"Mom, it's been one month since you've even spoken with Sarah. Don't you think it's time you at least call her?"

"Gabby, that bitch hurt my feelings! I'm not calling her! If she feels bad and wants to apologize then I will listen, but until then I'm not budging."

"Alright, well I can't force you."

"No you can't. Now will you please help me clean a little? I have grown ass kids and none of you help me around here!"

Evan and Sarah's POV.

"Evan.."

"Yeah?"

"Am I a horrible friend?"

"Why?"

"I told Jessica she was a horrible mother and now I feel terrible!" Sarah cries.

"I knew you would sooner or later."

"Kenley's my baby! I had to stand up for her!"

"Well you could've done it in a nicer way."

"I was just so angry and not really get after my own child. I screamed at poor Noah.. Oh Evan, she'll never forgive me!"

"Sar, I'm sure she will. You just need to make the first move. I know Jess, and after the way you yelled at her, she will not make the first move."

"You're right.. Maybe I'll go over there later."

Jessica's POV.

"I'll be back, mom."

"Where are you headed off to, Zaya?"

"Em and I are going to a movie."

"Why don't you invite her over for dinner tonight?"

"Are you sure?"

"Of course! She's a sweet girl and I'd like to get to know her better."

"Well great! I'll ask her. Thanks, mom."

"No problem. Where's my kiss?" Jessica puckers her lips.

Isaiah chuckles and kisses Jessica's cheek.

"Thank you! Have fun and be carful, baby!"

"I will!"

Just as Isaiah opens the front door Sarah was going to knock.

"Oh!" She slightly jumps.

"Aunt Sarah! Hey.. it's been a while."

"I know.. is your mother here?"

Isaiah gives her a strange look because from where they were standing you can clearly see Jessica.

"Yeah, she's right there.."

"Oh. Can I talk to her?"

"If you want.. I'm gonna go..
You can go in now if you want."

"Thank you.." Sarah slowly walks in a closes the door behind her.

"Hi.."

"Hi." Jessica says before turning her face to opposite direction.

"Can we talk?"

"Go ahead."

"I'm very sorry for the way I acted.."

Jessica turns to her.
"I'm listening."

"I should have calmed down a little first.. I should have gotten onto my daughter first. I'm sorry if I made you feel like a horrible mother."

"You did."

"Well I'm sorry. You're a great mother, Jess."

"I know."

"I'm sorry I was so quick to blame everyone but my own child. This is just something I never ever suspected from Kenley. I just assumed Noah forced her into something she wasn't wanting."

"Daniel and I raised him to respect a woman.. His idea or hers, Noah was wrong in doing so. We punished him, it's not like we didn't."

"I know. I'm very sorry, Jessica.. I hope you can forgive me."

Jessica takes a small pause.
"Of course I can.. Will you forgive me?"

Sarah nods her head as tears roll down her cheeks.
Jessica scoots closer and hugs her.

Just then Noah comes down, sees them and turns to go back upstairs.

"No Noah!" Sarah stops him.

"Don't go! We need to talk!"

"I don't want to hear anymore yelling."

"No, it's not that.. I'm very sorry for making it sound like this was all your fault. I know now that you and Ken are equally responsible for what happened."

"Really?"

"Yes."

"I'm sorry that it happened. I should have listened to Gabby."

"Listened to Gabby?" Jessica tilts her head.

"When she left for New York, she told me not sneak around.. I should have listened."

"Gabriella knew about you two?"

"Mhm." He nods.

"Really?
Heh! Well now I've gotta beat Her ass too!"

Jessica and Sarah spoke for a while before she left.
Once Sarah was gone Jessica went up to Gabriella's room.

"Gabriella Danielle!"

"What?!"

"How could you not tell me that your brother and Kenley were sneaking around behind our back?! You're the oldest one, you're supposed to tell me these things!"

"But mom, I-I just-I-" Gabriella stutters.

"Oh uh-uh-uh!" Jessica mocks her.

"You should've told me!" She shouts.

"I'm sorry! I didn't think he'd do this! Jesus Christ, you act like I told him to have sex! I told him NOT to!"

"The point is you should have Told me! I didn't raise you to keep secrets!"

Dinner.

"This is delicious Mr. and Mrs. Huston."

"I made it." Anastasia smiles.

"You did not!" Jessica playfully elbows her.

"Heh, thank you, Emily. It's an old family recipe." Danny smiles.

"Well it's amazing!"

Jessica smiles.
"So things are going well between you two?"

"Mom." Isaiah gets a bit embarrassed.

Emily chuckles and places her hand on his.
"Things are going great! Mostly studying is our idea of a 'Hot Date' but that's okay!" She giggles.

"I think it's great you two are so into your studies. Hard work pays off, right baby?" Jessica smiles at Danny.

"I wouldn't know, I've never been a doctor."

Jessica rolls her eyes and turns her attention back to the kids.

"Well that was fun! I really like her, Zay."

"I'm glad! I like her too." He chuckles.

"Mom, it's been a month, can I please have my phone back?" Noah interrupts.

"No." Jessica says then turns back to Isaiah.

"But. Mooom!"

"Don't whine, it's not cute!"

"This is so unfair!"

"Oh boo hoo hoo go upstairs!"

"My flight is booked for next weekend if anyone cares." Gabriella walks in.

"What?! But it's only June!" Anastasia pouts.

"I know but I have a lot to do, sweetie. I have to get back."

"Man! I have no fun when you're not here!"

"Awe, well we still have a whole week of fun!" She smiles.

"We can go all kinds of places and shout at cute boys!"

"Yay!"

Jessica gives them a look and Gabriella clears her throat.
"I-I mean, we can go to church and volunteer!"

"Oh fun!" Anastasia fakes a smile.

Jessica chuckles and rolls her eyes.

Two days later.

Noah was at school and he's noticed Kenley has been very distant all day.
Usually they try to talk between classes, but not today. Maybe she's mad at him?
Noah wanted to find her and find out what was wrong.

"Hey Ken!"

*Gasp*
"Oh Noah! Hi.." She smiles softly.

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah.. yeah, I'm fine!"

"Are you sure? You can tell me.." Noah grabs her hand and looks into her eyes.

Kenley's lip quivers and her eyes fill with tears.
"No Noah, I am not okay!"

"What's wrong?"

"I.. I haven't started my period."

Noah's eyes went wide. He felt his heart start racing.

"What? Are you sure?"

"It's pretty clear when you use the bathroom and there's no blood!"

"Well when were you supposed to get it?"

"Two days ago."

"Well that's not that bad! Maybe just wait a while before you worry."

"I'm never late, Noah! I'm so scared, what are we gonna do?"

Noah paused as so many things ran through his mind. The biggest and most terrifying thing was that his mother was going to kill him.
