"Who are you anyway?" I heard Kurayami ask.

"Her friend," Tadashi answered.

"She's never spoken of you,"

"I know, because I told her not to."

"Why?"

"Because I knew that you would bother her about it."

"Where did you even meet her?! I don't trust you!"

"Where did you two even meet?"

"I think that she should answer that herself."

My eyes then fluttered open and looked around the white room. I saw Kurayami glaring at Tadashi who was on the right of me sending a glare back at her. I noticed that I was in the hospital taking notice that it was sunset.

"Guys, stop fighting," I croaked out.

"Mariah!" They shouted in relief.

Tadashi then pulled me into a hug.

"You've been unconscious for a while." He said.

"How long?"

"Four days,"

"What's my damage?"

"Blood loss, that cut on your side, the gashes, and loss of chakra."

"Typical,"

"Mariah, who is this?!" Kurayami demanded looking at Tadashi.

I looked from her to Tadashi worriedly.

"Um.....well...he's........uh......well do you remember that demon from a few months ago?"

"Yeeeeaaaaahhhhh.........no.......Mariah you didn't? Please don't tell me................"

"It's him Kurayami,"

"How did he even get here?!"

"He came back soon after we arrived here."

"And he magically got a body?!"

"Suki made him a body,"

"Why?! Why would you even agree to that?!"

"He's changed,"

"HE'S USING YOU! HE HASN'T CHANGED!"

"I didn't trust him either at first,"

"So in just two weeks he gained your trust?!"

"No, in my mind where I was training it was two months so in that time I got to know him better and then I started to trust him."

"Mariah remember all the stuff he did to you? He tried to take over your body! How could you be so stupid? I thought that you out of all people wouldn't trust him."

"He's been helping me train and get stronger. He doesn't want to take over my body anymore plus, he has his own now. He was a bad person back then because he didn't have his human characteristics but now he does and he knows what he did was wrong. Why can't you give him a chance? Everyone deserves a second chance Kurayami. You got a second chance at being a ninja."

"Humph, I still don't trust him." She pouted.

She then trotted out the door leaving Tadashi and I alone.

"How can you understand her?" I questioned.

"Well I've been with you for your whole life so I learned her language as well as all the other animals." He answered.

"So has it been like this since I was out?"

"Pretty much,; I'm surprised that she didn't attempted to kill me yet."

"Me too, that's what I've been afraid of."

"Awe Mariah-chan cares about little ol' me? I'm touched."

"Shut up dummy,"

"Nah I'm good."

"Is the village okay?"

"Yeah, they fixed everything."

"That's good..........any updates on the war?"

"Not yet.......but I can sense that something is going to happen."

"Can't you tell the future?"

"Sorta.............but ever since I got this new body everything has been fuzzy. I can see Madara with something tied up then a person chained to a huge statue but it's very vague."

"Well let me know if you can see it clearly. Something is telling me that that vision is important."

"Me too.........I hope that we can figure out what it is before it's too late."

"Yeah...................Hey do you know when I can get out of here? Hospitals freak me out."

"I already know that they freak.........you.......out......."

I raised my eyebrow at him.....I then followed his gaze towards my arm to see...I was about to scream but Tadashi covered my mouth with his hand.

"Please don't scream." He pleaded.

I started to shake violently.....the images were all coming back....My eyes were wide with shock as I started to whimper...

"It's going to be okay Mariah.....I'm here.....don't freak out....."

"B-b-bu-but th-th-th-th-the..."

"I know I know.....Don't worry that's the only one. I made sure that they didn't insert anymore."

"C-c-can y-you t-t-ta-take it o-out?"

"I'll go get a doctor,"

He then walked out as I stared at the needle in my arm. Tadashi then came back with a doctor who started to take out the needle. I looked away as he pulled it out carefully.  I winced when it was finally out and I finally released my held breath.

"Oh thank God!!!" I breathed in relief.

"I'm sorry, I totally forgot about that."

"Never.....take.....me.....here......again...."

He then awkwardly rubbed the back of his neck and laughed.

"It's not funny,"

"I know but in my eyes it is." He said flicking his dark black hair out of his dark eyes only to fall back into them.

"Your hair is in your eyes,"

"Yeah it does that, I don't mind."

"It'll get in the way when fighting."

