Soon, Riddle, Azul, and Tanzanite have reached the containment facility where the Phantoms are trapped.

"So this is a Phantom containment facility..." Riddle says, and feels the chill of the room, "It's even colder in here than it is outside."-

"You're right. I suspect it must be to keep the Phantoms in ice," Tanzanite says.

"I suppose these cubes are the cages?" Azul says, looking at the large cubes, "Even just a handful of Phantoms are trouble, and look at the sheer number of them in here..."

"We cannot allow the Phantoms to escape into the wider world. We must put a stop to their plan, whatever it takes," Riddle says.

Suddenly, a familiar voice appears, "And so our adventurers faced the road ahead with a renewed sense of determination!"

That catches the boys off guard.

And soon, Ortho's hologram appears and says, "Hiya, Riddle Rosehearts! And Azul Ashengrotto! And also Tanzanite! Are you enjoying your authentic dungeon experience?"

"Ortho!" Tanzanite reacts in surprise.

Riddle huffs, "Hmph. Not particularly. I tend to prefer my challenges be taxing in some way."

Ortho laughs, "Ahaha, bold words! I totally get you, though. Games need to be challenging, or else they're not rewarding... Which is why I've taken the liberty of deregistering that ID card you have."

The boys are stunned to hear it.

Azul is the first to speak up, "What? You mean the card the staff gave us won't work now?"

Searching for the right key to open a locked door is an essential part of the experience," Ortho says, "It would spoil half the fun if you had a master key from the start. So I've got a new ID card for you, and it's with one of the Phantoms that's already awake in its cage. Find the key and enjoy the sense of accomplishment you get from progressing!"

"This is ludicrous! We're not video game characters!" Tiddle shouts angrily.

But Ortho laughs, "Ahahaha! Best of luck, gentlemen!"

And soon, the hologram disappears.

This makes Riddle growl in anger, "Yeeaargh... How DARE he! I would've had his head twice over if he weren't a hologram."

"Calm down, Riddle," Tanzanite says, "Let's just find the new ID Card and get out of this room.

Suddenly, they hear roaring sounds, "Grrr....!"

Azul then says, "Riddle, I'm afraid this is a speedrun whether we like it or not."

"Rgh... You're right. The longer we take, the more Phantoms will thaw out," Riddle says, trying to calm down.

"Let's get a move on," Azul says,

"I agree, before more of those Phantoms are thawed out and woken up," Tanzanite says.

"You both don't have to tell me twice!" Riddle says.
