Everyone has left us at the table, but we continue talking. I've told her everything about me, well almost everything. I just don't jump off and tell people about the MC because really there's no point, unless I think they'll be around a while. We're into some things that not everyone needs to know about.

I find myself rambling, trying to get through anything about me so we can discuss her.

"Well, to make a long story short, I'm 32 and I've never been married. I don't have kids, but I do have three sisters, one of which is Nicole's maid of honor, Sydney. I love all of them dearly, and I would seriously do anything for any of them, but Syd has a special place in my heart. I hope that's not a bad thing. Sometimes I think it's because it was just the two of us for a long time before the twins were born." I watch as she smiles, listening intently.

"I was born and raised in DC, I have a major passion for motorcycles and I'm a thrill seeker." My eyes never leave her face as I say, "I'm willing to try anything once. I love to have a good time, but I also don't mind taking a little downtime and chilling, you know?  And....that's enough about me. Now what about you Victoria?"

She starts by telling me how she met Mrs. H, "I met Susanna at a conference in Dallas 10 years ago and we've been friends ever since. I'm originally from Texas but when Susanna introduced me to some of her associates in the DC area, I made things happen and found my dream job. Plus, I was in desperate need of a change of scenery, so I moved to Maryland. I do medical research at the National Institutes of Health, and I'm divorced with no kids."

Hmm...that still doesn't tell me how old she is? Should I just ask or is that rude?

"Oh and in case you're wondering, I'm 42."

Oooh yeah...I can do 42! Thank God, because if this woman was much older than me, well let's just say for this vacation, I think I would have to forsake my 'no one old enough to be my mother' rule. You just don't understand how fine this woman is. Victoria barely looks a day over 30, so yeah, I'm making a move on this, if only for this trip. She's ridiculously gorgeous and I'm I need of a close encounter.

We continue talking until the bartender clears his throat, letting us know that he's closing down. Stepping on to the elevator, we are joined on the ride by a couple of Nicole's friends. They're both looking at me and smiling. Victoria and I arrive at our floor and say goodnight to the ladies as we exit. Walking to her room, which happens to be two doors down from mine, we stop.

She smiles up at me, "I've enjoyed getting to know you tonight, Solomon."

"It's been really nice Victoria. I had no idea when I arrived, that I would find the company of someone so interesting," I pause and softly add, "And so beautiful." I know I'm staring but I can't help it. Damn man...focus! "Hopefully I'll see you at breakfast in the morning?"

She reaches to unlock and open her door and turns back to me, "Oh I'm sure you will Solomon. Good night."

I can feel her eyes on my back as I walk towards my room. Turning to look back, I wink, "Have a good night gorgeous."

Entering my suite, I undress, brush my teeth and hop in bed. Traveling always makes me tired but surprisingly sleep doesn't come easy tonight. Man, I can't wait to see how this plays out.
