Late at night the girls were in Central Park at a camp site as a fire burned from the campsite, Emma sat close to the fire roasting a marshmallow.

"So remind what this is again?" Chaos looked at the marshmallow in her hand, examining it.

Emma couldn't help but laugh "It's called camping, my family and I do it all the time we just sit back relax and enjoy nature." She gestured to the trees as leaves blow in the air

"Whatever." Chaos rolled her eyes "The only reason I thought about coming was to get away from baldy."

Out of nowhere the fire goes out

"Ahhhhhh!!"

"Calm down you big baby I'll just light it again!"

Chaos shoots a fire at the wood as soon as the fire comes back Foot recruit stands in front of the fire with a angry look.

Spooked Emma jumps on top of Chaos head like a cat who very annoyed pushes her off to the ground.

"What are you two doing?!" Foot Recruit demands

"Uh clearly outside genius!" Chaos looks at her annoyed

"You two are too young to be in this park after dark, as your secondary caretaker it is my job to prepare you to become a warrior for the foot clan, this place is dangerous. And I Forbidden You To Be Here!!!" Foot Recruit towered over them.

"You shut yo face!!" Chaos points a finger on her forehead looking mad "We ain't scared right?!" She elbows Emma in the arm

"Y-Yeah we're not s-scared." Emma looks around afraid.

"Oh." Foot Recruit raises an eyebrow "Then why don't I tell you story of someone else who wasn't scared." She sits on the stump with an evil scary smile as the fire burned in front of her.

Years ago on a night like this

In the woods just like this

"Ugh get on with it!" Chaos rolls her eyes interrupting, Foot Recruit shoots her a glare.

There was a boy who loved to harass and torment people

"Just like you." Foot recruit points to Chaos who crosses her arms not looking phased

"Oh come on who doesn't like a good wedgie?" Chaos smugs, scared Emma slide to the other side of the stump

One night the boy decided to torment his peers by dressing up like a clown. He traveled deep into the woods but he had gotten lost.

The boy now dressed in a clown suit walks around the dark woods looking for kids to prank, he laughs mischievously with a water balloon in his hand

He was so frightened by the mysteriously ways of the woods he became scared

The boy sees scary looking shadows in the trees and hears scary noises, he drops the balloon as he starts to run away screaming while he panicked

Scared to the point of insanity!!

The boy eyes turned into red swirls as starts to laugh like a maniac wildly.

"the point of insanity? Emma tilts her head confused, never hearing the word before

"He got scared crazy." Chaos explains looking bored and uninterested in the scary story

"Oooh." Emma understood

"He become so insane that he was a danger to society so he decided to live in an old fun house but every so often he comes out looking for brave children so he can SCARE THEM CRAZY TOO!!" Foot Recurit towers over them with a scary face.

"Ahhhhhhh A Psycho Clown!!!!" Emma of course freaks out.

"That's the lamest story of ever heard!" Chaos crossed her arms not looking scared

"Oh then let's see what the Sensei have to say." Foot Recruit pulls a stone calling them

"What is it Recruit?" Foot Lieutenant answered

"Sensei Chaos is in Central Park and she's not listening to me!!" Foot Recruit whines

"Watch this." Chaos smirks at Emma as she takes the stone and makes a cute pouty face "Master she won't let me have fun with fire so I can learn to destroy my enemies!" She ends with big eyes and a lip pout quiver.

"Aww poor baby, Recruit leave her and her companion alone you will return back to base and that's an order!" Foot Lieutenant orders

Foot Recruit grids her teeth but then sighs "Yes Sensei." She ends the call looking at Chaos who has a big o'l smirk on her face.

"Bye Bye!" Chaos jokingly waves, Foot Recruit huffs as she stomps away mumbling

"Did she really that lame story would work? Scared Crazy that's stupidest thing I've ever heard." Chaos laughs as she walks to the tent.

"Yeah ha stupid." Emma laughs lightly but still scared while the wind blows.

Emma shakes in fear in her sleep bag as Chaos snores in her sleep, she stays awake wide eyed looking at the reflection of the trees that morphs into sharp claws.

She could of sore she her a crazy clown laugh

Out of nowhere she hears a twig snap

"Ahhhhhhh!!!!" Emma waves her arms around screaming waking Chaos up

Chaos covers her mouth with her hand "Hey shut ya face I'm trying to sleep."

"The psycho clown is after we gotta get out of here before he finds us and scares us crazy!" Emma pulls on her lower eyelids freaking out.

