Chapter 6
"Doesn't she strike you As odd?" Shinoa questioned, watching Yuichiro in amusement.
"Odd? I don't care about that! If she wants to wear pants with her uniform she can if she wants to. All I care about is her strength!"
"You really are simple minded Yu, Elizabeth is way above you in strength. So it makes sense that you can't defeat her. She's already super strong and doesn't even have demon weapon yet."
"She doesn't have one?!" Yuichiro shouted, his eyes wide.
"Nope, she's getting one today."
"Will she be on our squad after she gets one?"
"I don't know. Do you want her to be?" Shinoa inquired, a small smirk playing on her lips.
"Yeah! If she's on our squad we'll be able to kill those bloodsuckers even faster!" he shouted.
"I think someone has a crush," she said.
Yuichiro immediately began to blush.
"Crush? I don't have time to think about stuff like that!"
"Sure, whatever you say," she said sarcastically.

Elizabeth stared at the two swords in her hands. They were special, a family heirloom passed down from her mother. She didn't see why she had to exchange these special blades that were more than capable of killing vampires for a demon weapon.
But despite this, she didn't complain. The army had taken her in when she had nowhere else to go. It was hell traveling from England to Japan and took her two years on foot. When she arrived she had fought vampire upon vampire and was found by the army. Luckily for her, they accepted her and allowed her to join them. From then onward, she swore to do her best to follow orders.
Handing her weapons to the soldier she turned and stared up at her superior officer with a determined look.
"I'm only gonna ask you once, are you ready for this?"
"Yes Guren, I am."
Without an etch of fear, she stepped inside the room surveying the different weapons and seals split through the corners of the room.
A pair of dark red swords caught her eye and she felt herself being drawn to them like a spell.
Standing in front of them she slowly reached out and grabbed them, tightening her grip.
Suddenly, a force seemed to come out of nowhere and she blinked rapidly within the darkness struggling to see. After rubbing her eyes, the sight of her parents in a bloody mess atop each other flooded her vision.
"Such a pretty girl. Don't be shy, lets be friends..."
Elizabeth whipped around to come face to face with a boy, but not just any boy...
"Ciel?" she whispered.
The boy in front of her looked exactly like Ciel, his eyes wide and playful as a smile was in his lips.
"Why are you so scary?" he questioned, looking frightened. "I don't wanna marry you! You're scary!"
He knelt down and held his legs as he shivered.
Her first instinct was to wrap him in a tight embrace but she resisted, instead staring down at him coldly.
"Stop it Demon. Ciel would never say something like that to me."
The shaking stopped and a chuckle vibrated as he stood up.
"You don't have a lot of emotions to work with do you?" he questioned, his voice warping and sounding nothing like Ciel's.
"I want to be stronger and find Ciel. That's all I want."
"That's all you want eh? Why should I lend you my power?"
"Because you have to."
"Hm...okay! Say I do help you, what do I get in return?"
"I have nothing to bargain with."
"Honest girl...very Well. I'll let you master me, but only so I can have some fun, it's dreadfully boring being here all alone. I am Ozuzon, So lets be friends 'kay?"
When Elizabeth opened her eyes she found herself standing in front of the swords, her hands clutching the blades as blood dripped from her palms.
Moving her hands from the blades she grabbed the hilts and turned to face the soldiers.
"Wow, that was quick. Congrats, you're now officially a part of the army."
Elizabeth was silent, observing the feeling of the new swords in her hands.
"Do something fun," the demon's voice echoed in her head as Elizabeth stared forward.
