Chapter Seven-Nicole

"So does someone have a date today?" Sydney glances at me and quickly averts her eyes back to the highway.

Sleepily nodding my head, my voice is quiet, "Mmhmm...Syd, that man is so fine; he seems really sweet and such a gentleman. Who knew biker boys could be such gentlemen?"

"Aw shit, Nic, I like where this is going."

I slide down low into her comfy passenger seat and close my eyes, "And where is it going, Syd? He's not about to ask me to marry him. We're just going on a date."

"Uh-huh...keep telling yourself that, but I see the chemistry. Anyone would have to be blind not to. Devin must really really like you because I have never seen him this way." And then she squeals, much too loudly for my sleepy, had too much to drink ass. "Should I start looking for a bridesmaid dress?" We both laugh and continue the rest of the ride in comfortable silence.

I don't know about the bridesmaid dress, but I can definitely feel some intense fire between us, and I think he feels it too. I'm so excited, but all I want is a shower and my bed right now.

Hopping out of Syd's car, I head inside and go straight to the shower, and all I can think about is Devin. He is the epitome of masculine sexiness. Standing under the warm shower spray, letting the water run over me, I start lathering and washing up, but my hands seem to have a mind of their own. Closing my eyes, visions of Devin are running through my thoughts. Picturing us in the shower together, my soapy hands glide to my breasts. My mind imagines his full lips tiptoeing along a sensual path down my neck, his fingers circle my already hard nipples. A familiar tingling sensation begins to rise up in my core. One hand continues to rub, while Devin's other slowly makes its way down my stomach towards my slit. He moans in delight when he finds the center of my core, swollen with excitement, rubbing circles on it over and over, slowly starting to build the heat. As moans fill the room, my inner walls begin to clench, my thighs start to shake. I almost double over when my sweet release finally arrives, Devin's name falling from my lips, complete ecstasy sliding through every fiber of my body. I lean against the tile, heavy breaths coming from my chest, my legs still quivering.

This man is giving me such intense feelings; I have never been like this about anyone. Ever.

My eyes are heavy as I sink into my bed, snuggling tight under the covers and just as I start to drift off, my cell phone dings with an alert.

I reach on my night table to check my messages and butterflies hit immediately, when I see who it is.

*hey beautiful girl...i'm so glad i met u last night... can't wait to see u later*

*i'm really looking forward to seeing u again*

*hope u have sweet dreams...i know i will*

To say that I'm excited is an understatement. I haven't felt like this in a really long time and I cannot wait to see where this goes.

I set my alarm for 2:30, put on some smooth jazz, and drift off. Yes I like jazz...don't judge me.

Popping out of bed at exactly 2:45, I check my cell, and head downstairs for something to eat. I fix a salad and grab a large bottle of water, because yeah, hydration is necessary after the night I had. Then, sitting down at the kitchen island, I decide to pop my laptop open and do a little work.

Devin keeps sliding into my thoughts, though. I wonder what he's doing. Where are we going tonight? Does he feel the same excitement because I am hella excited?!

Just as I'm all into my thoughts about Devin, my phone notifies me of a text.

Devin *hope u rested well...hope i'm not waking u up*

Me *hi...u didn't wake me...how r u*

Devin *ok good...um...can i just call u*

I call him instead.

"Hey, you."

His smooth deep voice fills my ear, "Hey, Nic...how are you?"

"I'm good now that I've had some sleep." And some shower time with you.

"I wanted to call you a few hours ago, but I didn't want to wake you up."

"I would've been ok with that. You can call me anytime you want."

"Hmm... that's nice to know." Oh my God, his voice...so sexy! "So, I was thinking about dinner. I have a few nice spots in mind but wanted to know if you have any food allergies that I should know about?"

"I have absolutely no allergies at all and I like most foods, except maybe Indian."

"Seriously, no Indian food, huh?" He laughs lightly. "Guess it's a good thing that's not what I'm thinking about, but I'm glad you have no allergies. And just so you know, I won't be on the bike, at least not this time."

We decide on a time and he ends the conversation in a way that seems so deep and intimate, "I can't wait to see you."

And those pterodactyls are back in my belly.
