Soon enough, the group arrives at the stand Jamil mentioned.

Jamil walks over and asks, "Hello, could I get some coconut water?"

The vendor at the stand recognizes him, "Ah, Jamil! How nice to see you. Everything going well with the Fireworks Fest?"

"Well, so far so good," Jamil says.

"I can't wait to see what the Asims have in store for us!" Jamil says.

"I'll tell them you said that," Jamil says.

"Great!" The vendor says, "How many drinks do you need today? The usual 50? Or do you need 100 this time?"

"A HUNDRED?!" Everyone reacts in shock.

"Actually, I'll just have ten today," Jamil says.

"Ah, so this isn't an order for Kalim. Okay, I'll have those right out," The Vendor says.

Cater is surprised, "Dang, Jamil! Do you usually buy coconut water in bulk?"

"It's Kalim's favorite drink. Sometimes I bring it in by the truckload," Jamil says.

"I know people like what they like, but that's intense," Trey says.

Moments later, the Vendor brings out the drinks, "Here you are! Fresh coconut water, ready to drink!"

Soon, Jamil takes the beverages and passes them around. They soon are given coconuts.

Seeing it, Malleus says, "...This is just a coconut. Where's the beverage?"

"There's a hole in the top that you drink out of," Jamil says.

"So the fruit is the cup. Neat!" Cater says, amazed.

"It seems nice," Briar says.

"And here are your straws. Drink up!" Najma says.

Grim happily reaches out, "Ooh, gimme one!"

Briar passes Grim the coconut. Everyone soon begins to drink the beverage.

"It's refreshing without being too sweet. I could chug this whole thing," Cater says.

"Yeah, I can see why Kalim drinks this by the literal truckload...even though 100 of 'em is still overboard," Trey says.

"I know. It's really good," Tanzanite says.

"Lilia's mentioned having drinks where he had to stab a straw into a piece of fruit. This must be what he meant," Malleus says, "I thought for certain he was spinning a yarn."

"Coconuts don't just have juice inside them. You can eat the meat as well," Jamil says.

"I'm gonna eat this baby whole!" Grim says and prepares to take a bite of the coconut.

"Grim wait, the outside of the coconut..." Briar cries out.

But Grim chomps on it, which hurts his teeth and screams in pain, "Oww!"

"Is very hard," Briar adds.

Grim cries out in pain, "I almost broke a tooth!"

"Who bites the outside of a coconut?!" Jamil says, "You're supposed to use a knife to break it open and extract the meat. Like Briar said, Coconuts are extremely hard. You can't break them into smaller pieces without some kind of tool."

"Then we'll just get a cleaver from the stand," Trey says.

Suddenly, Malleus walks over, "...Allow me, Clover."

Trey turns to Malleus with a confused expression, "What? Um, okay..."

And passes his coconut to Malleus.

"You just need to split it open, yes?" Malleus says, and with that, breaks the coconut in half with his bare hands.

And passes the piece to Trey, "There."

"Uh... Thanks," Trey says, uneasily and takes the coconut.

He then begins eating the flesh on the inside.

Cater is amazed, "You cracked that coconut like it was an egg... Guess that's why you're Malleus."

"So this is what fresh coconut tastes like," Trey says, "What a distinctive texture. It's kind of like a hard yogurt. I've used dried coconut in baking before, but I've never had it raw before."

Najma is amazed by Malleus, "That was so cool!" And presents her coconut, "Here, break mine too!"

This shocked Jamil, "Najma, please! Malleus isn't a can opener!"

"I don't mind," Malleus says and breaks the coconut in half.

Grim also asks, "Hey, Malleus! Do mine too!"

"Mine too!" Jasper says.

"Um, you don't mind if you do mine as well?" Tanzanite asks.

"Please," Sereia asks.

Grim turns to Briar, "You oughta get in on this, Briar!"

Briar blushes and asks, "If you don't mind."

Cater happily asks, "Ooo! Me next!"

"This is turning into a circus..." Trey says.

Jamil is stunned, "Malleus Draconia, being treated like a glorified nutcracker..."

"Nobody at school would believe this," Trey says.
