One night, at the Night Raven College Main Street, a few students are walking about. Among them are Kalim and Lilia.

Kalim says, "Wow, I didn't realize it was so late. Time sure flies when the Pop Music Club is having fun, huh?"

"Especially when we kept snacking and shooting the breeze long after Cater had to duck out early for dorm business," Lilia says.

Kalim says, "Whoops, I should've called Jamil to tell him I was running behind. Hope I still have time to—"

Suddenly, there is a bright light coming from the sky and sparkles descend to the ground.

Kalim says in shock, "Whoa, what's this bright light?!"

Lilia cries out, "...Kalim, get down! Something's flying toward us!"

"What?" Kalim questions and looks up, " ...Whoa!" and then something falls on him.

Causing Kalim to cry out, "AAAH!"

At the Sports Field, Deuce notices the strange light as well.

Deuce says in shock, "What in the world? I came outside to head back to Heartslabyul, and there was a flash..."

At the Exterior Hallway on the second floor, Ortho notices the light as well.

Ortho analyzes it, "A hole just opened in the sky over Ramshackle Dorm...and it doesn't match anything in my databanks. What could it be?"

At the background courtyard, Rook notices it, "Oh là là! The sky's alight with some mysterious, mystical brilliance... It must portend something delightful."

Outside Mister S's Mystery Shop, Azul and Jade are leaving when they notice the light too.

Azul says, "I stepped out of the store to see what the commotion was and gained more questions than answers," and notices the portal, "A strange hole suddenly opened over Ramshackle Dorm... What's happening at our school?"

Jade looks up to notice, "Look, Azul. If you focus, you can just barely make out something falling from the hole."

Äzul looks up to see something coming through it, "All I see from here is a tiny dot. I suppose this merits a closer inspection. Actually, this may well indicate something odd is happening at the dorm."

Then turns to Jade, "Jade, contact Floyd and have him give us a sitrep on what's happening in Octavinelle. Normally, he can't be bothered, but considering these strange goings-on, I'm sure he'd be willing to check up on things."

"Understood. I'll get in touch right away," Jade replies, "Heh heh, I confess I find this all rather exciting."

"...At least one of us is enjoying this," Azul says and lets out a sigh, "I'm getting a bad feeling."

At the Ramshackle Dorm, Tanzanite and Jasper both step out of the dorm to get some air, and notice the strange light coming down.

"What's going on?" Jasper asks.

"I don't know. We came out and this strange light appeared from the sky," Tanzanite says, and adjusts his glasses, "I don't know why, but it seems familiar somehow."

"How so?" Jasper asks.

"I don't know. But didn't Sereia mention something about a strange hole in the sky with a light beaming down," Tanzanite says.

"You're right. I've got a feeling that something is going to happen," Jasper says.

And with that, coming from the hole in the sky, small creatures descend towards Night Raven College, and the creatures are very familiar. Those creatures are the mysterious little Tsums who have appeared beforehand. And those Tsums resemble the students who have come outside.
