Ella stopped the car in the middle of the woods.

"Ella, are we lost? We are in the middle of the woods."

"Are we?" Ella asked.

She placed her hand on a tree and said, "It's Ella Costello."

"Come in."

Out of nowhere, stairs formed underneath our feet.

"Follow me."

The stairs were like glass, you could see everything.

"This is the headquarters."

In an instant, people flooded us asking questions like if i was the 9th or not and other random things. But, Ella was able to get them away from us and we headed down the hall to a tech room.

"This is where I work. Before, mom and dad thought I went to work at like a coffee shop or something, when I really came here." Ella confessed.

"So you work in this room? This is where you made all of your inventions?"

"Yep, every single one in here is a product of my making. Hiding the headquarters in the woods wa my idea. But, I don't like to take all of the credit because there are also other people that helped me as well."

"Ella, I knew you would be worthy of something great." Ian confessed.

"Thanks, bro."

I looked up to take everything in. This place has things I will need for later. There are special guns, weapons, and shields that will enhance my abilities. So, it will give me an advantage to someone like my sister. But, hopefully I don't have to go against someone like her. Being me though, it will probably happen.

Walking over to the weapons desk, I saw something that look like a gun, but it isn't.

"What is this, Ella?" I asked.

"Oh, that is a power drainer. You shoot it at someone with power, it gets sucked up in there, and you can use it as extra needed power."

Ella started walking away from us, so we followed behind her.

"Where are we going?"

"Don't worry."

We continued to walk in back of her. She stopped at a door that said 'Lab 407,' that was in a darker side of the hallway.

"Guys. Do not startle the person in here. If you do, then she will wake up and we do not need that. Stay calm."

"Okay," I stuttered.

For a reason, my stomach tightened up and my head began to race with thoughts. My palms began to clam up as we walked in the room.

You will never guess who it was.

My sister...

"Get her away from me!" I yelled.

My fists clenched and blue sparks came out of them.

"Quiet and calm yourself. We put her under a coma because she wasn't dead when you left her. Our doctors found her gasping for air when they shocked her into a coma. Any subtle sign of power can shock her out of it. She is stronger than we thought, as if she injected herself with power. Like power is her drug. We know this because we found signs of extra power in her bloodstream." Ella whispered.

"Is there anything she could be doing right now?" I asked.

"There is a slight chance she can be controlling someone with the slight power of her mind that we cannot control. But, again, that is like a .0000000001% chance. So, you probably don't need to worry."

Even though I don't 'need to worry' I feel like she is a key to something. The way Alec is acting isn't his normal 'jealousy' way of acting. It seems as if he is being told on what to do.

And the person telling him to do so is my sister. But, I don't know that for sure. So, I guess I will have to find out for myself.

"Um, I'll be right back guys."

I bolted down the hall, ran into the room, grabbed weapons and other gear. Like the belt- bag Ella has and a few serums for Alec.
