i looked at the clock and it read 3:34 a.m. i got up and brushed my teeth and put on deodorant so i could head to the gym.

afterwards i went to the kitchen to put some cold water in my cup. i saw jada sitting at the island making me jump.

"omfg, baby what are you doing up ?" i asked holding my chest.

"sorry i didn't mean to scare you. i was hot so i came to cool off. what are you doing up ?" she asked.

"im about to head to the gym" i said filling up my stanley cup. i grabbed my phone and keys and walked around the counter.

"you gone okay mama ?" i asked.

"mhm, im about to go back to sleep" she said sleepily.

"okay well i love you" i said kissing her cheek.

"i love you more.. i hope you have a good workout and drive safe" she said.

"thank you and i will" i said. i shut the door behind me and locked it. i walked to my car and headed to the gym.

once i got there and i set my stuff down and put on my beats and started off on the treadmill. it was only 4 of us here which is why i come so early in the morning.

after about 10 minutes i got off and went to squat with weights. i put the bar on my shoulder and lifted it up and then squatted.

a few seconds later i saw my ex walk through the door making me quickly put my head down. my hair ain't in its regular bun today so hopefully he won't notice me lol.

i felt him tap on me making me sigh. i put the bar on the rack and took off my headphones.

"yes ?" i asked irritatedly.

"long time no see how you been ?" he asked.

"good. im happy.. in a happy relationship basketball is going good. thanks for asking but i gotta get back to my workout" i said.

"d*** you still boujie asf ?" he asked making me laugh.

"never been that, we just didn't workout. you and i both know we was toxic asf always arguing and i  didn't wanna deal with it anymore" i said.

"so now what ?? you moved on ?"

"h*ll yeah and you should too. now if you'll excuse me i have a workout to finish" i said rolling my eyes.

i put the bar back on my shoulders and i could feel him staring at me making me roll my eyes and shake my head.

"judea" he said grabbing my butt.

"omfg what ??" i asked setting the bar on the rack.

"wth do you want bro ??" i asked.

"i just wanna talk"

"well i don't, i told you im in a happy relationship ts cannot happen at all. move tf on man."

"and you disrespectful as h*ll. grabbing my a** that's harassment yk" i said.

"well i just-

"no i don't wanna talk, no i don't wanna catch up, i don't wanna grab lunch and i don't wanna communicate. now please leave me alone" i said.

i put my headphones back and put them back on turning the music up louder. i decided to bench press cus squatting in front of him make me uncomfortable asf.

after the gym i went home and showered and jada was in bed sleeping. i quietly got into bed beside her. this gym session was by far the worst and i didn't get to workout how i wanted too.

a few hours later i opened my eyes and jada wasn't in bed anymore. i looked at my phone and its 9:12 so i got up and walked to the kitchen.

"hey how was the gym mama ?" she asked.

"it was okay" i said sitting down.

definitely don't plan on telling jada about the whole ex interaction thing cus i don't want her to over think it for what it really was.

i opened the door and saw jaelyn standing at the door. i can't beat her a** again i promised coach i would focused on basketball.

"wth ?? what do you want ?" i asked.

"i just wanna talk" she said lightly.

"well ion wanna talk to you" i said shaking my head.

"kels" i yelled.

"look i don't want any problems i just-

"well its to late for that" i said laughing.

"what's wrong sis" she asked looking at me and then at jaelyn.

"oh h*ll no. ik she did not have the audacity to show her face here. i been wanting that head so bad" i said.

"woah relax ma she ain't worth it" jack said.

"look, my sister is trying to focus on basketball and school so i advise you to leave her tf alone." my sister said.

"i just wanted to talk to her about-

"there aint sh** to talk about jaelyn. when you wished death on my sister ts was DEAD ASF." kelsey said.

"omg she did not" juju said laughing.

"she did" a'ja said.

"listen. i never had a problem with you up until you disrespected tf out of my gf and you really crossed the line with that last post."

"when you wished death on her that was it. i would hate to embarrass you now leave" juju said. she shook her head and left.

"okay guys yall ate" a'ja said making us laugh. maybe she'll finally get the hint.
