BREAKING NEWS: 

The body of a middle-aged man has been found in a lake on the outskirts of the city. The body has currently not been identified. The police are investigating the cause of the death, and will lead a full investigation when the identification of the victim is known. Murder is a likely option as the police retrieved a note from the jacket of the victim that seems to have been written by the assailant.
