I woke up with the ground rumbling and bumping. I roared in pain as a humongous bump sent me flying, only to hit the wooden ceiling of the- Wait. I'm in a cage!? Everything came flowing back to me. I thought about the events causing my shoulder to- OUCH! Will this truck stop bumping every time!? Oh, here's what happened.. I connected all the events in my head. The black stick, the big bang, the flash, the pain, all of it! Those humans are going to pay! Before I knew it, the truck whispered to a stop. I looked at the small tin shed and everything surrounding. Wait... I'M NOT IN MY HOME! THEY TOOK ME COMPLETELY AWAY FROM MY HOME!!! I was speechless. Then, all of a sudden, I had an idea. The air filled with my wild roars and the bars of the cage containing me shook and trembled. There, that should get them. Sure enough, the humans rushed over and screamed at me. I did what you would call a smirk and made it even louder. The bars started to become dented. Meanwhile, my shoulder wasn't doing too good. It was screaming with pain, which added rage to my voice. One of them whipped out the pole thingy and swung open the cage door violently. Uh oh, I knew what was coming next. The sharp metal fiber loop found its way around my neck and closed. It dragged me out, almost choking me. I stayed quiet. Once they got me on the ground though, I was a whole new creature! I roared and writhed, sending the humans into a fury. Then, I did something that sent them into a pure white rage. One came near me, and I slashed the arm open. Oh, how good it is to hand out some karma. The man screamed and wrenched his arm back. Blood sprayed everywhere, and I could clearly see the bone. That was my mistake. I felt sharp pains all over my body, and looked over to see humans throwing huge stones at me. One really fat one  (Hee hee!) pulled out a huge line thing and raised it over his head. He brought it down on my neck, and a white hot pain flared up. I screamed and just shut up. For the rest of the ordeal, I was quiet and obedient. The shoving through the door, the walking through the tunnel, even the painful bruise on my eye, I stayed quiet. Then, the dull tile hallway opened up into something... more. Hundreds of cages stretched out across the walls, each holding a saddened, imprisoned animal. Is this where I was going to be kept? Probably. A loud, dog noise echoed through the corridor. It reminded me of the tracking dogs that caught me somehow! But, it was coming from a cage. Why would these humans put their tracking dog in one of these? But, I scanned nevertheless. There! But it was not a dog. It was a wolf!! It looked weird, and I stared at it with sympathy. There was an empty cage beside it. I think that was going to be my cage...? Maybe we could be friends! The thing started growling, and elevated to snarling and lunging. Great, someone already hates me. I looked away in sadness and let a tear roll down my cheek. I was alone. I felt nothing; the cage locking, the taunting and beating, the snarls and small but painful nips from the weird wolf. I am alone.....
