Well, now that I got that out, on with this story!

(Back to the Avenger part of the story, sorry if this confuses anyone. If it does read chapter 11-Geez Whats With all These Blue Eyed Kids)

Steve Rogers POV

I swear that Tony handled that situation in the worst way possible. I mean does he want somebody yelling at him when he is having a panic attack?! At least Sam was there to diffuse the situation, or who knows what would have happened.  

When the kid finally unfurled, he looked even more regular, he fit in better  with the atheistic of Stark tower than he did with the grubby corner he was sitting in before . I mean why would a teenager in designer be doing living on the streets? I mean he could have just been taking a small breather, but there was central park just down the way if he wanted to rest. This kids is just one big 1,000 piece puzzle. One that had been frequented by a thief and had many, many, pieces missing. 

Pieces, simple as, name, date of birth, where he lived, and the daily double(I have taken to watching that show, Jeopardy, it helps catch me up with new scientific achievements, and pop culture references) why he was sent into such a panic when he was spoken to. 

I was slipping my hat back on, when I catch a bit of his mumble it sounded- if I interpreted his broken English correctly- like he was trying to apologize for the trouble. I look at him and try to look him in the eyes, so he can see that it was okay.

I shoot a much more hardened look at Tony, telling him about the kids apology. 

In a defensive sort of rebuttle, tony says, "What it's not like stealing punishable by death what did you think I was going to do to the kid?"

When he finishes that statement, Sam starts laughing his head off and I have no idea why, but after a moment Sam, deadpans and faces Tony. I do not know what I excepted him to say to Tony, but I did not except him to say, still deadpanned, "Peeta or Gale? If you answer wrong there is going to be a problem." 

Who are these people that he talks about so seriously, with consequences so high?

Tony shoots back quickly, "Peeta obviously, it compliments Katniss's personality better, just see how much they were able to accomplish together? Gale," at the mention of this strange person's name Tony scrunches his nose, "just would not be a good partner for Katniss. He is just to prideful."(Writing this I have a weird deja vu  to KOTLC's love triangle)

By the end of this statement Sam's deadpan face has faded and is clapping Tony on the shoulder. They seem so caught up in their obscure references that I do not get, that I have to clap my hands several times to get their attention. Now that they are back to the regular world of people, I ask them about a question that had been bugging me, "So, what do you think we should do with the boy, since you are such the expert on what happened, Stark." I was still kind of hurt by the assumptions that he made about the kid. The kid did nothing wrong in the slightest, in fact if anoybody did something wrong in the orginal incounter it was me.

The kid who had prevousially been sitting on the couch practically trying to make himself disappear with all the pillows he had around him, was now sitting straight up looking Tony straight in the eye, and saying, in still very  broken English that was very accented, "You Tony Stark?"

Hey peoples sorry this chapter was short but my writing time was cut short a tiny bit today, plus I like how those words sounded as an ending.