"Calm down you big wimp there's no psycho clown." Chaos rolls her eyes "She just made that story up to try to mess with us."

"So you've never been scared?" Emma asked

Chaos raised her eyebrow hearing the word for the first time

"Ya know scared when it feels like there's something running around in your gut hole." Emma stretches out her stomach.

A tiny mini Emma runs around in a circle in what looks to be a stomach screaming her tiny head off

"Nah nothing scares me ever!" Chaos puffs her chest in confidence, they suddenly hear a scream from outside.

"What heck was that?" Emma looks at the tent doorway as her eye twitches Chaos opens up the tent about to step outside until Emma stops her "Chaos No Mikey always says the one who looks for scary noises in scary movie are the first ones to get eaten!"

"Get off me!" Chaos shoves her down walking out

Emma is tempted but finally works up the courage to follow her. The two girls look deep in the dark woods

"See and you were scream over nothing!" Chaos smirks

Suddenly a little boy comes running out of the woods "Help me Help me please!" Holding onto Chaos shirt.

"Get off me kid!" Chaos shoves him off of her

"Please he's coming!"

"W-Who's coming?" Emma asked scared

"It's I-It's." Before he could finish a clown arm stretch's out grabbing the boy pulling him back "Help me!!!"

Emma's eye twitches as she gets a terrified look on her face. "The Psycho Clown is among us RUN AWAY!!!!" Emma tries to run out of the park but Chaos grabs of her onesie.

"Would you chill?" Chaos rolls her eyes as her scared halfa continues to run in place. 

"My life has been short I never got to tell April how much I love her, I've never got to eat in a pie contest, and I never got to tell Leo that it was me who dropped his toothbrush in the toilet!" Emma rabbles  on

Chaos takes her mouth and like a jacket zips her mouth shut

"Relax your scared about nothing look why don't we just go back in the tent and" Chaos looks up before her face turns white, the tent had been slashed with five wolf claw like marks

"Hmm?" Emma tilts her head confused with her mouth still zipped, she does an exorcist turn looking at the tent. She does a muffled scream and turns back to her "hOw dO YoU EXplAIn THAT?!" She said muffled.

"I-I don't know but what I do know is this is stupid there's no psycho clown and I'm gonna prove it." Chaos puts her hands on her hips looking Emma determined.

Emma shakes her head, she pinched her nose puffing her cheeks out bubbles coming out of her ears combining into one big bubble. Emma crosses her arms and legs in protest in the bubble.

Chaos makes a sour face as she takes a sharp pin and pops the bubble, she grabs her hand and drags her into the woods.

The girls walk deep into the woods as they walked Chaos looks behind to see Emma wiggling like jello with each step she took.

"What is wrong with you, stop walking stupid!" Chaos crosses her arms

"I'm not walking stupid I'm going though the first stages of a scaredy-pants freak out." Emma's leg still wiggles even after stopping

"First you get of the creeps!" Emma demonstrates by wiggling her body like jello."

"Then it turns into the willlies!" Emma bits her lip with her eyes crossed as her heart beats out of her chest.

"Next thing ya know you've got the heebie-jeebies!!" Her body goes white as her hair goes out like she's been scared to death falling straight to the ground.

"Yeah well that's not gonna happen to me." Chaos points to her chest. "I ain't afraid of nothing."

The girls continue to walk until they see lights, it was bright and music with games.

It was a carnival in town.

"Look there's a carnival why don't we go and get your mind off of this whole thing?"

Emma was tempted at first but nods her head as they make their way down

Surprisingly the girls were having a good time

Normally Chaos would get annoyed with Emma or Emma would try her best to prevent Chaos from doing anything bad but they had a great time

almost like they were bonding.

"Did you see that guy puke that was disgusting!" Chaos laughed as the girls were getting off a roller coaster.

"Haha yeah he was all like 'Oh I don't feel to good.'" Emma mimicked the guy, pretending to throw up making Chaos laugh hysterically.

"Hey ya wanna take a picture?" Emma asked holding her camera.

"Sure." Chaos smugs as the girls take a picture.

Emma looks at the picture and out of nowhere screams in fear falling to the ground curled up in a ball shaking.

"What's wrong with you now?" Chaos rolled eyes picking the phone, looking at the picture.

Behind the girls in the picture was a tall man in a scary clown suit with yellow eyes and sharp teeth holding a little girl in his arms as it looked like she screaming.

"Hey wait a minute." Chaos looks at the clown carefully.

