I didn't see Sasuke at all since our conversation but I didn't mind at all. It was morning already and he still didn't return and the others were getting worried.

"Where's Sasuke-kun?" Karin asked.

"He went for a walk," I replied.

She glared at me.

"Watch who you're glaring at princess."

"Stop calling me princess!" She yelled readying her fist for a punch.

As she was about it hit me my eyes changed to the Renningan which made her freeze in terror.

"What's the matter Karin? I thought you were about to punch me?" I said in a mocking voice.

She was too scared to talk.

"I'm stronger than you think Karin. When I was fighting Sasuke I was holding back because I didn't want to reveal who I was. Next time we fight someone, I won't hold back." I threatened.

She put her fist down and retreated behind Juugo. I cracked my neck and then I felt Sasuke coming.

"He's coming," I told them.

We looked in the direction that he was coming from and saw him appear in the distance. He looked pissed and heartbroken but he deserved it. He glanced at us then looked at me with pained eyes but it wasn't my problem right now.

"Let's go," He ordered.

We were walking for hours until Sasuke ordered us to split up in search for Itachi.

"Contact me if you see Itachi," Sasuke said.

I went off on my own in search for Itachi but I knew that all I had to do was just call his name and he'd come.

"Itachi," I said.

He appeared behind me.

"You lied to me. You said that I wouldn't see you again." I pouted.

He just smiled.

"Do you really have to die?" I asked facing him.

"Yes, it's going to happen anyway."

"What do you mean?"

"I have a disease that's slowly killing me Mariah. I'm almost at my limit."

"Why didn't you tell me?" I questioned.

"I didn't want you to worry,"

"You know what this'll do to me right?"

"I know but you have Sasuke."

"He'll be the only one left though that I have. Well if he forgives me but I have to forgive him first."

"You still have Konaha."

"I don't even know if I can go back. It's either I stay with Sasuke or go back to the village after the Akatsuki is gone.  I don't know who I'll chose, the guy I love or the people I care for."

"Sounds like you have a big decision."

"Yeah it is but I know that it'll be a while so I just try not to think about it."

"Mariah, I have to leave now." Itachi sadly said.

"No, I don't want you to leave." I cried realizing that I couldn't do anything to save him.

I have to; be safe and don't tell Sasuke the truth. I know it'll be hard but please he needs to think that he's a hero. Keep him save Mariah, I have faith and trust that you will keep Sasuke safe."

Then he was gone; I looked down at the going sadly and sighed. I started to walk to where I felt Sasuke's chakra. I could hear explosions from Deidara and shouting in the distance as I was nearing the battle field. I almost reached it but the way was blocked but a certain person; Madara. I sighed and prepared myself for his attacks. I felt pain on the side of my face it stung. I knew that even if I did fight back that I would get hurt even more and there was no point since he's stronger and more experienced that I am.

The last time I fought back he almost killed me so there's no point. He threw a kunai into my stomach and slashed me with it and broke my wrist. He kicked my stomach which made me fly into trees breaking them in the process. When I started to slow down I hit the last tree and slid down it. When I hit the ground my body went limp.

I felt pain go throughout my back and felt the blood seeping from my wounds slowly going down my skin and onto the ground. I heard footsteps coming towards me which I assumed were Madara's. He knelt down and picked me up like I was a dead deer and held me to his side then started to run. As we got closer the explosions got louder and louder. Madara started to drain my chakra somehow probably so I couldn't fight back. We finally reached the battle field and I could feel both of their chakras getting low. I felt Madara stop on a branch and set me down sitting up.

"Oh senpai!" 'Tobi' shouted.

"What is it now Tobi!" Deidara shouted annoyed.

"Look who I found!" He said pointing to me.

Both Sasuke and Deidara looked over and saw me.

"Oh for once you did something useful Tobi. Now I can kill that bitch for disrespecting me. The Akatsuki won't care if I do, we're all sick of her anyway." He said.

He came flying at me readying his bombs. As he shot them towards me I painfully got up and dodged them.  I got out my clay and started to make my own bombs. When they were finished I set them out in all directions so they could surround him. He shot more at me so I had to use my shield but got burnt. I was in pain and could hardly move. My birds came and surrounded Deidara and exploded but he managed to escape.

"Shit, my chakra is low." I cursed.

"Ha you're so weak Mariah, what happened?" Deidara mocked.

I had no choice but to use the curse mark. I activated it and felt my body starting to change and my wings started to grow. I flew towards him and activated my Sharingan which made him flinch. As I neared him one of his creatures got too close and exploded which sent me flying.

"Damn it." I shouted weakly.

