The sky is overcast,
   And I'm sorry . . .
      One more, or one less,
         Nobody's worried.

JOURNAL ENTRY #1
      Dear Diary,
My name is Y/N L/N. I moved to the city only a week ago, and things have gone absolutely crazy.

My head has been turned into a television, I stopped stuttering, and I fell in love with a man I can never kiss.

He has a camera for a face.

But he's great! Full of attitude, but handsome both inside and out. He's shared his sacred chocolate chip cookie recipe, which he never does. Not even with his best friend Nick.

Nick started dating my bestie Tessa, and they've been the cutest couple ever. I haven't heard them fight for the entire time we've known them, even though it hasn't been very long.

Back to camera-face Cory. I only have one singular question for him. So here I go! Cory, do you love me?

"If I didn't love you, I wouldn't be here right now." The unexpected statement made me jump three feet in the air. Before me and Tessa came, Nick had some landscapers redo the roof area to give Cory a feel of the country. Uni probably wasn't very happy about it, but the environment put me at ease. I even slept in the tent once or twice!

"C-Cory! How long were you standing there for?" I ask nervously. I closed the diary and locked it as he talked.

"Not long. Just enough to see that question." He says, shrugging it off. Pink pixels litter my cheek areas.

"O-okay." I say simply, hugging the diary close to myself. Dang it! Why didn't I say something else? I shook my head, attempting to clear it. I needed peace.

"Cory? Why did you cut for me?" Silence was my reply. Then, minutes later, he spoke.

"I was afraid." Cory whispers. "Afraid I would lose you." He goes on, holding back tears. "I found you. We grew close. We had good times. Our friends got together. I didn't want to let you go, when we had only just found each other." Out of the blue, I start to laugh.

"It's kinda like a cliché romantic love story in a fanfiction, don't you think?" I tell him, giggling and bursting with joy. Gotta stay on the bright side!

Cory starts to laugh, saying, "Yeah, I guess you're right!" and adding, "What if life is just a fanfiction?" I snort at the comment.

"Oh please," I scoff, "Like that's a possibility." We continue to laugh like mad men. After a little while, we calm down.

"Hey Y/N?" He grabs my attention away from the setting sun. The sky was growing darker, and Nick and Tessa were most likely passed out on our couch with a bowl of Extra Spicy Doritos knocked into the floor.

   "Yeah?" I answer.

"I'm glad I met you." The sentence causes me to smile warmly. And if Cory had an actual face of flesh, he would have smiled back.

"I'm glad I met you too."

"I love you Y/N. Very much." I stare at him lovingly.

"I love you too Cory. So, so much."

A/N: This is the best book I've ever written, which is why I've stayed with it. I've had an account before this one, and all of the stories are pretty sucky. I'm glad this one came out as it did. What should I do next? I'm thinking an Underfell! Papyrus X Reader, but the decision is on you, my beloved readers. Peace out!
