In Delhi, at Avni's hotel.

The sun rays penetrated through the window falling down straight on Avni's face... avni digs her face under the pillow turning her body on her stomach.. she pulled blanket over body and slept once again snuggling and not worrying about the sun..

Few minutes later avni groaned in sleep as she heard phone ringing.. she stretched her hand and got hold of her phone.. not opening her eyes she turned her phone off and laid herself on back.. she snuggled to duvet and tried catching her sleep.

Not even a second passed her closing her eyes when she heard loud knock on the door.. she made face while turning her face other side and sleeping again.. a minute later she sat up on bed being frustration of continuous knock on the door..

She got down the head and picks the rubber band of the table and gathered her messy hair in hand and starts walking towards door..

As she walked to the door she tied her messy hair into bun.. her eyes lids was giving up.. she really wanted to crash on bed and sleep whole day but the knock was disturbing her.:

She cursed the person who disturbed her sleep.. avni mumbling some curses opens the door and with her eyes widen open stared front of her....

Her eyes and mouth was  widen open  looking front of her.. she composing herself and shutting her eyes few times looks up and blinks her thinking it's dream but a beautiful reality...

Avni opens her mouth to say a word but her voice was died up.. she couldn't express her feelings what she was actually feeling... tears starts brimming in her eyes...

Not wanting to waste any second she whispered a name and crashed herself into his arms who was widely smiling with his arms spread out for her...

Avni : Neil....

As she crashed into Neil's arms Neil wrapped his arms around her shoulder and waist pulling her close to him.. both closed their eyes and smiled hugging W ah other.. they missed each other presence.. they missed hugging each other... Neil tightened the hug as he felt his shirt getting soaked by her tears..

Neil caressed her hair and pecked it numbers of times.. Neil slowly broke the hug and cupping her face Neil kissed her forehead and smiled while avni closed her eyed feeling his lips on her forehead.. avni opens her eyes as she heard his voice calling her softly and lovingly while caressing his finger on her cheeks which immediately brought smile on her face...

Neil : avni...

He spoke lovingly while caressing her cheek...

Neil : I love you so much... I missed you..

Avni hugged him tightly and whispered near his heart while placing a kiss making him smile..

Avni : I love you too.. I missed you a lot..

Avni didn't looked at while confessing but he knew how much both missed each other.. Neil caressing Avni's hair calls her..

Neil : avni...

Avni : hmm..

Neil : I don't mind hugging you like this all day but love we are still standing at the door.. can we get inside your room.

Avni immediately broke the hug and bits her lips not realising where they were still standing..

Avni : sorry..  in excitement I didn't you're still at the door.. come inside..

Neil smiled at her innocence and turned to his luggage when he noticed bouquet kept on his bag.. he mentally slapped his head not remembering about the bouquet and giving to avni...

Neil took the bouquet and turns looking at avni who was already staring him with smile playing on her lips..

Neil forward the bouquet to her and smiles...

Neil : a bouquet for a beautiful  girl I have known..

Avni smiled at him while taking the bouquet and moves side giving him space to come inside.

Avni walked inside the room closing the door behind and saw Neil setting himself on bed.. avni walks to him and kept the bouquet on table side and settled beside him resting her head on his shoulder...

Avni : Neil..

Neil  looks at her while entwining their hands and pecking side of her head..

Neil : yes love..

Avni : Neil aren't you supposed to be Bangalore? And why didn't you tell me that  you're going to come here..  I would have picked you up from airport... wait did you lie to me yesterday... yesterday night you called me saying you're going to busy but seeing you here doesn't seems you're busy..

Neil : sorry love lying to you but I wanted to give you surprise... yesterday I really didn't wanted to lie but I I didn't have any option than lying to you.. I'm sorry.. my mission was successful.. I managed to complete my work before the deadline so I was permit to leave early.. you know love instead of coming Delhi I would be sitting in my room in  Mumbai but I didn't wanted to go Mumbai without you.. I was thinking to talk about my mission being over when idea got clicked into my head.. I thought why not to surprise you in  Delhi.. I have informed home too.. they are happy.. 5  days later our wedding function will start  and before that I wanted to spend my alone to with you alone... I don't anyone with us expect you and me.. I know I should I have informed you but I really wanted to surprise so I lied to you... sorry..

He looks at her who was smiling in tears.. he brushed his fingers and wipes her tears and placed kiss on her forehead..

Neil : was you sleeping when I knocked?

Avni : hmm.. but why didn't you call me?

Neil chuckles making her confuse but her confuse vanished as she realised how she switched her phone off ...

Avni : I'm sorry.. I was really tired last night.. and I was angry with you because you didn't talk to me till late night.. i thought you forgot about our promise.. sorry..

Neil : hey.. it's okay. I'm not angry with you..now listen to me.. is your work finished?

Avni : yes it's completed... finally.. I'm so happy it's done.. now I can spend my time with you..

Neil smiles and nodded his head..

Neil : why don't you fresh up while I call the breakfast up? Surprising you I have skipped my breakfast too..

Avni : why did you ate your breakfast before coming here? Didn't you eat in flight?

Neil : nope and you know why?

Avni : why?

Neil : because I wanted to have breakfast with you.. love I'm really hungry.. please get fresh quickly..

Avni : okay I'm going.. make yourself comfortable here while I'm fresh up..

Avni stood up and  moves to cupboard.. she took her things and left to washroom while Neil laid down on bed and smiled seeing Avni's phone lying on table.. he picks it and saw the wallpaper of his.. he smiled brightly and kept her phone down..

He closed his eyes to catch his sleep.. he woke very early to surprise avni.. he immediately fell asleep..