"Now prepare to die Mariah, it's been nice training you." He said as he sent a whole thing of explosions towards me.

I closed my eyes bracing myself for the explosion. I heard the explosion but I didn't feel it, I opened my eyes and saw that Sasuke was holding me. He gently set me down on the ground as my curse mark receded.

"Damn it, no she was supposed to die!" Deidara shouted.

I was in a lot of pain so now I couldn't move. I was out of chakra, my blood is running low so I was very dizzy and Deidara just revealed that I was in Akatsuki. I looked up at where Madara was and saw that he was amused by just looking into his eye.

"Fine, if I can't kill her without you interfering. Then I'll kill both of you!"

He started to eat the clay and my eyes widened.

"S-Sasuke, we have t-to get out of h-here." I warned.

"THIS IS MY MOST POWERFUL ATTACK...YOU'RE DEAD! TOBI! GET OUT OF HERE!" Deidara shouted.

Madara started to retreat back into the forest. Deidara started to spit out the clay that he was eating and made a VERY giant Deidara. Sasuke carefully picked me up and started to run away.

"Now you're running away? You really think that you can get away from my C4 Garuda?!"

It started to get bigger and bigger but disintegrated. This attack wasn't meant to explode though but to.....

"SUBLIMATE!" Deidara shouted.

"Shit," Sasuke cursed.

Then we started to disintegrate.

"Can't...be..."

"MY MASTER PIECE!" Deidara laughed.

Then finally we were out of the genjutsu and Sasuke started to explain what really happened and stuff while I was on the ground.

"I missed your heart on purpose. Now, tell me where Itachi is!" Sasuke ordered.

"Know why...I said....I needed to thank Itachi?" Deidara started.

He then raised from inside of the bird and saw that Sasuke had hold of a clone.

"I've see that genjutsu before......and this time I saw right through it. You're the same as Itachi.....but I don't fall for the same trick twice! THIS IS THE TRUE FINALE! PREPARE TO EAT C4!" Deidara shouted.

He spit out another of himself.

"Looks like you're the one who's low on chakra. You don't even have any left to free yourself, do ya?!"

He tried to capture Sasuke but he escaped.

"You're still too far away for your Chidori shots to hit! You're finished!"

There was an explosion and Deidara landed in the spot near me.

"My art wins!" He laughed like a crazy person.

Then Sasuke came behind him and punched him in the face.

"H-how? How did he survive the C4?" Deidara asked baffled. "You...you couldn't have....you figured it out?"

"Yeah, awhile ago." Sasuke said.

(AND BLAH BLAH BLAH THEY TALK AND I DON'T WANT TO BORE YOU ANY FUTHER)

"Where is Itachi?" Sasuke questioned.

Deidara shot clay snakes at Sasuke but he sent electricity through his body which got to the snakes making Deidara to detach them.

"Heh....aren't you at your limit as well? At last you're out of chakra. Even if I'm unable to move, my bombs can for me...Considering the situation at hand...you could show some fear, don't you think? You act just like Mariah, no emotion what so ever when fighting. I hate people like that. This time my art will win, and you'll die. Same with you Mariah."

He started to laugh.

"THAT REALLY PISSED ME OFF! IT'S EXACTLY LIKE YOUR BROTHER AND MARIAH! STOP ACTING SO DAMN COOL!! THOSE EYES! THOSE DAMNED EYES MAKE ME GO MAD! I CAN'T STAND THEM ANYMORE, ALWAYS LOOKING DOWN AT MY ART!! THOSE EYES THAT SEE MY ART, WITHOUT SHOWING ANY AMAZEMENT... I CAN'T STAND THEM, CRITICIZING MY ART!" Deidara shouted in anger.

"I don't give a damn about all of this. Just tell me where Itachi is!" Sasuke demanded.

"You're not using the Sharingan anymore? You keep underestimating me...." He said as he took off his shirt.

My eyes widened as I saw another mouth on his chest. Ew.... He got a huge clump of clay which he put into the mouth on his chest.

"This is my ultimate art! I'm going to blow myself up! Death will make me a piece of art! An unbelievable explosion, that make indelible scars on earth..and finally....MY ART WILL HAVE THE PRAISES IT DESERVES! Tobi forgive me..And you, will certainly die!!!

The explosion wave will cover a radius of 10km! Don't you think you'll escape this! If you really want to know where Itachi is.....then asked Mariah....they were always so close....he comes to her whenever she just says his name...NOW BE FRIGHTENED!! ADMIRE! DESPAIR! AND SHOUT! BECAUSE MY ART!!! IS A BANG!!"

"Fuck...it's too late!" I thought shutting my eyes.

