"So are there any updates?"

"Nope. Nothing at all."

"Man this...this is not good. What are we going to do?"

Hendery liked to play with his caregivers every moment of  the day.

But recently, his ability to do so has changed.

You see, approximately two weeks ago to the day, NCT 127's little, WinWin, disappeared.

With him also being a member of WayV, it was particularly hard on the subunit members to cope.

As a result, a new surprise came in the form of a new little in WayV, Xiaojun.

"Can I have a kiss baby Xiao?", Kun asked.

The little crawled over to the first of his caregivers and kissed him on the cheek.

"My heart-", Kun replied.

Everyone fawned over the new little. Taking extra care of him was an effort to ease the sadness everyone felt.

Since Sicheng hasn't come home in so long, and Yuta explained what he thought the reason was, everyone has been super careful with their littles.

Except...WayV seems to be too focused on Baby Xiao to remember their first little.

"Why they no play wiv me?", he said to himself.

Little Hendery, at the tiny age of four, was feeling neglected by his caregivers.

Ever since Baby Xiao showed up almost two weeks ago, the members of WayV hadn't been playing with Hendery anymore.

Did they forget the reason WinWin left in the first place?

"It okay, they play wiv me again soon."

He sat alone in his room, thinking of what to do.

He wanted to get their attention, but didn't know how.

As he looked around his room, his eyes landed on his bunk bed in the room he shared with Ten.

On a day a few months ago, the pair had gotten in trouble for jumping on the bed by Kun, who said the bed would break if they kept doing it.

But...breaking a bed would get peoples attention, wouldn't it?

"I know what I do!", the little shouted to himself.

Little Hendery went to the bed, climbing onto the top bunk.

The wood pillar in the top corner was already cracked from the previous time, so it lightly shook whenever the boys climbed into bed.

Hendery thought for a bit as he looked down off the bed.

He didn't care if he got hurt, he just wanted them to notice him again.

So, he began to jump.

"Wee! Wee! Wee!", he yelled as he jumped up and down on the bed, "Look at me!"

As he jumped, the bed continued to crack, slowly splitting the pillar in the front, and cracking the pillar on the other side.

"Hehe! Hehe!", the little yelled.

The pillar at the front of the bed split all the way to the bottom, and Hendery's weight on the corner of the bed caused the other front pillar to split off, resulting in the top bunk crashing down and the little falling to the ground with a loud thud.

Downstairs, Baby Xiao was spooked by the sound of the loud crash.

The members looked around.

"What was that?", YangYang asked.

"Hey, where's Hendery?", Ten asked, looking around.

The members looked at one another.

The realization hit Ten almost immediately, and he ran as fast as he could to the stairs.

"Hendery! Baby!", he yelled as he got to the room.

The members followed, even a "waddling as fast as he could" baby Xiao.

Ten got the the door and opened it.

When he did, he gasped in shock.

The top bunk was completely broken and partially on the ground.

Also on the ground was little Hendery, who didn't seem to be moving.

"Baby!", Ten yelled.

He ran to the little, checking him for injuries.

The members crowded in.

"What happened?!", Kun yelled.

"He must have been jumping on the bed. Oh sweetie what did you do?!", Ten replied.

He held the unconscious little in his arms.

"I'll call for help!", YangYang said.

"Good, hurry!"

The other members stood around Ten and Hendery.

"I don't know what to do...guys what do I do?!", Ten asked frantically.

"Calm down Ten, just take a deep breath. He's gonna be okay.", Kun told him.

"I'll try."

Ten tried to take deep breaths.

YangYang came back into the room.

"They'll be here in three minutes!"

The members took a sigh of relief.

Hendery slightly moved, making Ten look down.

"Baby?"

The little slowly opened his eyes, looking around confusedly.

"He's awake!", Ten screamed.

Hendery stared at his closest caregiver.

"Papa?"

"Baby what happened? Why were you jumping on the bed?! You got hurt and-"

What Hendery said next, the members didn't expect.

"I just want you to play wiv me too...nobody play wiv me."

Ten put a hand in Hendery's hair.

Kun, YangYang, Ten, and even Baby Xiao understood what he was trying to say.

They hadn't been paying attention to him.

Like Yuta hadn't been paying attention to their Sicheng that day.

Ten hugged him as closely as he could without hurting him.

As he did, they heard the sirens of the ambulance outside.

"When you get fixed up, we need to have a long talk."

"Hey hey, let's take it easy."

"No! I have every right to be angry! Did none of you learn your lesson?!"

The other members had been informed about Hendery being hurt, and the reason why.

Needless to say, Taeyong was not pleased.

"Last time one of our members got ignored, he NEVER came home! I thought we were supposed to care about each other?"

"We do! It just...I don't know what happened.", Ten replied.

"What happened is you neglected him and only paid attention to Xiaojun. What happened is you did the EXACT same thing Yuta did and expected a better result."

Yuta was holding hands with Little Mark, who stared at his caregiver concernedly.

"I'm sorry."

"I know you are. So when Hendery gets out of here, just know he's coming home with me."

"But-"

"But nothing! We're not losing another member because you can't divide your attention among two people."

Taeyong walked away angrily, followed by a sleep-deprived looking Yuta and his baby Mark.

Ten stood there in the lobby of the hospital with Xiaojun.

"It's okay Ten, he can't stay mad forever.", Xiaojun said.

"Thanks Baby Xiao. But I have a feeling he will be mad for a long time."

Ten went to go find someone to bring him to Hendery's room.

He found a doctor and they walked back to where the little was placed.

The doctor explained that the boy had a minor head injury and cuts on one of his legs.

When Ten entered the room, the little was being entertained by someone he didn't expect to see.

"Jisung when did you get here?"

"I snuck past you guys when Taeyong was yelling at you."

"Oh okay. How is Hendery?"

"He's okay. Sleeping."

Ten sat down in a chair.

"Are you okay hyung?", Jisung asked.

"Yeah. Just thinking."

Jisung sat next to him.

"He was crying earlier."

"What? Why?"

"I'll let him tell you that. But I have to go before I get left. I was hitchhiking under an ambulance and I need Taeyong to bring me home."

Jisung stood up and started to walk away.

"Oh and one more thing."

Ten turned to him.

"Yeah?"

"Chenle asked when you guys are going to let him join WayV."

"Not happening."

"You're mean."
