Karthik pov

Things are working well. I could really see the perfect chemistry between the two. I just wish they have some feelings for each other.

The way they look at each other tells us everything. Though both of them didn't realise the whole ride I was just noticing them.I can say that they will make a cute pair. Won't they?

"What's going?" I heard Avi bringing me out of my endless thoughts.

"What? Nothing?"I said confused.

"I noticed it. I saw you guys signalling to each other. There is definitely something going on and it is related to Sid and Diti. Am I right?" He asked. His brain works well in such things but he can never use it in his studies.

"Yeah, you are right. Did you notice the how they both react when they both are close to each other? Like in the ride today?" I asked.

"Of course I did. I have been noticing this from the beginning it self, but I kept it to myself. Diti is too sensitive and I didn't want to hurt her." He said.

But Diti is not weak or sensitive. She is or maybe was really a strong girl. I really wish she becomes normal soon.

"I don't know but I have a feeling that Diti and Sid are made for each. I just want to try my best to get them together. If destiny wants it, then it will happen and if it is a no, then how much ever we try it won't happen." I said.

"Even I feel they are made for each other. Both of them are similar in many ways but still are different. One is naive and innocent while the other is strong and silent. They both will make a cute, simple and sweet couple unlike the irritating overacting and reacting couples these days" He said giving a irritated expression.

"More precisely unlike you Mr. Avinash" I said in a teasing tone.

"But I only flirt and I am not committed to anyone. Best to be single...ready to mingle" He said grinning like an idiot. Well, he is an idiot. "By the tell me, how did you think that you would make two them fall in love without the help of love guru?" he said pointing towards himself and raising one of his eyebrows.

"Now you got to know right? Of course you will help us." I said coolly.

"What if I say not until you request me for it." He said smirking. This guy knows how to get on my nerves. He knows well that I don't like requesting and pleading. It's straight and its upto the other person if they help me or not.

But today I think I need to keep my ego aside and the monkey in front of me is planning to take complete advantage of this situation.

"Avi can you help us in our mission?" I said in a straight tone.

"Oops that was harsh. You have to request Karthik not order. Come on, give me a sweet polite request." He said smiling sheepishly. He is trying his best to irritate me. I tried to calm myself and spoke

"Mr. Avinash, it would be very kind of you if you could help us in our mission. Please, it would mean a lot to us." I said dragging every word and trying to be extra sweet at which I suck.

"I will definitely help you, but I suggest you to improve your requesting skills Karthik. This is your first time, that is why I am adjusting but nest time it won't happen" He said with attitude.

"Whatever. Do you have any idea?" I asked him irritated with his stupid talk.

"Umm...actually yes. Why don't we go on bikes?" He said. But connection do bikes and bringing those two together?

"But why?"I asked.

"Last time you guys planned and sent Diti and Sid together right and the two of them must have got a hint about it. At least Sid would have got some idea. So like last time he will be expecting us to send her with him, but she will go with me and the only way he will realise his feelings is jealousy. " He said smirking. "What do you think?"

"I think it is the worst idea ever." I heard a female voice.

Anu! Well, I am really not in a mood to listen to their bickering.

"I think it would be better if we allow them to go on the same same bike" She let out her opinion.

"Well, I think it's better we try something new Ms. Butterfly." I noticed her cheeks turning red but she controlled and spoke.

"Diti is very shy, I don't think she will be comfortable with you and your flirting, a big no!" She said in a high pitched tone.

"Let's give a try. And Diti, I always got a sisterly feeling towards her. I don't know why but I feel too protective about her and today if you give me a chance I will definitely make her feel comfortable around me. Please, it will help me in both ways" he requested. Wow, its cool to see Avi requesting.

"Fine, do whatever you want and don't tell me I didn't warn you earlier." She shrugged and went away.

Later I told the plan secretly to everyone.

"Time to leave the exhibition" Keerthi screamed. Can't this girl stop screaming?

"Hey, I was thinking why don't we leave the car and go on bikes?" Adya said cheerfully. I must agree that she is good at acting.

"That's a good idea" Avi added. Great, all my friends are awesome actors.

"Are you guys sure?" Sid asked.

" Yep" All of us replied unanimously except for Sid and Diti, who were looking at us clueless.

"Fine then.." And we went to hire bikes for us and scooty for girls.

"I am coming with Anu" Keerthi announced.

