Chapter 5

Days...weeks...months...Four Years passed in what seemed to be in the blink of an eye.

Ciel stared out at the ruins and then glanced beside Sebastian seated in the drivers seat driving the car forward.

"Are you sure?" Ciel asked.

"Young Master, I've never been wrong. The latest news is that Japan is where the humans and vampires will clash. In order to complete your revenge, killing them here is the best strategy."

Ciel relaxed, staring out the window as his thoughts wandered.

"Hold on, young Master," Sebastian said, swerving the car to the side right as a large creature came into view.

Its leg came down right where the car used to be and turned, chasing after them.

"Sebastian!" Ciel shouted.

Sebastian smirked and opened the car door and leapt out of it.

"You idiot!" Ciel screeched, having to take the wheel due to the car still being in motion. Being too short to reach the pedals, all he could do was make sure it didn't crash into something.

Meanwhile, Sebastian summersaulted  through the air, throwing knives into the monster. Landing, he rushed forward, throwing more knives that hit their target. With a final leap into the air, He threw a knife that slashed the monsters throat as it fell to the ground.

With a smirk, Sebastian took a glance behind him at the out of control vehicle containing Ciel. Without wasting a moment, Sebastian appeared beside the car and opened the door, sliding into the seat and putting it on the safe path as if nothing happened.

Ciel breathed heavily and leaned back in his seat, "Was that really necessary?"

"I handled the creature and you are safe and sound. If I couldn't do this much, what kind of butler would I be?"

Ciel crossed his arms and stared outside.

Elizabeth ran a hand through her hair as it laid down her back. Staring at herself in the mirror she barely recognized the girl staring back at her.

Young and cute was what she had aspired to be and yet, the girl in front of her looked anything but cute. There were bags under her eyes and she wore a sad expression seemingly everyday of her life. Sorrow and sadness was something she was used to and yet, the desire to remain the cute girl Ciel loved was the only thing pushing her forwards.

Taking two small hair ties, she put her hair in it's familiar pigtails and adjusted the new outfit that had replaced her dresses.

Stepping outside her room, Elizabeth walked forwards and met with an all too familiar occurrence.

"I'm going to defeat you!" A male voice shouted, leaping out from behind.

Without bothering to look behind herself, Elizabeth unsheathed her sword and held it behind herself stopping the blade of the assailant and turning around on her heels to throw him into the wall.

He hit the wall with such force, pieces of the wall fell with him when he hit the ground.

"Are you that much of an idiot that you would attack Elizabeth?"

"Ow! I'm not an idiot! I swear I'll defeat her! Oi!"

Elizabeth turned away from the pair and walked off.

"Wait!"

A hand was placed on her shoulder and Elizabeth momentarily glanced at the dark haired idiot. "What do you want Yuichiro? I'm a bit busy."

Yuichiro blinked and said, "One on one sparring match. Just once! I have to defeat you!"

"No," she said simply, brushing off his hand and walking away.

As she left she heard the two talking about her and closed her eyes.

When had I become so cold and inhuman? She wondered, clutching her sword tightly.
