don't know anything about them expect I have read it online and in stories. No offence to anyone's religion.. if there is any mistake then I would like to apology beforehand.. I'm very sorry)

AvNeil taking blessing of elders were escorted to food area to have their food...

Everyone had their food.. and now it was the Vaadi which made atmosphere changed from happiness to sadness..

Avni cried hugging her family though Neil promised her that she wasn't leaving them.. she cried hugging them..

Neil stood beside Avni and tried comforting her but her couldn't because he doesn't know what she must be feeling.

Neela broke the hug and cupping Avni's face looks at Neil too.

Neela : keep my bacha happy Neil.. I'm giving my daughter to you.. never hurt her.. forgive her whenever she makes mistake.. she is still bacha from inside. Protect my bacha from all the evils around her..

Neil smiles and nodded his head making Neela smile.. even Ashish warned Neil.

Ashish : no tears in her eyes because I'm sure you don't want to see my side which you can never imagine.. she is very precious to us... don't lose her or give on her.. keep your love ahead of everything.. don't let your fights break relation you both share and forever.

Neil once again nodded his head.. Ashish hugged Neil and patted his head. Aman was hugging dayavnti and crying seeing avni coming away from them.

Avni hugged her family and cried hugging them before she made her way towards entrance with her new family.. to her new beginning of her life.

As she walked towards entrance way she threw rice puffed over her head and cried every time she did..

They come out and the newly couple were made sit in the car.. Ashish and aman  wiping their tears pushed the car..

Neil's car zoomed out of the Metha mansion.. even others khanna family hugging Metha family left Metha mansion.. Metha family watched them going in tears..

I'm very sorry if anything I have mentioned is wrong.. I always end of adding different things in every story of mine.. I have no clue about them.. hence I'm very sorry about that..