After hour later avni comes out of washroom while wiping her hairs when her gaze fell on Neil who was sleeping on bed...

She smiles and walks to dressing table.. she kept the towel side and picks the brush and starts combing her hair.. she was too busy in herself that didn't realise someone was staring her intensely...

Avni flinched as she felt cold hands wrapping around her waist.. she tilting her head saw Neil smiling nuzzling her left side hair.. she kept the brush down and tried pushing him...

Avni : Neil.. leave me... I need to get ready..

Neil didn't stopped nuzzling her and moves her hair at one side rubbing his nose on her bare shoulder....

Avni : Neil... leave me...

Neil looks at her before placing kiss on her bare shoulder sending shiver to her body.. Avni fisted her hand and closes her eyes.. few minutes late she didn't feel anything and opens her eyes.. she looks through mirror and saw Neil standing right behind her in distance..

She turns and moves to him... she wraps her arms around his neck and looks at him..

Avni : acp Neil khanna is being in romantic mood today! Why is that's so?

Neil smirks wrapping his arms around her waist and pulling her into his chest and making their nose touch each other..

Neil : isn't miss girlfriend enjoying acp Neil khanna romance.. hmm!

Avni : Neil...

She slapped his chest and moved back making him smile..

Neil : I haven't called for breakfast as I was wondering why not go out and have breakfast out.. what say?

Avni : it's good idea but could you give me some time to get ready.. I'll be quick..

Neil: take much time as you want love..

Avni : are you sure.. I mean you're hungry.. because of me I don't want you to starve..

Neil held her hand in his and smiles at her concern..

Neil : it's okay.. I can stay hungry for you.. right.. go get ready..

Avni smiles and kissing his cheek left back to dressing table while Neil moves to his suitcase and opens the zip.. he took some cash and puts inside his wallet.. he then sat on bed and watched avni getting ready.

Neil was admiring her while avni was blushing feeling his strong gaze on her.. she didn't turns around or looks at him but could feel his gaze on her.. avni wore her watch and turns around to see Neil smiling at him while leaning his head to headboard..

She smiling walks to him and calls his name to bring him out of her world..

Avni : Neil...

Neil immediately looks at her coming out of his admiring session and looks at her ready.. she was simply wearing white and grey stripes off shoulder crop top along with  blue jeans.. while Neil was wearing blue jeans along with green t-shirt.

Neil got up and looks at her deeply.. his gaze immediately turned on her lips.. his hands automatically went around her waist and pulled her in him making her land on his chest..

Neil with his finger traced her lips making her shudder... their eyes met.. Neil tracing her lips spoke...

Neil : May I....

Avni blinked her eyes giving all the permission to him... Neil once he got the permission pulling her close and brushing his lips near her smiles lightly before placing his lips on hers... he gently moved his lips on hers... he kissed pouring all his love while avni equally and passionate responded the kiss...

They broke the kiss and avni being shy hugged him making him smile... Neil caressed her hair and pecked her hair few times.

Neil : I love you so much.. you're becoming my addiction...

Avni tilts her head and looks at him who was already looking at her deeply.. she blushed immediately and looks down when her head was chined up.. she looks up and saw Neil smiling..

Neil : where is the bravest officer I have known?  Why you blushing so much? I have only kissed you.. this is not our first time.. right..

Avni's Cheeks turns to deepest red hearing him..

Avni : Neillll...

Neil chuckles and pulls her cheeks making her irritate...

Avni : don't pull my cheeks..

Neil : I will pull your cheeks.. you're so cute..

Avni: shall we leave now..

She diverted the topic and moving to her table side to get her handbag.. Neil shook his head seeing her changing the topic..

Neil : yes let's go..

Neil waited for avni to join who was stuffing her stuff in bag.. avni joined him and gave him smile. Neil held his hand and both of them walked out of the room... avni left Neil's hand as she had to lock the door..

Locking the door she moves back to Neil and held his hand.. both of them walked out of hotel and sat on cab..

At night time Neil was lying down on bed while avni was changing the clothes in washroom.. Neil was smiling thinking how both of them spending their days today... he was smiling when he heard washroom door clicking..

He turns his gaze and saw avni walked to bed.. he shifted side as he saw her climbing the bed..  avni was sitting on bed resting her head on headboard with phone in her hand.. she was doing something while  Neil was staring her..

Neil: love what are you doing?

Avni glance at him..

Avni : I was seeing flight booking..

Neil : flight booking, why?

Avni : aren't we flying back to Mumbai?

Neil too sat up and at her..

Neil : yes we are going back to Mumbai but not tomorrow.. I have planned day after tomorrow we are going to back Mumbai in afternoon... you don't worry about booking as I have already booked our tickets.. without  taking any tension you enjoy being with me.. the rest I'll handle it.. hmm..

Avni  nodded her head and kept the phone side and looks at Neil..

Avni : I want to sleep in your arms..

Neil smiles and laid himself down and spread his arms for her.. avni immediately laid down and snuggled into his arms.. Neil covered themselves with duvet and pecks Avni's forehead...

Neil : love are you feeling sleepy?

Avni looks at nodding no..

Neil : let's keep our yesterday night promise.. to talk.. this time face to face..

Avni nodded her head.. avni started talking what she did yesterday while Neil kept caressing her and pecking her hair whenever he felt doing it.. Neil was listening to Avni so keenly that he didn't realise when she slept while talking to him..

Neil not hearing anything from her look down and saw her sleeping.. he smiles and kissed her forehead..

Neil : good night love..

Neil kept caressing her hair while she snuggled to him which made him smile. Neil looks down and admires her sleeping so peacefully...he knew she was tried from last two days... and today he took her out not giving chance to her to rest..

Neil close his eyes and let sleep over take him.