"This jerk ruined our picture!" Chaos growls holding up the camera.

"Chaos don't you know who that is?" Emma looked at her in fear.

"Yeah I know who is the guy who's gonna need my foot surgically removed from his face!!" Chaos grabs Emma's hand and drags her towards the funhouse.

The girls make it to a large fun house with the entrance being a large clown mouth.

"Come on Emma." Chaos gestures starting to walk inside but turns to see Emma twiddling her thumbs looking away "Emma come on!"

"I can't I'm ... I'm scared." Emma blushes from embarrassment

Chaos sighs deeply

"Look we need to find this guy so if you want you .... you can .... hold .... my hand." Chaos looks away facepalming, stretching her hand.

Emma looks at her shocked "R-Really?"

"Just hurry up before I change my mind!!" Chaos blushes as she grumps.

Emma does a weak smile and grabs her hand as they go in

The girls go into the abandoned fun house as they looked at the different mirrors their face looking funny.

Emma passes a mirror but she sees a clown copying her walking, she walks back to it to make sure she wasn't seeing things.

"Emma!" Chaos calls out "Move your butt!" Emma looks again but comes back to Chaos's side.

"Alright you go this way and I'll go this way." Chaos points to opposite directions "We'll cover more ground." Chaos starts to walk but Emma grabs her hand.

"Chaos no! Rule number two of horror movie: Never separate especially in a scary place like this where there's psycho clowns!" Emma's looked scared

"For the last time there are no psycho clowns!" Chaos gets aggravated "Even if there was they ain't scaring me, besides we saw that boy I'm sure he's behind it."

Emma looks at her side "So just go already!" Chaos shoves her to her side as she walks away. Emma shallows the lump in her throat and starts to walk down the scary hall of mirrors. Emma tip toes looking around scared

Suddenly a crazy laugh rings in her ear, Emma takes big breath in and out her eyes started to drift apart "No! No no no we're not gonna to be scared we're ok." Emma continues to walk as she hears footsteps behind, she starts to walk faster but the footsteps speed up.

Emma starts to run as the foot steps also ran. Emma turns the corner as her heart beats loudly out of her chest, she pulls her heart back into her chest.

She looks back behind the corner to see no one there, Emma sighs in relief she turns but her button nose was meet with a giant red clown nose

Emma looks up to see a six foot tall man in a old raggedy kid clown suit that looked to be three sizes too big, he had long brown Scraggly hair covering his dirty face.

"Clo- Clo-" Emma stammers as she back away her eyes popping out her head

"Cloud? Clock? Close?" The man smirks with a crazy look in his eye as steps towards her "No wait! Don't tell me! I think the word you were gonna is."

"CLOWN!!!!!!!" Emma bolts running as fast as she could

"That's word!" The man chuckled before running after her.

Chaos walks down the long maze as the lights flickered on and off, Chaos looks around hearing a snap she quickly turns around ready to blast anyone but she didn't see anyone. Chaos starts to look around nervously.

She squints an eye seeing a little boy with his back turned swaying back and forth slowly, she saw it was the boy from earlier.

He was laughing quietly

"You!!!" Chaos eyes glowed angrily as she marched towards him "You're behind this aren't you! Ya got five second to explain yourself cause I've got a wedgie with your name on it!!!"

She turns him around and lifts him up by his shirt, but she saw made her stomach drop.

The boy's eyes were pure eye with his mouth was cracked into a big creepy smile on his face "What the" Chaos admittedly dropped him.

He was laughing uncontrollably as he starts walking forward towards her

"Hey stay back kid I-I'm worrying you." Chaos puts her fist out ready to punch him, she hears walking and laughing as she turns to see other kids coming towards her with same expression as the boy.

Chaos started to sweat she could feel her heart knees shaking "S-Stay back! Back!" She walks backwards as the kids reach out for her.

She turns and bolts down the hall, reflections of kids who look like their trapped bang on the glasses of the mirrors while hysterically laughing. Chaos finally makes it around the corner.

She takes big deep breathes "W-What is this!" She looks at her chest, the imprinted her heart beating in and out.

That's when she remembered

"First you get of the creeps!" Emma demonstrates by wiggling her body like jello."

Chaos looks down at her legs that were in fact wiggling like jello.

"Then it turns into the willlies!" Emma bits her lip with her eyes crossed as her heart beats out of her chest.

Chaos looks at her chest seeing her heart beating

Was this the new feeling that Emma was talking about

Was she

Scared?