(Akatsuki POV)

"Deidara died. He finally went out with a bang." Zetsu announced.

"Ah we lost another member...think he was quite strong.." Kisame commented. "So, which did he lose to? Sasuke or Kyuubi's Jinchuuriki?"

"Sasuke, but...Sasuke died too." Zetsu said.

"Killed himself along with Sasuke," Kisame said.

"Be grateful of him Itachi. Deidara gave his life to eliminate trouble." Pein said to Itachi noticing his change of mood.

"Hmmm we're forgetting something."

"Tobi probably died. Deidara exploded with Tobi nearby."

"Ah ya it was Tobi...But he was good at running and he couldn't get away in time...Must've been a big jutsu..."

"It's fine...a man of that level is easy to acquire. Deidara was special though..." Pein sighed.

"The ability to turn a gloom organization cheerful, Tobi was a skilled man at that...As was Mariah...what happened to her?" Kisame asked.

"She's dead too, she was also caught in the explosion because she was unable to move. Her chakra was low and Deidara tried to kill her before so she was too injured to even move out of the way." Zetsu told them.

"Awe to bad, I'll miss her."

"I'm going...At least mourn for Deidara and Mariah quietly." Pein said as he disappeared.

(Suigetsu's POV)

Suddenly as I opened my scroll Manda appeared.

"Th....this is Orochimaru's summon Manda...Even Orochimaru had a hard time with this guy, yet how did he...." I started to say.

I looked into Manda's eyes and saw the Sharingan symbol.

"Oh genjutsu," I thought.

I then saw Sasuke step from behind Manda with Mariah-chan in his arms. He fell and dropped her and I ran to them.

"What? You're all torn up, who did you fight?" I questioned kneeling before them.

"I...you used...me...you brat...those eyes..." Manda said.

Sasuke looked up at him.

"You..How dare you.." Manda breathed but then died.

"Ah he died. Manda is that Orochimaru's first pet. Animals should be treated nicer...you forcefully used genjutsu on him." I said.

"It was a last minute thing..I didn't have time." Sasuke replied.

"Found you!" I heard someone yell from behind us.

I looked over my shoulder and saw Karin and Juugo.

"So you're here. Suddenly your chakra vanished so I was wondering...you were flying!" Karin said.

"You guys went inside Manda and used a jutsu to fly into a different space...But why are you so torn up?" I said.

"Right before I flew Manda and I received the hit. My opponent was an Akatsuki. He was stronger than I thought..." He replied.

"Anyway you should rest for a bit.. What happened to Mariah-chan?" I asked.

"I don't know, she was being carried by an Akatsuki member like that. Tie her up before she wakes up I have some questions for her." He said coldly.

"Weakling!! You're even the man that beat Orochimaru!" Karin shouted.

"Orochimaru was already weak. That's all there is to the story."

We got Sasuke and Mariah-chan to a hotel. Sasuke was now laying in a bed and Mariah-chan was now tied up against a wall.

"Did anyone get any leads on Itachi?" Sasuke asked.

"You're in no condition to even be thinking about that!" Karin scolded.

"I heard plenty about the Akatsuki as a whole, but nothing specific on Uchiha Itachi. They're after specific people, people with special kinds of chakra." I said.

"Special kinds?" Sasuke questioned.

"From what the animals tell me, Akatsuki have several bases they operate out of. They say that they feel strange unpleasant chakra radiating from those places." Juugo said.

"Haha never woulda guessed a bunch of stupid animals could sense chakra. Then again, stupid animal describes Karin pretty well, so I guess it makes sense." I said which earned me a kick to the head.

"I am fed up with your shit talking!" Karin shouted while beating me.

"Kill....i wanna kill..someone..anyone." Juugo said as his curse mark started to spread over his body.

Karin and I held him down.

"Shit, Juugo's freaking out again! Hurry up Sasuke!" I said.

"Juugo settle down," Sasuke commanded.

He then started to calm down.

"S..sorry.." Juugo apologized.

Then we looked up at Mariah to see that she was now awake.

"Why the hell am I tied up?!" She asked.

"You're finally awake." Sasuke said.

"Yeah I'm fucking awake now why the hell am I tied up?"

She was pissed.

"Because I have some questions for you Mariah Kira."

"What do you want to know that you had to tie me up for!?"

"Where is Itachi?"

"How am I supposed to know?! I was with you!"

"Not the whole time, you went your own way then came back being carried by that Tobi guy. You were beaten and bruised. They knew you from somewhere and Deidara wanted to kill you for disrespecting him. Then before he died he said to ask you for the whereabouts of Itachi because you two were so close."
