secret

Yoongi walked into the noisy class , paper planes flying from here and there . Unnoticed by me my eyes reacted quickly , searching his face among the bunch of hooligans. I walked into my seat settling my self.

His eyes scanning the room as he made his way to his seat. That's when he saw Jimin, surrounded by their classmates, who were all chatting excitedly. Yoongi's curiosity piqued, he slowed down his pace, trying not to draw attention to himself.

As he got closer, he heard snippets of conversation. "So, Jimin, what was your favorite city in Europe?" "Did you try any new foods?" "How was the Eiffel Tower?"

Jimin laughed and smiled, looking a bit overwhelmed but happy to share his experiences. Yoongi found himself drawn to the scene, his feet seemingly rooted to the spot.

He watched as Jimin talked about his time in Europe, his eyes sparkling with enthusiasm. Yoongi couldn't help but notice the way Jimin's hair curled slightly at the nape of his neck, the way his smile lit up the room.

The classmates continued to pepper Jimin with questions, and Yoongi continued to observe, his heart beating just a little bit faster. He couldn't explain why he was so captivated by this scene, but he couldn't look away either.

As the conversation went on, Yoongi found himself inching closer, trying to hear more of Jimin's stories. He learned about Jimin's adventures in Paris, his favorite foods in Italy, and his experiences with new cultures.

The classmates started to disperse, and Yoongi realized he was now standing right behind Jimin. He quickly looked away, trying to play it cool, but he could feel Jimin's eyes on him.

Jimin turned around, a friendly smile on his face. "Hi," he said, his voice warm and inviting.

Yoongi's heart skipped a beat as he met Jimin's gaze. "H-hi," he stuttered, feeling his face heat up.

Jimin didn't seem to notice Yoongi's nervousness, though. "I'm Jimin," he said, holding out his hand.

Yoongi took it, feeling a spark of electricity as their palms touched. "I'm Yoongi," he replied, trying to sound calm.

Jimin's handshake was firm, but his smile was even warmer. Yoongi felt like he was melting under his gaze. He quickly pulled his hand back, trying to play it cool.

"So, Yoongi, what's your favorite subject?" Jimin asked, his eyes sparkling with curiosity.

Yoongi's mind went blank. He couldn't believe Jimin was talking to him like they were old friends. "Uh, math," he stuttered, trying to sound confident.

Jimin grinned. "No way! I'm terrible at math. Maybe you can help me sometime?"

Yoongi's heart skipped a beat. Was Jimin really asking for his help? And did he really want to spend more time with him?

"I-I'd be happy to help," Yoongi said, trying to sound casual.

Jimin nodded, his smile still plastered on his face. "Awesome! I'll hold you to that, Yoongi."

As they parted ways, Yoongi couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement. He couldn't believe he was actually talking to Jimin, and that Jimin seemed to be enjoying his company.

Yoongi couldn't focus in class, his mind wandering back to his conversation with Jimin. He couldn't believe how easy it was to talk to him, how natural it felt. He found himself smiling, thinking about Jimin's warm smile and sparkling eyes.

As the class ended, Yoongi gathered his belongings, trying to shake off the feeling. He couldn't let himself get too caught up in this, he reminded himself. He was still in the closet, and he couldn't risk anyone finding out.

But as he walked out of the classroom, he saw Jimin waiting for him by the lockers. "Hey, Yoongi! Want to grab lunch together?" Jimin asked, his eyes shining with enthusiasm.

Yoongi's heart skipped a beat. Was Jimin really asking him to spend more time together? And what would people think if they saw them together?

"I-I don't know," Yoongi stuttered, trying to come up with an excuse.

But Jimin just grinned. "Come on, it'll be fun! I want to hear more about your love of math."

Yoongi couldn't resist that smile. "Okay, fine," he said, trying to sound casual. "But just lunch."

Jimin whooped, pumping his fist in the air. "Yes! I'll meet you in the cafeteria."

As Yoongi watched Jimin walk away, he couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement. What was he getting himself into?

Yoongi made his way to the cafeteria, his heart racing with anticipation. He couldn't believe he was actually having lunch with Jimin, the guy he'd been crushing on since yesterday.

As he entered the cafeteria, he spotted Jimin already seated at a table, waving him over. Yoongi's face heated up as he made his way over, trying to play it cool.

"Hey, man! Thanks for joining me," Jimin said, sliding over to make room for Yoongi.

Yoongi sat down, trying to focus on his food, but he couldn't help sneaking glances at Jimin. They chatted about everything and nothing, from school gossip to their shared love of music.

Yoongi found himself laughing more than he had in weeks, feeling a sense of ease he'd never experienced before. It was like he'd known Jimin forever.

As they finished up their lunch, Jimin turned to him with a mischievous grin. "Want to make a bet, Yoongi?"

Yoongi raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "What kind of bet?"

Jimin leaned in, his voice dropping to a whisper. "If I can guess your favorite song, you have to sit with me at the school festival tomorrow."

Yoongi's heart skipped a beat. The school festival was a big deal, and sitting with Jimin would be... noticeable. But he couldn't resist the challenge.

"Okay, deal," Yoongi said, trying to sound confident.

Jimin whooped, pumping his fist in the air again. "Yes! I'm going to guess it right now."

Jimin closed his eyes, a thoughtful expression on his face. "Hmmm... I'm thinking... Ah-ha!" He snapped his fingers, his eyes popping open. "I've got it! Your favorite song is... 'Spring Day' by BTS!"

Yoongi's jaw dropped. How did Jimin know that? He hadn't told anyone about his love for that song.

Jimin grinned, triumphant. "I knew it! I can tell by the way you move to the beat in class."

Yoongi's face heated up, realizing he'd been caught jamming out to the music.

"Okay, fine," Yoongi said, laughing. "You win. I'll sit with you at the festival tomorrow."

Jimin let out a victory whoop, pumping his fist in the air once more. "Yes! I'm going to make sure we have the best seats for the performances."

As they parted ways after lunch, Yoongi couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement. He was actually looking forward to the festival now, and it was all because of Jimin.

But as he walked back to class, he couldn't shake off the feeling that he was taking a risk by spending more time with Jimin. What if people started to suspect something?