"Me with Mukti" Adya let out her opinion which was pre-planned.

"Okay" I said..."And Diti with whom do you want to go" I am sure she had no idea as all girls made their pairs.

I saw Sid with some hope in his eyes. He is definitely waiting for her reply.....expecting her to take his name. And a surprise which I got is that she just turned towards Sid when I was expecting her to take my name as she is more comfortable with me. Well this was a shock.

Within she takes Sid's name...

"Diti, can you please come with Avi? I want to discuss few things with Sid." I said in a pleading tone.

I saw her face turn pale and Sid was glaring at me furiously.

"Please?" I said hoping she will melt.

"Okay" She said in a low tone.

Aviash pov

I saw Diti turning nervous when Karthik asked her to come with me and Sid turned furious. Does this mean my plan is working out?

I don't know, but I felt a good connection with her, may be a brother sister bonding?I just want to let her know how I feel about her. Come-on Avi this is your chance.

All were on their respective vehicles and Diti slowly approached me playing with her fingers and all this time Sid's eyes didn't leave her. He does feel something for her...

I gave her a pleasant smile trying to make her comfortable. She gave me a nervous smile in return. I really want to know what's bothering her and making everything alright. It's not me alone but our whole gang is worried about her. I can see that but she doesn't have any idea about how much we like her. She is a sweet, simple, caring and naive girl and she doesn't deserve to be hurt.

"So off we go to the beach.." Mukti said.

"Yeah" All screamed totally excited. But I noticed Diti's face turn still terrible. God! What's wrong with this girl?

"Are you fine Diti?" I asked Diti as she hoped on the bike and we started moving.

"Yeah...I think so" She said, giving a mild smile.

"Diti, I want you to be comfortable with me. I promise I will never flirt with you" I said and she chuckled. Though Sid is acting as if he is driving I noticed that all his concentration was towards us. I am sure he is going through a inner turmoil.

"I am comfortable, but I just need some time to open up" Diti said in her shy voice. This girl is cute when she is shy.

"I don't know, but I have considered you as a sister since the day we met. I think don't it is flirting when we have fun or praise our sisters? Will you be my sweet little sister? I promise to take care of you, love you and protect you in every manner. So will you be my sister?" I asked hoping she would say yes, instead of having a heartbreak thinking that the charmer Avi has considered her a sister.

I noticed her from the rear view mirror only to see her with her eyes wide open in a shock. And staring at me like I am some alien, well that was predictable.

"Diti, yes or no?" I asked trying to bring her out of her thoughts.

"Firstly, you are not proposing someone to be your girlfriend to ask me in such a sophisticated manner. And once you have considered me your sister by heart, it should not matter whether I say yes or no. Anyways, I always craved for a elder brother and the pleasure is all mine to be your sister." She said boldly with a wide smile, making me chuckle.

I really like the bold side of hers. And our journey went ahead with knowing more about each other and she laughing for some of her lame jokes. And not to forget, Sid's serious, hot tempered scary glares.

I am sure he must be thinking that I am flirting with her and she is laughing for that. So, at last we are hear....THE BEACH.

As Diti stepped down I saw her trembling. The smile lingering on her face turned into a frown. Happiness turned into fear, making me worried.

" Diti are you fine?" I asked her worriedly.

"Yes" She said trying to smile, but she failed miserably.  I didn't budge her more not wanting her to get more scared. But I felt that something bad will definitely happen.

"Okay" I said and all of us moved towards the beach, I mean the water.

I started walking behind everyone  noticing them. Karthik and Keerthi were super excited and pacing towards Adya, Mukti and Anu who were splashing water on each other.

Diti was walking slowly with Sid trying to maintain her pace and walk along with her with a small gap between them. I moved ahead faster, dashed him but ignored and went towards Diti and started walking with her.

I could feel Sid turn red with anger. Well this is what I wanted.

As we were almost near the water, I saw Diti get really uncomfortable. She closed her eyes and held her forehead and in no time she was about to fall.

I was about to hold her when a pair of arms stronger then mine pushed me and held her tight.

"Back off! And don't you dare touch her" Sid said furiously, with a unconscious Diti in his arms.

I am really sorry for such a boring update  ..I promise that the next update will be awesome.

So what do you guys think... Well actually there is nothing so special about this update. .but any guesses about Diti's condition???