"No! Being scared is for wimps I-I can't be scared." Chaos tries to ignore the feeling she's having, she hears the wailing of the kids getting closer.

She quickly starts running "Gotta find Emma and get out of here!

Emma continues to run as the clown chases her.

"Haha your good at this game!" The clown flys over her, he hangs upside down meeting his nose with her nose "But I'm better."

"Uh Uh l-look a ballon animal!" Emma points at a random object.

"Ya really think I'm stupid enough to believe that?" The clown raises an eyebrow.

Emma sighs in defeat "You're right it's just a rock."

"Where?!" The clown turns around now interested

Emma quickly teleports away she reappears in another side of the funhouse, she takes a deep breath trying to calm down but she suddenly hears moaning. Emma backs up but her back hits a mirror.

"Ahhhhhh!!! Back up I'm crazy! I know ninjitsu!!" Emma swings her arms around making karate noises while doing a kick

Chaos walks around the corner, she groans rolling her eyes seeing Emma making a complete idiot of herself

Emma continues to make karate noises doing a crane kick she finish by turning around kicking her foot mid air

Not realizing she just kicked Chaos in the eye

"Ow!!" Chaos holds her eye in pain "What The-?!?"

Emma screams

Than Chaos screams

Than Emma screams again

..........

And ....... Chaos Screams again

"Emma! Emma! It's me!" Chaos slaps her in the face.

"Ow! Chaos that really hurt." Emma pouts rubbing her swollen cheek

"Yeah like when you kicked me in the face!" Chaos points to her bruised eye.

"Sorry." Emma blushes smiling sheepishly "Wait what are you doing here?"

"Trying to find your scaredy butt!" Chaos snarls

"Chaos we gotta get out of here that psycho clown is here and he's gonna scare us crazy." Emma starts to turn white while her hair starts to fizz out

"No!" Chaos grabs her shoulders slightly shaking her "You're not going into the last stage and we are not gonna get scared crazy!"

"B-But Chaos aren't you scared." Emma asked

"I ain't scared of nothing." Chaos looks around the room with caution "Now come let's get out this not so creepy funhouse." She grabs Emma and drags her

But suddenly the laughing zombie kids march into the room.

Chaos and Emma gasps as they back away

The vent and the roof drops and the clown drops down "New Friends." He smiles his yellow teeth at them.

"PYSCHO CLOWN!!!!!!!!!!!" The girls scream together as they huddle together in the corner.

"Chaos I thought you weren't scared of anything." Emma asked shaking like a leaf.

"I'm Scared Of Everything!!!!!" Chaos finally confuses

She takes a deep breath

"I'm scared of the psycho clown!"

"And the creepy laughing kids!"

"And dogs wearing human clothes!"

"And the squeaking noise when you rub two balloons together!"

"And! And!" Chaos stomach turns

A tiny Chaos cowards in the corner of her stomach hugging her knees, rocking back and forth,

"Pickles!"

"And Ferrets!"

"And Sporks!"

"And Spiders!"

"And Everything!"

"I-I I just didn't want anybody to know!" Chaos breaks down letting the new feeling take over

Emma looked at her in surprise

Chaos only knew one emotion

Anger

Fury

Rage

But now she was allowing a new emotion

Fear.

Emma did something that she never thought she would do. She wraps her arms around her in a hug "Chaos it's ok to be scared everyone gets scared."

Chaos slows her breathing and calms down

What the girls didn't realize is that a strange rose glow coming from the middle of them.

"Hey what's happening?" The clown shields his eyes from the light. The clown screams as the light flashes him away.

The girls break the hug and sees that the clown is gone "Huh?"

Different balls of light fly around the room as a light goes into a little girls mouth and her eyes return back to normal "I'm free!"

The lights go back directly to their bodies.

"Yay!"

"It's over!"

"He's gone!"

"Woooo!"

Emma and Chaos look at each other as all the kids run out the abounded funhouse with joy into the rising sunrise.

"Huh Looks like you Conquered your fear." Emma turns to Chaos

"Of?" Chaos raises an eyebrow

"Embracing your emotions." Emma gives her a smile.

Chaos looks in surprise but turns with a huff "Y-Yeah well .... this is the last time I go camping with you." Chaos walks away leaving Emma to stay alone by herself

Chaos walks, she turns to make sure no one was around and pulls out her photo. Looking at the photo she took of her and Emma smiling

She couldn't help but feel a warm sensation in her chest.