"Not really,"

"Whatever you say...............wait a minute.............."

"What?"

"You never told me why you want Sasuke dead. I trust you now and that was the deal."

"Damn....I thought you'd forget about that..." He muttered.

"Well I didn't.....now spill..."

"Nah, how about when the time is right."

"I hate you."

"Nah we all know that you love me."

"Nu uh,"

"And I know the reason why you commented about my hair being in my eyes."

"And why did I point that out?"

"Because you wanted to get a better look at my eyes of course. You want to get lost in them."

"Don't flatter yourself." I scoffed.

"Don't have to."

I got out of the bed and found my clothes laying on the chair. I walked over to them then turned to Tadashi motioning him to turn around.

"Oh please....I've seen your body thousands of times...I don't think It'll make a difference."

"Too bad, no one gets to see my body except me."

"I wonder what Uchiha would say about that."

"What.....did you just say?!"

"Sorry, I just remembered that you never slept with him."

"Of course I didn't dumbass. I'm not like the sluts out there who will give their body to just anyone. Plus Sasuke probably respects me which is why he hasn't slept with me. We've also been pretty busy doing Madara's dirty work."

"Keep telling yourself that honey." Tadashi sighed turning around.

As I changed I couldn't help but think.

"Why hasn't Sasuke tried anything? It's not like I want him to but....he hasn't tried a thing......all we've done was make out and that's it.......his revenge has been getting in the way of our relationship.....what was Tadashi thinking when he asked that.....maybe I can find out..." I thought.

"Man why won't she let me watch? Damn girl....she's probably wondering why Sasuke hasn't tried anything on her.....It's simple really.....a  guy sleeps with a girl when they love her or want her just for sex......Sasuke just doesn't love her that much.....He wants revenge more than her....She just hasn't realized it yet...Oh shit! What if she's reading my mind!! Nah she hasn't read someone's mind in a LONG time...." Tadashi thought.

"Is...that...really....true?" I wondered.

I finally I was done changing so I walked past Tadashi heading for the door. He followed me out the door and we walked in silence. When I walked out of the hospital the villagers noticed and cheered for me. I gave Tadashi a questioning look and he shrugged in response.

"Thank you for saving us from that wretched demon young girl. We are indebted to you and your friends." A villager said.

Everyone shouted thank yous as I walked past them all. Finally we reached Suki's home.

"Mariah, you're finally awake?" Kiyo said.

"Yeah.........So how's the village?"

"Back to normal thanks to you; how are your injuries?"

"Better, stings from time to time."

"That's good to hear."

I went up to the bathroom to clean my wounds myself. The bite on my side looked pretty weird and didn't hurt as much but I can already tell it's going to leave a scar; same with the gashes. My face hurt the most. I looked in the mirror seeing a claw mark going from my cheek down to my chin.

"That's going to leave a mark." I sighed.

(Madara's POV)

"So you've found Mariah correct?" I asked.

"Yes," Zetsu answered.

"Are you sure that she's in the demon country?"

"Yeah,"

"Well then.......I guess we should pay her a little......visit."

(Mariah's POV)

Tadashi and I stayed down stairs with Kiyo and his family mostly just talking.

"So what happened while I was out?"

"We've repaired the damage and made the seals stronger and higher so that the children won't be able to peel them off like last time.

"That's good to hear. Do you know where Kurayami is?"

"She came in a while ago. She's upstairs; she looked pretty upset to me. Did something happen?" Kiara asked.

"Yeah......she just doesn't like Tadashi....that's all."

"Oh.....I hope you patch things up with her...I can tell that you both have a strong relationship."

"Yeah."

I got up from the table and headed upstairs with Tadashi following. Once I reached my room and stepped in and scanned the room for Kurayami. Panic rushed through me when I didn't see her in the room or even feel her in the village.

"Where is she?" I asked concerned.

"She couldn't have left the village." Tadashi said.

I searched around the village calling out her name but it was no use.....she was gone. When I went back into the house with a worried look on my face I faced Tadashi who didn't have a very happy look on his face. He looked at me with concern.

"I know where she is," He said.

"WHERE?!"

"She's.........................."

Haha cliff hanger!!! I know that you all hate them myself included but i just had too ^^ So i want your opinions on Tadashi
